本发明涉及面料的生产技术领域,具体涉及CVC汗布生产工艺,特别是一种超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们的消费观念不断更新,人们对生活质量和生活环境越来越重视,其中对服装面料的舒适性和功能性要求也越来越高。CVC面料是仅有涤与棉两种成分的面料,并且是其中棉成分含量等于或超过50%时的面料。因为现在常用的针织面料CVC汗布(例如含60%的棉和40%的涤纶)容易起毛起球,在进行抛光处理之后,涤纶成份容易形成的细小毛羽呈现在布料表面,使得面料不够光洁并且亲水性差,严重影响了外观和使用体验。特别是在夏季的炎热天气穿着后会感觉不够舒适,在秋季干燥的气候下又容易带静电,大大降低了服装穿着的舒适性。现有的CVC面料及其生产工艺需要解决这些问题,但与此同时在生产符合要求的CVC面料时,又面临许多问题,特别是质量问题,或者是工艺复杂、生产设备昂贵、生产成本偏高、良品率低等问题,不适合进行大规模生产,并且最重要的是抗起毛性能和舒适度达不到较高的标准,难以满足市场和消费者的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:纺纱→织布→前处理→过酸除氧→染涤纶→还原→清洗→抛光→染棉→后处理→整理定型。
(1)纺纱:使用赛络纺工艺将重量百分含量为75~85%棉和15~25%涤纶混纺成纱线;优选地,使用赛络纺工艺将重量百分含量为80%棉和20%涤纶混纺成纱线;
(2)织布:将步骤(1)中的纱线织成坯布;优选地,所述坯布为26S/1平纹汗布;织布工艺中先排针织(1级针、2级针),将两种针依次循环排针,每一模都落纱进纱;
(3)前处理:用含有渗透剂、烧碱、双氧水的前处理液将步骤(2)中的坯布在95~100℃下处理20~40min后取出布料;优选地,所述前处理液为含有渗透剂0.5~1.5g/L、烧碱1~3g/L和双氧水1~3g/L的溶液;
(4)过酸除氧:往步骤(3)的布料中加入醋酸0.2~0.8g/L和0.01~0.08wt%的除氧酶进行过酸除氧处理;
(5)染涤纶:往步骤(4)的布料中加入醋酸0.2~0.8g/L、醋酸钠0.2~0.8g/L、分散染料匀染剂0.2~0.8g/L和分散染料,并在125~135℃下处理40~50min;优选地,所述分散染料的用量为0.1~30wt%,所述分散染料的具体用量可根据对面料的染色程度需求进行调整;
(6)还原:往步骤(5)的布料中加入烧碱2~5g/L和保险粉2~5g/L,并在70~90℃下处理10~30min;
(7)清洗:将步骤(6)的布料加入醋酸0.5~0.8g/L,并在50~70℃下进行5~15min的清洗处理;
(8)抛光:往步骤(7)的布料中加入0.1~0.2wt%的抛光酶,并在53~57℃下处理40~50min;优选地,所述抛光酶为纤维素抛光酶;所述抛光酶为酸性纤维素抛光酶、碱性纤维素抛光酶或中性纤维素抛光酶;进一步优选地,所述抛光酶为中性纤维素抛光酶;
(9)染棉:用含有活性染料匀染剂、活性染料、工业盐、碳酸钠的染液将步骤(8)的布料在50~70℃下处理40~50min;优选地,所述染液为含有活性染料匀染剂0.5~1.5g/L、0.1~30wt%活性染料、工业盐50~70g/L、碳酸钠10~20g/L的溶液,所述活性染料的具体用量可根据对面料的染色程度需求进行调整,所述碳酸钠的用量优选15g/L;所述工业盐优选工业氯化钠;
(10)后处理:将步骤(9)的布料加入皂洗剂0.5~1.5g/L,并在50~70℃下皂洗处理15~25min,并重复一到两次,然后进行固色处理;优选地,所述固色处理过程为往布料中加入0.5~1.5wt%活性固色剂和1.5~2.5wt%亲水性柔软剂;优选地,所述活性固色剂为香港蓓兴公司提供的K68,亲水性柔软剂由科莱恩化工公司提供的JWJ;
(11)整理定型:将步骤(10)的布料脱水、烘干后,在150~170℃热定型成品,然后进行软油处理;优选地,所述软油处理过程为往布料中加入亲水软油40~60g/L和涤纶亲水软油20~40g/L进行浸轧,优选地,所述亲水软油为广州日华公司提供的棉用亲水软油QA88。
使用本发明的技术方案最终生产的面料表面干净,吸湿性好,手感舒适。
本发明使用75~85%棉和15~25%涤纶并混纺成纱线,特别是选用80%棉和20%涤纶的混纺比例纺成纱线,既增加了天然棉的含量,又有棉的亲肤性、透气性、吸汗性、保暖性,提高了抗起毛起球性能和抗静电性能,还有显著比棉更强的耐磨性、排汗性能、光泽度、抗皱性能。且经生物抛光处理之后,布面纹路具有更清晰、毛羽少、更光洁的优点。
