Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、前处理,将苎麻织物浸轧工作液后,堆置汽蒸,热洗,冷洗,烘干,再进行预定型;S2、整理改性,浸轧整理液,所述整理液包括:β‑环糊精5‑10g/L、多元羧酸5‑15g/L、次亚磷酸钠0.5‑2g/L,预烘,烘焙,水洗,烘干;S3、还原染色,将苎麻织物浸轧还原染料形成的染液中,再浸轧还原液,使用饱和蒸汽进行快速汽蒸,水洗后用双氧水氧化,皂洗,热洗后烘干;S4、后整理,将苎麻织物再依次进行柔软整理和阻燃整理。本发明中,所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其不仅显著改善了织物的手感、弹性等性能,而且染色均匀、色牢度高、色泽丰满。

技术领域
本发明涉及染整加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺。
背景技术
众所周知,苎麻主要成分为纤维素纤维,由于其纤维中间有沟状空腔,管壁多孔隙,并且细长、坚韧、质地轻、吸湿散湿快,因而透气性比棉纤维高三倍左右,同时苎麻纤维含有叮咛、嘧啶、嘌呤等元素,对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌等都有不同程度的抑制效果,具有防腐、防菌、防霉等功能,适宜纺织各类卫生保健用品,是一种优良的纺织原料。但是由于天然苎麻纤维中含有果胶、木质素、蜡质和灰分等杂质,因此,断裂强度较高,湿强力高,断裂延伸度低,即以苎麻为组分的织物前处理难度大,要求高,如果处理不当,即存在着手感粗硬、易皱、弹性差、贴身穿着有刺痒感及缩水率大等缺点;同时苎麻织物在染色过程中染色较困难,且固色率也偏低,颜色鲜艳度也较差,严重制约了苎麻织物的使用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其不仅显著改善了织物的手感、弹性等性能,而且染色均匀、色牢度高、色泽丰满。
本发明提出的一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将苎麻织物在60-70℃下浸轧工作液,浴比为1:25-35,二浸二轧,轧余率为90-110%,所述工作液包括:精练剂1-3g/L、双氧水5-8g/L、退浆酶4-6g/L、纤维素酶0.5-1g/L、渗透剂1-3g/L、尿素1-3g/L,100-105℃下堆置汽蒸20-30min,90-95℃下热洗,冷洗,烘干,再进行预定型,预定型温度为155-165℃,车速为15-25m/min;
S2、整理改性,将经S1前处理后的苎麻织物在45-55℃下浸轧整理液,浴比为1:20-30,二浸二轧,所述整理液包括:β-环糊精5-10g/L、多元羧酸5-15g/L、次亚磷酸钠0.5-2g/L,在90-100℃下预烘2-4min,再在120-140℃下烘焙1-5min,75-85℃水洗后烘干;
S3、还原染色,将经S2整理改性后的苎麻织物在50-60℃下浸轧还原染料形成的染液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为70-90%,55-65℃下再浸轧还原液,一浸一轧,轧余率为60-80%,还原液包括:烧碱5-25g/L、保险粉1-3g/L、二氧化硫脲1-3g/L,使用饱和蒸汽进行快速汽蒸,还原汽蒸的温度为100-110℃,汽蒸时间为40-60s,水洗后用0.1-5g/L的双氧水在40-60℃下氧化10-15min,90-100℃下皂洗5-10min,热洗后烘干;
S4、后整理,将经S3还原染色后的苎麻织物再依次进行柔软整理和阻燃整理。
优选地,S1中,退浆酶为中温退浆酶,优选为退浆酶BF-7658;双氧水为含量为28-30wt%的双氧水。
优选地,S1中,定型时加入8-10g/L的抗热变黄剂。
优选地,S2中,所述整理液中还包括三乙醇胺0.5-1g/L和氯化钠1-5g/L。
优选地,S3中,所述还原染料形成的染液中包括:还原染料1-3g/L、渗透剂1-3g/L、扩散剂1-3g/L、染色助剂5-20g/L。
