本发明涉及一种面料的抗起球整理工艺,尤其是一种羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺。
背景技术
羊毛纺织品以其良好的保暖性能以及柔软、蓬松、丰满的特性,深受消费者喜爱。但是,羊毛纤维表面有特殊结构的鳞片层。在日常着装中,由于外力的摩擦作用,鳞片层产生定向移动,发生毡缩现象,对人体有刺痒感。因此,羊毛织物必须通过整理加工,以达到国际羊毛局规定的机可洗标准,同时后整理加工能极大地改善羊毛纺织品的手感(如柔软、平滑等),从而提高其服用性能和产品附加值。长期以来,国内的毛衫后整理企业大都是采用含氯氧化剂对羊毛纤维进行改性,其效果好,能使羊毛织物达到良好的防毡缩效果,并可为后续的柔软整理创造出有利的表面特性。但是,含氯氧化剂在毛衫后整理加工过程中,会产生大量的AOX(可吸附的有机卤化物),严重污染环境,对人体造成伤害;工艺相对复杂,操作流程长,能源消耗大,而且会给羊毛纺织品带来严重的泛黄现象。
为解决上述问题,提供一种面料柔软又环保的整理方法是目前需要攻克的难题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:采用精梳纱织造羊毛面料,对羊毛面料进行清洗、烘干前处理;
(2)酶整理:将前处理后的羊毛面料浸入整理液中,浸入整理液的先后顺序为:第一步:在浓度为40ml/L,温度为50℃的双氧水中浸40-50min;第二步:将浸过双氧水的羊毛面料浸入含壳聚糖2g/L的溶液中整理1.5-2h,溶液温度为40℃;第三步:将浸入过壳聚糖溶液的羊毛面料浸入含有蛋白酶3%(owf)的溶液中,浴比:1∶30,溶液温度60℃,浸渍时间为35-38min;
(3)缩绒:将经过酶整理的羊毛面料放入超声波清洗仪的缩绒整理液内,开启超声波发生器,超声波频率50kHz,所述缩绒整理液中含:缩绒剂20910-12g/L,缩绒时间15-18min,缩绒温度为25-30℃,pH值为6.5~7.0,通过醋酸调节溶液PH值。
(4)放缩抗起球一浴法:将缩绒后的羊毛面料浸入整理液中,所述整理液包含无氯整理剂5-8g/L,复合蛋白酶B2-2.5g/L,防缩剂3-5g/L,水性聚氨酯5-6g/L,有机硅树脂6-8g/L,浴比为1∶30,处理温度为50℃,处理时间为45-55min;
(5)清洗:将经过防缩抗起球整理的羊毛面料在流动清水中冲洗10-15min;
(6)烘干:将清洗后的羊毛面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为85-90℃,机车速为10-13m/min;
(7)浸轧:将烘干后的羊毛面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25-30℃,pH为5.6-6.2,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为10-13r/min,轧余率85-90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
抗菌剂:0.8-2.2/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.5-2.5g/L;
活性炭:0.5-1g/L;
柠檬酸:0.6-0.8g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.3-1.8g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.5-1.8g/L;
(8)将浸轧过的羊毛面料进行烘干、轧光、定型整理。

有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明通过在缩绒工艺之前添加酶整理工序,先通过氧化剂二硫键转变为磺酸基,破坏羊毛纤维表面类脂层的连续分布,增加羊毛纤维表面的亲水性,再用蛋白酶处理,可进一步增加羊毛表面鳞片的去除效果,保证后续的放缩抗皱一浴工艺的效果。
2.本发明通过将放缩抗皱合成一浴法,可有效提高羊毛面料的加工效率。
3.本发明添加的浸轧工序,可进一步保证羊毛面料的柔软性,溶液中添加的活性炭可有效去除羊毛固有的气味,提高穿着舒适性。

实施例1:
一种羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:采用精梳纱织造羊毛面料,对羊毛面料进行清洗、烘干前处理;
(2)酶整理:将前处理后的羊毛面料浸入整理液中,浸入整理液的先后顺序为:第一步:在浓度为40ml/L,温度为50℃的双氧水中浸40min;第二步:将浸过双氧水的羊毛面料浸入含壳聚糖2g/L的溶液中整理1.5h,溶液温度为40℃;第三步:将浸入过壳聚糖溶液的羊毛面料浸入含有蛋白酶3%(owf)的溶液中,浴比:1∶30,溶液温度60℃,浸渍时间为38min;
(3)缩绒:将经过酶整理的羊毛面料放入超声波清洗仪的缩绒整理液内,开启超声波发生器,超声波频率50kHz,所述缩绒整理液中含:缩绒剂20910g/L,缩绒时间15min,缩绒温度为25℃,pH值为6.5,通过醋酸调节溶液PH值。
(4)放缩抗起球一浴法:将缩绒后的羊毛面料浸入整理液中,所述整理液包含2D树脂5g/L,复合蛋白酶B 2g/L,防缩剂DM-35013g/L,水性聚氨酯5g/L,有机硅树脂6g/L,浴比为1∶30,处理温度为50℃,处理时间为45min;
(5)清洗:将经过防缩抗起球整理的羊毛面料在流动清水中冲洗10min;
(6)烘干:将清洗后的羊毛面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为85℃,机车速为10m/min;