涤纶的特性为:具有坚挺牢固、耐磨性好、挺阔、免烫织物尺寸稳定性好、易洗快干、保性好等优点,但由于吸湿性能差,静电现象显著,易沾污,易起毛起球等。
棉的特性为:柔和舒适、亲和皮肤、对皮肤无刺激,符合环保及人体健康要求;吸汗、透气性好,吸附人体皮肤上的汗水和微汗,使体温迅速恢复正常,真正达到透气,吸汗效果;由于棉纤维的回潮率较高,所以不起静电、不起球;保暖、耐洗。缺点是易起皱不易抚平、易缩水、易变形、易退色、缺乏弹性。
本发明在使用75~85%棉和15~25%涤纶混纺纱线的基础上,再结合赛络(Siro)纺工艺,进一步提升了面料的胀爆破强力、光泽度、面料挺阔度。
Siro纺工艺在传统环锭纺的基础上增加纤维凝聚区,比环锭纺纱、OE转杯纺纱、MVS纺纱的条干CV值、粗节、细节等指标都更好,且单纱强力更强,结构紧密,耐磨性好,毛羽更少,纱线光洁,所织造的面料品质更高。
本发明先选用75~85%棉和15~25%涤纶并混纺成纱线,再使用赛络(Siro)纺工艺织成坯布,紧接着配合一定的生产工艺及顺序进行生产,按照前处理→过酸除氧→染涤纶→还原→清洗→抛光→染棉→后处理→整理定型等一系列步骤逐步依次进行,最终生产制备得到的CVC布达到了现在常用的CVC布生产工艺所不具备的抗起毛球性能。
渗透剂、活性染料由亨斯迈公司提供,烧碱、醋酸钠由广州杰雄化工有限公司提供,双氧水由东莞万和化工有限公司提供,除氧酶为上海瑞鹰化工有限公司提供的G-40,醋酸、工业盐、碳酸钠、保险粉由广州福兆有限公司提供,分散染料匀染剂由东莞祯祥化工有限公司提供的JH-T/C,活性染料匀染剂由深圳先进化工有限公司提供的NNO,皂洗剂为TANATERGE M-RE,亲水软油由广州日华化学有限公司提供的QA88,涤纶亲水软油为Permalose TM型号,活性固色剂K68由香港蓓兴公司提供,JWJ由科莱恩化工公司提供。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的生产工艺所用原料来源广泛、价格低廉,极大地降低了生产成本;
(2)本发明的生产工艺操作简单,无需复杂、昂贵的设备;
(3)本发明的生产工艺制备的面料布纹清晰,具有很好的透气排汗效果,光泽度高,并且具有更高的顶破强力,拥有更好的服用性能与外观;
(4)本发明的生产工艺制备的面料手感软滑,亲肤,穿着舒适性好。
具体实施方式
为了更好的解释本发明,现结合以下具体实施例做进一步说明,但是本发明不限于具体实施例。
实施例1
一种超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)纺纱:使用赛络纺工艺将重量百分含量为80%棉和20%涤纶混纺成纱线;
(2)织布:将步骤(1)中的纱线纺织成26S/1平纹汗布;
织布工艺中排针织:1级针、2级针,将两种针依次循环排针,每一模都落纱进纱。
排织针跑道或排菱角:如表1所示。
表1:Λ表示成圈,n表示集圈,-表示浮线。
(3)前处理:用含有渗透剂1g/L、烧碱2g/L和双氧水2g/L的前处理液将步骤(2)中的汗布在98℃下处理30min后取出布料;
(4)过酸除氧:往步骤(3)的布料中加入醋酸0.5g/L和0.05wt%的除氧酶进行过酸除氧处理;
(5)染涤纶:往步骤(4)的布料中加入醋酸0.5g/L、醋酸钠0.5g/L和JH-T/C分散染料匀染剂0.5g/L和分散染料,并在130℃下处理45min;
(6)还原:往步骤(5)的布料中加入烧碱3g/L和保险粉3g/L,并在80℃下处理20min;
(7)清洗:将步骤(6)的布料加入醋酸0.7g/L,并在60℃下进行10min的清洗处理;
(8)抛光:往步骤(7)的布料中加入0.15wt%的中性纤维素抛光酶,并在55℃下处理45min;
(9)染棉:用含有活性染料匀染剂1g/L、活性染料、工业氯化钠60g/L、碳酸钠15g/L的染液将步骤(8)中的布料在60℃下处理45min;
(10)后处理:将步骤(9)的布料加入皂洗剂1g/L,并在60℃下处理20min,并重复该过程一次,然后往布料中加入1wt%K68活性固色剂和2wt%JWJ进行固色处理;
(11)整理定型:将步骤(10)的布料脱水、烘干后,在160℃热定型成品,然后进行软油处理,即往布料中加入亲水软油50g/L和涤纶亲水软油30g/L进行浸轧。