优选地,所述染色助剂选自六偏磷酸钠、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐中的至少一种。
优选地,S3中,皂洗采用的皂洗剂包括:皂洗片1-3g/L和纯碱1-3g/L。
优选地,S4中,柔软整理采用的柔软整理液包括:聚醚氨基改性硅油40-50g/L、抗滑移剂5-10g/L、抗静电剂1-5g/L,柔软整理中,调节pH值为5.5-6,工作温度为100-120℃,车速为40-60m/min。
优选地,S4中,阻燃整理采用的阻燃整理液包括:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵20-30g/L、蒙脱土3-5g/L、异丙醇15-20g/L,阻燃整理中,在50-70℃的水浴中处理40-60min,浴比为1:20-30。
优选地,所述后整理后还包括烘干定型,所述烘干定型采用FIR4烘干定型机,逆毛进机,温度为110-120℃,定型速度为17-20m/min。
本发明提出的一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,首先在对织物进行前处理中,考虑到苎麻纤维不耐碱,若采用传统碱退浆工艺,工艺条件稍有不当,即会造成织物泛黄发硬,甚至强降过大,使其服用性受到影响,通过选用酶退浆代替碱退浆进行处理,由于酶退浆过程中只对淀粉浆进行分解,经热水洗去除后,纤维强力不受影响,因此织物整体手感较碱处理更柔软,同时所述酶退浆过程中加入精练剂和双氧水等进行煮练,对织物的色素、麻皮的去除效果较为明显,使得布面的光洁度、白度明显提高,并且还加入了渗透剂和尿素作为助剂,二者可以对织物进行了充分润湿,有利于提高织物的吸水性能和后续处理过程,使最终得到的织物清晰飘逸,且手感柔软,穿着舒服,此后再对织物进行预定型,进一步明显改善织物强力和外观平整度,提高面料织物吸收染料的能力,增加成品的尺寸稳定性;其次,在对织物进行整理改性过程中,通过利用多元羧酸与织物中的纤维素大分子和β-环糊精上的羟基同时发生酯化反应,由此可将所述β-环糊精均匀固着织物上;此后,在对上述整理改性后的苎麻织物进行还原染料浸染染色中,一方面,利用固着在织物上的β-环糊精的亲水性能,可增加还原染料的上染效率,另一方面,由于环糊精是一种环状低聚糖,具有独特的疏水空腔结构,对染料分子可形成包覆,因此当将织物浸轧在还原染料形成的悬浮体染液中时,织物上的环糊精分子可对还原染料形成包覆,得到一种类似微胶囊体的结构,这种微胶囊体具有优良的缓释功能,可以对染色速率进行控制,从而获得良好的匀染效果,并且由于这种包覆作用,使得染料分子能够最大程度地被吸附到织物上,从而明显提高织物纤维对染料的亲和力,最终获得较高的色牢度;最后,在对织物进行后整理中,先对面料进行柔软整理,赋予面料良好的弹性效果以及丰满度和持久性,再进行阻燃整理,通过选用蒙脱土作为阻燃剂,同时加入季铵盐对蒙脱土进行改性,使得织物阻燃效果更好,且无环境污染。
综合上述,本发明所述的用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,无论是前处理还是后续染色,都避免了对织物纤维造成损伤,因此,不仅显著改善了织物的手感、弹性等性能;而且染色均匀、色牢度高,色泽丰满。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将苎麻织物在60℃下浸轧工作液,浴比为1:35,二浸二轧,轧余率为90%,所述工作液包括:精练剂3g/L、双氧水5g/L、退浆酶6g/L、纤维素酶0.5g/L、渗透剂3g/L、尿素1g/L,105℃下堆置汽蒸20min,95℃下热洗,冷洗,烘干,再进行预定型,加入8g/L的抗热变黄剂,预定型温度为165℃,车速为15m/min;
S2、整理改性,将经S1前处理后的苎麻织物在45℃下浸轧整理液,浴比为1:30,二浸二轧,所述整理液包括:β-环糊精5g/L、多元羧酸15g/L、次亚磷酸钠0.5g/L,在100℃下预烘2min,再在140℃下烘焙1min,85℃水洗后烘干;