纳米氧化银:1.8/L;
渗透剂JFC:2.2g/L;
活性炭:0.8g/L;
柠檬酸:0.7g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.5g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.6g/L;
(8)将浸轧过的羊毛面料进行烘干、轧光、定型整理。
实施例3
一种羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:采用精梳纱织造羊毛面料,对羊毛面料进行清洗、烘干前处理;
(2)酶整理:将前处理后的羊毛面料浸入整理液中,浸入整理液的先后顺序为:第一步:在浓度为40ml/L,温度为50℃的双氧水中浸50min;第二步:将浸过双氧水的羊毛面料浸入含壳聚糖2g/L的溶液中整理2h,溶液温度为40℃;第三步:将浸入过壳聚糖溶液的羊毛面料浸入含有蛋白酶3%(owf)的溶液中,浴比:1∶30,溶液温度60℃,浸渍时间为38min;
(3)缩绒:将经过酶整理的羊毛面料放入超声波清洗仪的缩绒整理液内,开启超声波发生器,超声波频率50kHz,所述缩绒整理液中含:缩绒剂20912g/L,缩绒时间15-18min,缩绒温度为30℃,pH值为7.0,通过醋酸调节溶液PH值。
(4)放缩抗起球一浴法:将缩绒后的羊毛面料浸入整理液中,所述整理液包含2D树脂8g/L,复合蛋白酶B 2.5g/L,防缩剂DM-35015g/L,水性聚氨酯6g/L,有机硅树脂8g/L,浴比为1∶30,处理温度为50℃,处理时间为55min;
(5)清洗:将经过防缩抗起球整理的羊毛面料在流动清水中冲洗15min;
(6)烘干:将清洗后的羊毛面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为90℃,机车速为13m/min;
(7)浸轧:将烘干后的羊毛面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度30℃,pH为6.2,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为13r/min,轧余率90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
纳米氧化银:2.2/L;
渗透剂JFC:2.5g/L;
活性炭:1g/L;
柠檬酸:0.8g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.8g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.8g/L;
(8)将浸轧过的羊毛面料进行烘干、轧光、定型整理。
Claims (4)
1.一种羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺,其特征在于:包括步骤:
(1)前处理:采用精梳纱织造羊毛面料,对羊毛面料进行清洗、烘干前处理;
(2)酶整理:将前处理后的羊毛面料浸入整理液中,浸入整理液的先后顺序为:第一步:在浓度为40ml/L,温度为50℃的双氧水中浸40-50min;第二步:将浸过双氧水的羊毛面料浸入含壳聚糖2g/L的溶液中整理1.5-2h,溶液温度为40℃;第三步:将浸入过壳聚糖溶液的羊毛面料浸入含有蛋白酶3%(owf)的溶液中,浴比:1:30,溶液温度60℃,浸渍时间为35-38min;
(3)缩绒:将经过酶整理的羊毛面料放入超声波清洗仪的缩绒整理液内,开启超声波发生器,超声波频率50kHz,所述缩绒整理液中含:缩绒剂20910-12g/L,缩绒时间15-18min,缩绒温度为25-30℃,pH值为6.5~7.0,通过醋酸调节溶液PH值。
(4)放缩抗起球一浴法:将缩绒后的羊毛面料浸入整理液中,所述整理液包含无氯整理剂5-8g/L,复合蛋白酶B 2-2.5g/L,防缩剂3-5g/L,水性聚氨酯5-6g/L,有机硅树脂6-8g/L,浴比为1∶30,处理温度为50℃,处理时间为45-55min;
(5)清洗:将经过防缩抗起球整理的羊毛面料在流动清水中冲洗10-15min;
(6)烘干:将清洗后的羊毛面料放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为85-90℃,机车速为10-13m/min;
(7)浸轧:将烘干后的羊毛面料放入浸轧工作液中通过轧车进行一浸一轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25-30℃,pH为5.6-6.2,一浸一轧时轧车的转速为10-13r/min,轧余率85-90%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
抗菌剂:0.8-2.2/L;
渗透剂JFC:1.5-2.5g/L;
活性炭:0.5-1g/L;
柠檬酸:0.6-0.8g/L;
甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.3-1.8g/L;
醇醚磷酸盐:1.5-1.8g/L;
(8)将浸轧过的羊毛面料进行烘干、轧光、定型整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺,其特征在于:所述的抗菌剂为纳米氧化银。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺,其特征在于:所述的防缩剂为防缩剂DM-3501。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的抗起球整理工艺,其特征在于:所述的无氯整理剂为2D树脂。