最终生产得到的面料表面干净,吸湿性好,手感舒适。
实施例2
一种超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:

(5)染涤纶:往步骤(4)的布料中加入醋酸0.2g/L、醋酸钠0.2g/L和JH-T/C分散染料匀染剂0.2g/L和分散染料,并在125℃下处理40min;
(6)还原:往步骤(5)的布料中加入烧碱2g/L和保险粉2g/L,并在70℃下处理10min;
(7)清洗:将步骤(6)的布料加入醋酸0.5g/L,并在50℃下进行5min的清洗处理;
(8)抛光:往步骤(7)的布料中加入0.1wt%的中性纤维素抛光酶,并在53℃下处理40min;
(9)染棉:用含有活性染料匀染剂0.5g/L、活性染料、工业氯化钠50g/L、碳酸钠10g/L的染液将步骤(8)中的布料在50℃下处理40min;
(10)后处理:将步骤(9)的布料加入皂洗剂0.5g/L,并在50℃下处理15min,并重复一次,然后往布料中加入0.5wt%K68活性固色剂和1.5wt%JWJ进行固色处理;
(11)整理定型:将步骤(10)的布料脱水、烘干后,在150℃热定型成品,然后进行软油处理,即往布料中加入亲水软油40g/L和涤纶亲水软油20g/L进行浸轧。
最终生产得到的面料表面干净,吸湿性好,手感舒适。
实施例3
一种超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
本实施例3的步骤(1)和步骤(2)与实施例1的步骤(1)和步骤(2)相同;
(3)前处理:用含有渗透剂1.5g/L、烧碱3g/L和双氧水3g/L的前处理液将步骤(2)中的汗布在100℃下处理40min后取出布料;
(4)过酸除氧:往步骤(3)的布料中加入醋酸0.8g/L和0.08wt%的除氧酶进行过酸除氧处理;
(5)染涤纶:往步骤(4)的布料中加入醋酸0.8g/L、醋酸钠0.8g/L和JH-T/C分散染料匀染剂0.8g/L和分散染料,并在135℃下处理50min;
(6)还原:往步骤(5)的布料中加入烧碱5g/L和保险粉5g/L,并在90℃下处理30min;
(7)清洗:将步骤(6)的布料加入醋酸0.8g/L,并在70℃下进行15min的清洗处理;
(8)抛光:往步骤(7)的布料中加入0.2wt%的中性纤维素抛光酶,并在57℃下处理50min;
(9)染棉:用含有活性染料匀染剂1.5g/L、活性染料、工业氯化钠70g/L、碳酸钠20g/L的染液将步骤(8)中的布料在70℃下处理50min;
(10)后处理:将步骤(9)的布料加入皂洗剂1.5g/L,并在70℃下处理25min,并重复一次,然后往布料中加入1.5wt%K68活性固色剂和2.5wt%JWJ进行固色处理;
(11)整理定型:将步骤(10)的布料脱水、烘干后,在170℃热定型成品,即往布料中加入亲水软油60g/L和涤纶亲水软油40g/L进行浸轧。
最终生产得到的面料表面干净,吸湿性好,手感舒适。
对比例1
一种CVC汗布生产工艺,其生产步骤与实施例1相同,除了本对比例1的步骤(1)中使用赛络纺及重量百分含量为60%棉和40%涤纶混纺成纱线之外,其余都与实施例1相同。
对比例2
一种CVC汗布生产工艺,其生产步骤与实施例1相同,除了本对比例2的步骤(1)中使用环锭纺工艺之外,其余都与实施例1相同。
对比例3
一种CVC汗布生产工艺,其生产步骤与实施例1相同,除了本对比例3的步骤(1)中使用环锭纺工艺及重量百分含量为60%棉和40%涤纶混纺成纱线之外,其余都与实施例1相同。
测试实施例1和对比例1~3生产的面料的主要技术指标
测试抗起毛球性能:测试方法及标准按规定方法和试验参数,摩擦起毛起球性能进行视觉描述评定。抗起毛起球测试(Pilling Resistance)的衡量标准分为1~5级,级数1级为最差,5级为最好。
记录测试数据:经ASTM D3512-2010随机翻滚法测试后毛羽级数;经ASTM D4970-2010随机翻滚法测试后毛羽级数;经ISO 12945-1:1999随机翻滚法测试后毛羽级数;经GB/T 4802.1-2008圆轨法测试后毛羽级数。测试结果见表2。其中ASTM:美国材料实验学会(American Society for Testing and Materials,ASTM);ISO:国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization,ISO);GB:中华人民共和国国家标准。