S3、还原染色,将经S2整理改性后的苎麻织物在50℃下浸轧还原染料形成的染液中,所述染液中包括:还原染料3g/L、渗透剂1g/L、扩散剂3g/L、六偏磷酸钠5g/L,二浸二轧,轧余率为90%,55℃下再浸轧还原液,一浸一轧,轧余率为80%,还原液包括:烧碱5g/L、保险粉3g/L、二氧化硫脲1g/L,使用饱和蒸汽进行快速汽蒸,还原汽蒸的温度为110℃,汽蒸时间为40s,水洗后用5g/L的双氧水在40℃下氧化15min,90℃下皂洗10min,热洗后烘干;
S4、后整理,将经S3还原染色后的苎麻织物进行柔软整理,柔软整理中,采用的柔软整理液包括:聚醚氨基改性硅油40g/L、抗滑移剂10g/L、抗静电剂1g/L,调节pH值为5.5-6,工作温度为120℃,车速为40m/min,再进行阻燃整理,阻燃整理中,采用的阻燃整理液包括:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵30g/L、蒙脱土3g/L、异丙醇20g/L,在50℃的水浴中处理60min,浴比为1:20。
实施例2
一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将苎麻织物在70℃下浸轧工作液,浴比为1:25,二浸二轧,轧余率为110%,所述工作液包括:精练剂1g/L、双氧水8g/L、退浆酶BF-76584g/L、纤维素酶1g/L、渗透剂1g/L、尿素3g/L,100℃下堆置汽蒸30min,90℃下热洗,冷洗,烘干,再进行预定型,加入10g/L的抗热变黄剂,预定型温度为155℃,车速为25m/min;
S2、整理改性,将经S1前处理后的苎麻织物在55℃下浸轧整理液,浴比为1:20,二浸二轧,所述整理液包括:β-环糊精10g/L、多元羧酸5g/L、次亚磷酸钠2g/L、三乙醇胺0.5g/L、氯化钠5g/L,在90℃下预烘4min,再在120℃下烘焙5min,75℃水洗后烘干;
S3、还原染色,将经S2整理改性后的苎麻织物在60℃下浸轧还原染料形成的染液中,所述染液中包括:还原染料1g/L、渗透剂3g/L、扩散剂1g/L、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物20g/L,二浸二轧,轧余率为70%,65℃下再浸轧还原液,一浸一轧,轧余率为60%,还原液包括:烧碱25g/L、保险粉1g/L、二氧化硫脲3g/L,使用饱和蒸汽进行快速汽蒸,还原汽蒸的温度为100℃,汽蒸时间为60s,水洗后用0.1g/L的双氧水在60℃下氧化10min,100℃下皂洗5min,热洗后烘干;
S4、后整理,将经S3还原染色后的苎麻织物进行柔软整理,柔软整理中,采用的柔软整理液包括:聚醚氨基改性硅油50g/L、抗滑移剂5g/L、抗静电剂5g/L,调节pH值为5.5-6,工作温度为100℃,车速为60m/min,再进行阻燃整理,阻燃整理中,采用的阻燃整理液包括:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵20g/L、蒙脱土5g/L、异丙醇15g/L,在70℃的水浴中处理40min,浴比为1:30。
实施例3
一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将苎麻织物在65℃下浸轧工作液,浴比为1:30,二浸二轧,轧余率为100%,所述工作液包括:精练剂2g/L、双氧水6g/L、退浆酶BF-76585g/L、纤维素酶0.7g/L、渗透剂2g/L、尿素2g/L,102℃下堆置汽蒸25min,92℃下热洗,冷洗,烘干,再进行预定型,加入9g/L的抗热变黄剂,预定型温度为160℃,车速为20m/min;
S2、整理改性,将经S1前处理后的苎麻织物在50℃下浸轧整理液,浴比为1:25,二浸二轧,所述整理液包括:β-环糊精7g/L、多元羧酸10g/L、次亚磷酸钠1g/L、三乙醇胺0.7g/L、氯化钠3g/L,在95℃下预烘3min,再在130℃下烘焙3min,80℃水洗后烘干;
S3、还原染色,将经S2整理改性后的苎麻织物在55℃下浸轧还原染料形成的染液中,所述染液中包括:还原染料2g/L、渗透剂2g/L、扩散剂2g/L、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物12g/L,二浸二轧,轧余率为80%,60℃下再浸轧还原液,一浸一轧,轧余率为70%,还原液包括:烧碱15g/L、保险粉2g/L、二氧化硫脲2g/L,使用饱和蒸汽进行快速汽蒸,还原汽蒸的温度为105℃,汽蒸时间为50s,水洗后用2g/L的双氧水在50℃下氧化12min,95℃下皂洗8min,热洗后烘干;
