Abstract

本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体公开一种内衣柔软处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将柔软剂加入到40‑45℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为2‑4%的柔软剂水溶液;(2)将加工成型后的内衣放入上述柔软剂水溶液中浸泡,其间不断进行搅拌,维持温度为40‑45℃,超声处理35‑45min,以进行柔软处理;(3)将经过柔软处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;(4)将脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为80‑85℃;(5)将烘干后的内衣进行定型处理,由此完成整个内衣成型后柔软处理方法。本发明提供的内衣柔软处理方法简单易操作,能使内衣获得较好的柔软性。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种内衣柔软处理方法。
背景技术
通常,令人舒适的柔软手感是顾客在购买一件纺织品时的决定性依据。因此,柔软手感被认为是影响纺织品销售的最重要因素。
柔软处理方法是在染整加工过程中,为了使织物具有滑爽、柔软的手感,提高成品质量的处理方法。柔软整理有两种方法:机械柔软整理、柔软剂整理。
近年来,柔软剂在纺织品加工中变得尤为重要,几乎每一种从纺织厂出来的纺织品都经过了柔软整理。
内衣是人们贴身穿的衣物,通常是直接接触皮肤的,是现代人不可少的服饰之一,被誉为 “第二皮肤”。因此,它的舒适性尤为重要。随着经济的进一步发展、科学技术的不断进步、人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对内衣质量、品种、档次的要求越来越高,穿戴舒适、环保安全的内衣产品需求越来越大。
但目前市面上的柔软剂不能在洗涤整理后达到手感丰满、柔软爽滑、富有弹性等诸多性质,且柔软剂普遍用量较大,对环境存在较大的影响。因此需要提供一种内衣柔软处理方法,以达到处理方法简单,配合安全的、用量小的柔软剂,来达到生产出满足国内外市场需求的内衣产品。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明目的在于提供了一种内衣柔软处理方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种内衣柔软处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柔软剂加入到 40-45℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为2-4%的柔软剂水溶液;
(2)将加工成型后的内衣放入上述柔软剂水溶液中进行柔软处理:先在500-1000r/min的转速下搅拌20-30min,然后双频超声波交替处理15-25min,最后静置30-50min;
(3)将经过柔软处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)将脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为80-85℃;
(5)将烘干后的内衣进行定型处理,由此完成整个内衣成型后柔软处理方法。
优选地,所述柔软剂由以下重量份的成分组成:双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵20-26份、月桂基两性醋酸钠2-6份、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱2-4份、蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠3-6份、聚丙二醇4-8份、异硬脂酰胺丙基吗啉乳酸盐4-8份、去离子水30-45份。
优选地,所述加工成型后的内衣与所述柔软剂水溶液的质量比为1:12-15。
优选地,所述双频超声波交替处理的条件为:双频超声波交替频率为50-60kHz/25-35kHz,双频超声波交替工作时间为4-6s,超声波功率为200-400W。
优选地,所述定型处理的主要方法为:采用蒸汽定型,定型设备为蒸汽熨斗,熨烫时,熨斗距离所述内衣0.4-0.6cm,温度为120-130℃,时间为1.5-2.5min,熨斗不直接接触所述内衣表面,仅在所述内衣表面喷射饱和蒸汽,完成加热、给湿和加压工作。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、月桂基两性醋酸钠、蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、异硬脂酰胺丙基吗啉乳酸盐等原料相互复合配制的柔软剂性能优异,洗涤整理内衣成品后可以内衣成品手感丰满、柔软爽滑、有弹性、耐磨,适用于各种面料制成的内衣的洗涤整理;
本发明提供的内衣柔软处理方法简单易操作,能使内衣获得较好的柔软性,配合自制的柔软剂安全、环保且用量小。经本方法处理后的内衣手感丰满、柔软爽滑、有弹性且耐磨。使用本发明的柔软剂产品原料还能够降低处理方法中的温度,这有助于进一步降低处理成本。在浸泡过程中,通过超声处理,能够使柔软剂均匀分布,起到更好的软化效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
本发明的实施例1提供了一种内衣柔软处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柔软剂加入到 40℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为2%的柔软剂水溶液;
(2)按照质量比1:12将加工成型后的内衣放入上述柔软剂水溶液中进行柔软处理:先在500r/min的转速下搅拌30min,然后双频超声波交替处理15min,双频超声波交替频率为60kHz/35kHz,双频超声波交替工作时间为4s,超声波功率为400W,最后静置30min;
(3)将经过柔软处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)将脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为80℃;
(5)将烘干后的内衣进行定型处理,采用蒸汽定型,定型设备为蒸汽熨斗,熨烫时,熨斗距离所述内衣0.4cm,温度为120℃,时间为1.5min,熨斗不直接接触内衣表面,仅在内衣表面喷射饱和蒸汽,完成加热、给湿和加压工作,由此完成整个内衣成型后柔软处理方法。
所述柔软剂由以下重量份的成分组成:双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵20份、月桂基两性醋酸钠2份、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱2份、蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠3份、聚丙二醇4份、异硬脂酰胺丙基吗啉乳酸盐4份、去离子水30份。
实施例2
本发明的实施例2提供了一种内衣柔软处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柔软剂加入到 42℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为3%的柔软剂水溶液;
(2)按照质量比1:14将加工成型后的内衣放入上述柔软剂水溶液中进行柔软处理:先在800r/min的转速下搅拌25min,然后双频超声波交替处理20min,双频超声波交替频率为55kHz/30kHz,双频超声波交替工作时间为5s,超声波功率为300W,最后静置,40min;
(3)将经过柔软处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)将脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为82℃;
(5)将烘干后的内衣进行定型处理,采用蒸汽定型,定型设备为蒸汽熨斗,熨烫时,熨斗距离所述内衣0.5cm,温度为125℃,时间为2min,熨斗不直接接触内衣表面,仅在内衣表面喷射饱和蒸汽,完成加热、给湿和加压工作,由此完成整个内衣成型后柔软处理方法。
所述柔软剂由以下重量份的成分组成:双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵23份、月桂基两性醋酸钠4份、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱3份、蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠4.5份、聚丙二醇6份、异硬脂酰胺丙基吗啉乳酸盐6份、去离子水38份。
实施例3:
本发明的实施例3提供了一种内衣柔软处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柔软剂加入到 45℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为4%的柔软剂水溶液;
(2)按照质量比1:15将加工成型后的内衣放入上述柔软剂水溶液中进行柔软处理:先在1000r/min的转速下搅拌20min,然后双频超声波交替处理25min,双频超声波交替频率为50kHz/25kHz,双频超声波交替工作时间为6s,超声波功率为200W,最后静置50min;
(3)将经过柔软处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)将脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为85℃;
(5)将烘干后的内衣进行定型处理,采用蒸汽定型,定型设备为蒸汽熨斗,熨烫时,熨斗距离所述内衣0.6cm,温度为130℃,时间为2.5min,熨斗不直接接触内衣表面,仅在内衣表面喷射饱和蒸汽,完成加热、给湿和加压工作,由此完成整个内衣成型后柔软处理方法。
所述柔软剂由以下重量份的成分组成:双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵26份、月桂基两性醋酸钠6份、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱4份、蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠6份、聚丙二醇8份、异硬脂酰胺丙基吗啉乳酸盐8份、去离子水45份。
采用实施例1-3所述的内衣柔软处理方法配合相应柔软剂进行内衣柔软处理,作为实验组,分别记作实施例1-3;对比组内衣不做柔软处理,记作对照组。通过手感测试:AATCCEP52007 织物手感,采用主观评价法,得出如下结论。

