Abstract
本发明涉及一种纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,用于对纤维素纤维面料进行后整理,所述纤维素纤维面料为纤维素纤维质量占比达95%以上的面料,所述后整理助剂包括以下重量比的成分:32±2%的改性的N‑羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,35±2%的硅氧烷,12±0.5%固色剂,11±0.5%纺织防水剂。使用本发明的后整理助剂对纤维素纤维面料进行后整理处理后,使纤维素纤维面料在使用过程中不易产生折皱,防缩,整理后的织物甲醛含量远低于75ppm。使纤维素纤维面料的表面的光泽更富浓艳,使织物的绒感更加饱满,更具有弹性,同时赋予织物丝绸般触感,有助于提高免烫整理的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂。
背景技术
纤维素纤维如棉、苎麻、黄麻、大麻、蕉麻、剑麻、木棉及粘胶纤维、TENCEL纤维等。随着国内外广大消费者消费水平的提高,近年来,我国纺织业取得了飞跃式的发展,纺织品的品种、品质、风格和功能性要求也越来越高,为了满足市场需求,纺织品企业在深加工、精加工、多品种、功能布料的开发上要求越来越高,纺织品的后整理技术无疑担当着重要角色,后整理助剂使纺织品幅宽均一,尺寸和形态稳定,增进和美化纺织品的外观,改善纺织品的手感,赋予纺织品一定的特殊功能,但是,现有的纺织品的后整理助剂,对于纤维素纤维面料的使用效果还不尽如人意。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种纤维素面料的后整理助剂,使纤维素纤维面料在使用过程中不易产生折皱,防缩。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,用于对纤维素纤维面料进行后整理,所述纤维素纤维面料为纤维素纤维质量占比达95%以上的面料,所述后整理助剂包括以下重量比的成分:32±2%的改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,35±2%的硅氧烷,12±0.5%固色剂,11±0.5%纺织防水剂。
具体地,所述后整理助剂包括以下重量比的成分:32%的改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,35%的硅氧烷,12%固色剂,11%纺织防水剂,其余为水。
具体地,所述改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲的PH值为3.0-5.0。
具体地,所述硅氧烷的PH值为3.0-4.0。
具体地,所述固色剂为阳离子烯烃化合物,所述固色剂的PH值为5.0-7.0。
具体地,所述纺织防水剂,以重量份计,含有以下组分:15%的环氧氯丙烷,15%的甲基丙烯酸,5%的甲基纤维素,10%的烷基磷酸酯,其余为水。
本发明的有益效果是:使用本发明的后整理助剂对纤维素纤维面料进行后整理处理后,使纤维素纤维面料在使用过程中不易产生折皱,防缩,整理后的织物甲醛含量远低于75ppm。使纤维素纤维面料的表面的光泽更富浓艳,使织物的绒感更加饱满,更具有弹性,同时赋予织物丝绸般触感,有助于提高免烫整理的效果,使衣服在服用过程中保持平整外观,并且改善撕破与耐磨性,以及反复多种洗涤仍可保持其特性,提高了染色织物的湿磨擦牢度。
具体实施方式
一种纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,用于对纤维素纤维面料进行后整理,所述纤维素纤维面料为纤维素纤维质量占比达95%以上的面料,所述后整理助剂包括以下重量比的成分:32±2%的改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,35±2%的硅氧烷,12±0.5%固色剂,11±0.5%纺织防水剂。
具体地,所述后整理助剂包括以下重量比的成分:32%的改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,35%的硅氧烷,12%固色剂,11%纺织防水剂,其余为水。
具体地,所述改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲的PH值为3.0-5.0。
具体地,所述硅氧烷的PH值为3.0-4.0。
具体地,所述固色剂为阳离子烯烃化合物,所述固色剂的PH值为5.0-7.0。
具体地,所述纺织防水剂,以重量份计,含有以下组分:15%的环氧氯丙烷,15%的甲基丙烯酸,5%的甲基纤维素,10%的烷基磷酸酯,其余为水。

1.一种纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,用于对纤维素纤维面料进行后整理,所述纤维素纤维面料为纤维素纤维质量占比达95%以上的面料,其特征在于:所述后整理助剂包括以下重量比的成分:32±2%的改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,35±2%的硅氧烷,12±0.5%固色剂,11±0.5%纺织防水剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,其特征在于:所述后整理助剂包括以下重量比的成分:32%的改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,35%的硅氧烷,12%固色剂,11%纺织防水剂,其余为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,其特征在于:所述改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲的PH值为3.0-5.0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,其特征在于:所述硅氧烷的PH值为3.0-4.0。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,其特征在于:所述固色剂为阳离子烯烃化合物,所述固色剂的PH值为5.0-7.0。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纤维素纤维面料的后整理助剂,其特征在于:所述纺织防水剂,以重量份计,含有以下组分:15%的环氧氯丙烷,15%的甲基丙烯酸,5%的甲基纤维素,10%的烷基磷酸酯,其余为水。