表2:抗起毛球性能测试结果
测试结果表明,本发明通过选用80%棉和20%涤纶CVC成份纱线,用Siro纺工艺纺成坯布后,再结合本发明的生产工艺制备的布料具有比其它比例的纱线(60%棉和40%涤纶)和/或其它在现有技术中常用的CVC布生产工艺更好的抗起毛起球性能,吸汗抗静电,而在对比例1中使用本发明工艺、但使用60%棉和40%涤纶纱线,其抗起毛起球性能明显不如本发明的实施例1。以及在对比例2中使用80%棉和20%涤纶纱线,但使用环锭纺生产工艺,其抗起毛起球性能也达不到本发明实施例1的效果。在对比例3中使用60%棉和40%涤纶纱线,同时使用和/或其它生产工艺,其抗起毛起球性能也明显不如本发明实施例1。此外,使用其它现有技术中常用的CVC布生产工艺也达不到本发明的柔软、抗起毛球性能。
实施例1(80%棉和20%涤纶CVC成份纱线、Siro纺)中使用本发明工艺连续进行生产的产品,与对比例1~3相比,不仅在各种测试方法中抗起毛起球性能是最好的,而且布纹清晰,具有更好的透气排汗效果,光泽度提高,面料具有更高的柔软性,有更好的服用性能与外观,经过此工艺的面料手感软滑,亲肤,穿着舒适性。纱线的原料和纺纱的方法及其织布和染整用此生产工艺的配合使用比较适合在此种面料上推广生产。生产成本低,合理的生产工艺生产出的产品在市场上比较受欢迎,有很大的发展价值。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (5)

1.一种超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)纺纱:使用赛络纺工艺将重量百分含量为75~85%棉和15~25%涤纶混纺成纱线;
(2)织布:将步骤(1)中的纱线织成坯布;
(3)前处理:用含有渗透剂、烧碱、双氧水的前处理液将步骤(2)中的坯布在95~100℃下处理20~40min后取出布料;
(4)过酸除氧:将步骤(3)的布料中加入醋酸0.2~0.8g/L和0.01~0.08wt%的除氧酶进行过酸除氧处理;
(5)染涤纶:将步骤(4)的布料中加入醋酸0.2~0.8g/L、醋酸钠0.2~0.8g/L、分散染料匀染剂0.2~0.8g/L和分散染料,并在125~135℃下处理40~50min;
(6)还原:将步骤(5)的布料中加入烧碱2~5g/L和保险粉2~5g/L,并在70~90℃下处理10~30min;
(7)清洗:将步骤(6)的布料加入醋酸0.5~0.8g/L,并在50~70℃下进行5~15min的清洗处理;
(8)抛光:将步骤(7)的布料中加入0.1~0.2wt%的中性纤维素抛光酶,并在53~57℃下处理40~50min;
(9)染棉:用含有活性染料匀染剂0.5~1.5g/L、0.1~30wt%活性染料、工业盐50~70g/L、碳酸钠10~20g/L的染液将步骤(8)的布料在50~70℃下处理40~50min;
(10)后处理:将步骤(9)的布料加入皂洗剂0.5~1.5g/L,并在50~70℃下处理15~25min,并重复一到两次,然后进行固色处理,所述固色处理过程为将布料中加入0.5~1.5wt%活性固色剂和1.5~2.5wt%亲水性柔软剂;
(11)整理定型:将步骤(10)的布料脱水、烘干后,在150~170℃热定型成品,然后进行软油处理,所述软油处理过程为将布料中加入亲水软油40~60g/L和涤纶亲水软油20~40g/L进行浸轧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,其特征在于,所述纺纱:使用赛络纺工艺将重量百分含量为80%棉和20%涤纶混纺成纱线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述坯布为26S/1平纹汗布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述前处理液为含有渗透剂0.5~1.5g/L、烧碱1~3g/L、双氧水1~3g/L的溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超软滑抗起毛亲肤CVC汗布生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述分散染料的用量为0.1~30wt%。