Claims (5)

1.一种内衣柔软处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柔软剂加入到 40-45℃的水中搅拌均匀制成质量浓度为2-4%的柔软剂水溶液;
(2)将加工成型后的内衣放入上述柔软剂水溶液中进行柔软处理:先在500-1000r/min的转速下搅拌20-30min,然后双频超声波交替处理15-25min,最后静置30-50min;
(3)将经过柔软处理的内衣用清水洗涤干净,然后脱水;
(4)将脱水后的内衣放入烘干机中烘干至恒重,烘干温度为80-85℃;
(5)将烘干后的内衣进行定型处理,由此完成整个内衣成型后柔软处理方法。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内衣柔软处理方法,其特征在于,所述柔软剂由以下重量份的成分组成:双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵20-26份、月桂基两性醋酸钠2-6份、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱2-4份、蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠3-6份、聚丙二醇4-8份、异硬脂酰胺丙基吗啉乳酸盐4-8份、去离子水30-45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内衣柔软处理方法,其特征在于,所述加工成型后的内衣与所述柔软剂水溶液的质量比为1:12-15。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内衣柔软处理方法,其特征在于,所述双频超声波交替处理的条件为:双频超声波交替频率为50-60kHz/25-35kHz,双频超声波交替工作时间为4-6s,超声波功率为200-400W。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内衣柔软处理方法,其特征在于,所述定型处理的主要方法为:采用蒸汽定型,定型设备为蒸汽熨斗,熨烫时,熨斗距离所述内衣0.4-0.6cm,温度为120-130℃,时间为1.5-2.5min,熨斗不直接接触所述内衣表面,仅在所述内衣表面喷射饱和蒸汽,完成加热、给湿和加压工作。