S4、后整理,将经S3还原染色后的苎麻织物进行柔软整理,柔软整理中,采用的柔软整理液包括:聚醚氨基改性硅油45g/L、抗滑移剂7g/L、抗静电剂3g/L,调节pH值为5.5-6,工作温度为110℃,车速为50m/min,再进行阻燃整理,阻燃整理中,采用的阻燃整理液包括:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵25g/L、蒙脱土4g/L、异丙醇17g/L,在60℃的水浴中处理50min,浴比为1:25。
实施例4
一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将苎麻织物在60-70℃下浸轧工作液,浴比为1:28,二浸二轧,轧余率为105%,所述工作液包括:精练剂2g/L、双氧水7g/L、退浆酶BF-76585.5g/L、纤维素酶0.8g/L、渗透剂1.5g/L、尿素2.5g/L,103℃下堆置汽蒸26min,93℃下热洗,冷洗,烘干,再进行预定型,加入8.5g/L的抗热变黄剂,预定型温度为160℃,车速为18m/min;
S2、整理改性,将经S1前处理后的苎麻织物在48℃下浸轧整理液,浴比为1:28,二浸二轧,所述整理液包括:β-环糊精8g/L、多元羧酸8g/L、次亚磷酸钠1.5g/L、三乙醇胺0.8g/L、氯化钠2g/L,在96℃下预烘3min,再在135℃下烘焙2min,80℃水洗后烘干;
S3、还原染色,将经S2整理改性后的苎麻织物在56℃下浸轧还原染料形成的染液中,所述染液中包括:还原染料1.5g/L、渗透剂2.5g/L、扩散剂1.5g/L、染色助剂10g/L,二浸二轧,轧余率为75%,60℃下再浸轧还原液,一浸一轧,轧余率为75%,还原液包括:烧碱10g/L、保险粉2g/L、二氧化硫脲2.5g/L,使用饱和蒸汽进行快速汽蒸,还原汽蒸的温度为102℃,汽蒸时间为45s,水洗后用1g/L的双氧水在45℃下氧化13min,98℃下皂洗7min,热洗后烘干,其中所述染色助剂为苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物和木质素磺酸盐;
S4、后整理,将经S3还原染色后的苎麻织物进行柔软整理,柔软整理中,采用的柔软整理液包括:聚醚氨基改性硅油44g/L、抗滑移剂8g/L、抗静电剂2g/L,调节pH值为5.5-6,工作温度为105℃,车速为45m/min,再进行阻燃整理,阻燃整理中,采用的阻燃整理液包括:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵28g/L、蒙脱土4.5g/L、异丙醇18g/L,在55℃的水浴中处理45min,浴比为1:25。
将实施例1-4中所述还原染料染整工艺得到的苎麻织物成品进行测试,结果如下表所述:

Claims (13)
1.一种用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,将苎麻织物在60-70℃下浸轧工作液,浴比为1:25-35,二浸二轧,轧余率为90-110%,所述工作液包括:精练剂1-3g/L、双氧水5-8g/L、退浆酶4-6g/L、纤维素酶0.5-1g/L、渗透剂1-3g/L、尿素1-3g/L,100-105℃下堆置汽蒸20-30min,90-95℃下热洗,冷洗,烘干,再进行预定型,预定型温度为155-165℃,车速为15-25m/min;
S2、整理改性,将经S1前处理后的苎麻织物在45-55℃下浸轧整理液,浴比为1:20-30,二浸二轧,所述整理液包括:β-环糊精5-10g/L、多元羧酸5-15g/L、次亚磷酸钠0.5-2g/L,在90-100℃下预烘2-4min,再在120-140℃下烘焙1-5min,75-85℃水洗后烘干;
