Abstract

本发明公开了一种超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺,包括对染色布或印花布进行烘干、起毛、柔软处理、再定型、烫光和剪毛;在所述柔软处理中,添加纤维面料柔软剂,所述纤维面料柔软剂的有效成分的质量百分比为17~21%,浴比为1:15~16,柔软处理的温度为44~45℃,处理时间为5~10min,烘干的温度为130~150℃,进布速度为15~20m/min。本发明采用纤维面料柔软剂对面料进行柔软处理,并工艺条件易控,最终产品性能稳定,经本发明处理得到的超柔纤维素纤维面料在使用过程中不易产生褶皱,面料手感饱满、富有光泽,质地强韧柔滑。

超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及面料后整理工艺领域,特别是涉及一种纤维素纤维面料的后整理工艺。
背景技术
纤维素纤维包括棉、苎麻、黄麻、大麻、蕉麻、剑麻、木棉、粘胶纤维或Tencel纤维等。随着国内外广大消费者消费水平的提高,近年来,我国纺织业取得了飞跃式的发展,纺织品的品种、品质、风格和功能性要求也越来越高。为了满足市场需求,纺织品企业在深加工、精加工、多品质、功能布料的开发上要求越来越高,纺织品的后整理技术无疑担当着重要角色。
纤维素纤维面料具有优异的资源可再生性、环保性和优异的服用性能,但是纤维素纤维面料制作成超柔面料,其制作工艺及后整理工艺还需进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺,包括对染色布或印花布进行烘干、起毛、柔软处理、再定型、烫光和剪毛;
在所述柔软处理中,添加纤维面料柔软剂,所述纤维面料柔软剂的有效成分的质量百分比为17~21%,浴比为1:15~16,柔软处理的温度为44~45℃,处理时间为5~10min,烘干的温度为130~150℃,进布速度为15~20m/min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纤维面料柔软剂是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:有机硅柔软剂80~88%、聚丙二醇1~2%、甘油0.5~1%、氯化钠0.1~0.5%、硬脂酸1~2%和去离子水5~15%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述烘干为将染色布或印花布放入定型机中烘干,将所述定型机的温度设定为120~160℃,烘干时间为5~8min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述起毛为采用起毛机对面料进行起毛,所述起毛机中拉毛滚筒的转速为63~66n/min,进布速度为20~30m/min,重复起毛2次。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述再定型为将定型机的温度设定为150~170℃,进布速度为25~35m/min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述烫光为将烫光辊的工作温度设定为160~170℃,进布速度控制在15~18m/min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述剪毛为控制剪毛辊的旋转速度为800~1000n/min,进布速度控制在15~18m/min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺,采用纤维面料柔软剂对面料进行柔软处理,并工艺条件易控,最终产品性能稳定,经本发明处理得到的超柔纤维素纤维面料在使用过程中不易产生褶皱,面料手感饱满、富有光泽,质地强韧柔滑。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺,包括对染色布或印花布进行烘干、起毛、柔软处理、再定型、烫光和剪毛。
烘干为将染色布或印花布放入定型机中烘干,将定型机的温度设定为120~160℃,烘干时间为5~8min。起毛为利用起毛机对面料进行双面起毛。
所述起毛为采用起毛机对面料进行起毛,所述起毛机中拉毛滚筒的转速为63~66n/min,进布速度为20~30m/min,重复起毛2次。
在所述柔软处理中,添加纤维面料柔软剂,所述纤维面料柔软剂的有效成分的质量百分比为17~21%,浴比为1:15~16,柔软处理的温度为44~45℃,处理时间为5~10min,烘干的温度为130~150℃,进布速度为15~20m/min。
再定型处理中,面料开幅轧水之后,将定型机的温度设定为150~170℃,进布速度为25~35m/min。
再定型之后,采用烫光剪毛机,对面料最后进行烫光和剪毛处理。所述烫光为将烫光辊的工作温度设定为160~170℃,进布速度控制在15~18m/min,所述剪毛为控制剪毛辊的旋转速度为800~1000n/min,进布速度控制在15~18m/min。
纤维面料柔软剂是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:有机硅柔软剂80~88%、聚丙二醇1~2%、甘油0.5~1%、氯化钠0.1~0.5%、硬脂酸1~2%和去离子水5~15%。在本实施例中,纤维面料柔软剂是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:有机硅柔软剂84%、聚丙二醇1.5%、甘油0.8%、氯化钠0.2%、硬脂酸1.5%和去离子水12%。以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

1.一种超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺,其特征在于,包括对染色布或印花布进行烘干、起毛、柔软处理、再定型、烫光和剪毛;
在所述柔软处理中,添加纤维面料柔软剂,所述纤维面料柔软剂的有效成分的质量百分比为17~21%,浴比为1:15~16,柔软处理的温度为44~45℃,处理时间为5~10min,烘干的温度为130~150℃,进布速度为15~20m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述纤维面料柔软剂是由下述质量百分比的成分制备而成的:有机硅柔软剂80~88%、聚丙二醇1~2%、甘油0.5~1%、氯化钠0.1~0.5%、硬脂酸1~2%和去离子水5~15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超柔纤维素纤维面料后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述烘干为将染色布或印花布放入定型机中烘干,将所述定型机的温度设定为120~160℃,烘干时间为5~8min。