S3、还原染色,将经S2整理改性后的苎麻织物在50-60℃下浸轧还原染料形成的染液中,所述还原染料形成的染液中包括:还原染料1-3g/L、渗透剂1-3g/L、扩散剂1-3g/L、染色助剂5-20g/L,二浸二轧,轧余率为70-90%,55-65℃下再浸轧还原液,一浸一轧,轧余率为60-80%,还原液包括:烧碱5-25g/L、保险粉1-3g/L、二氧化硫脲1-3g/L,使用饱和蒸汽进行快速汽蒸,还原汽蒸的温度为100-110℃,汽蒸时间为40-60s,水洗后用0.1-5g/L的双氧水在40-60℃下氧化10-15min,90-100℃下皂洗5-10min,热洗后烘干,其中所述染色助剂选自六偏磷酸钠、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐中的至少一种;
S4、后整理,将经S3还原染色后的苎麻织物再依次进行柔软整理和阻燃整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S1中,退浆酶为退浆酶BF-7658;双氧水为含量为28-30wt%的双氧水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S1中,预定型时加入8-10g/L的抗热变黄剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S2中,所述整理液中还包括三乙醇胺0.5-1g/L和氯化钠1-5g/L。
5.根据权利要求3所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S2中,所述整理液中还包括三乙醇胺0.5-1g/L和氯化钠1-5g/L。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S3中,皂洗采用的皂洗剂包括:皂洗片1-3g/L和纯碱1-3g/L。
7.根据权利要求3所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S3中,皂洗采用的皂洗剂包括:皂洗片1-3g/L和纯碱1-3g/L。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S4中,柔软整理采用的柔软整理液包括:聚醚氨基改性硅油40-50g/L、抗滑移剂5-10g/L、抗静电剂1-5g/L,柔软整理中,调节pH值为5.5-6,工作温度为100-120℃,车速为40-60m/min。
9.根据权利要求3所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S4中,柔软整理采用的柔软整理液包括:聚醚氨基改性硅油40-50g/L、抗滑移剂5-10g/L、抗静电剂1-5g/L,柔软整理中,调节pH值为5.5-6,工作温度为100-120℃,车速为40-60m/min。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S4中,阻燃整理采用的阻燃整理液包括:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵20-30g/L、蒙脱土3-5g/L、异丙醇15-20g/L,阻燃整理中,在50-70℃的水浴中处理40-60min,浴比为1:20-30。
11.根据权利要求3所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,S4中,阻燃整理采用的阻燃整理液包括:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵20-30g/L、蒙脱土3-5g/L、异丙醇15-20g/L,阻燃整理中,在50-70℃的水浴中处理40-60min,浴比为1:20-30。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,所述后整理后还包括烘干定型,所述烘干定型采用FIR4烘干定型机,逆毛进机,温度为110-120℃,定型速度为17-20m/min。
13.根据权利要求3所述用于苎麻织物的还原染料染整工艺,其特征在于,所述后整理后还包括烘干定型,所述烘干定型采用FIR4烘干定型机,逆毛进机,温度为110-120℃,定型速度为17-20m/min。
