本发明公开了一种羊毛条快速防缩处理方法,具体步骤如下:清洗、干燥;氧化降解:将羊毛条放入氧化液中浸泡,然后再对羊毛条进行搅拌;水洗、干燥;混合酶溶液处理:将漂洗后的羊毛条置入混合酶溶液Ⅰ中浸轧;然后,将其取出后再次浸入混合酶溶液Ⅱ继续浸轧,使羊毛条表面鳞片快速溶解;洗涤、干燥;顺滑处理:将干燥后的羊毛条使用顺滑剂进行浸泡。本发明中先将羊毛条通过氧化降解,再经过混合酶溶液进行酶处理,可加快羊毛条的防缩处理,同时混合酶采用混合酶溶液Ⅰ进行防缩,混合酶溶液Ⅱ起到漂白的作用,能使羊毛条防缩处理后更加美观,再有顺滑剂的柔顺作用,使羊毛条具备抗起毛起球的效果。

本发明涉及织物加工处理技术领域,具体是一种羊毛条快速防缩处理方法。
背景技术
羊毛主要由蛋白质组成。人类利用羊毛可追溯到新石器时代,由中亚向地中海和世界其他地区传播,遂成为亚欧的主要纺织原料。羊毛纤维柔软而富有弹性,可用于制作呢绒、绒线、毛毯、毡呢等纺织品。羊毛制品有手感丰满、保暖性好、穿着舒适等特点。绵羊毛在纺织原料中占相当大的比重。
由于羊毛纤维表面具有鳞片,在水洗条件下,会出现缩水现象,在对其加工时,都会对其进行防缩处理。现有的防缩处理方式效率不高、效果单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种羊毛条快速防缩处理方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种羊毛条快速防缩处理方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)清洗、干燥:将准备好的羊毛条通过清水清洗,洗去羊毛条内杂物以及污渍,再将清洗后的羊毛条晾干;
(2)氧化降解:将步骤(1)中处理后的羊毛条放入氧化液中浸泡,然后再对羊毛条进行搅拌,氧化降解完成;
(3)水洗、干燥:将步骤(2)中氧化降解完成后的羊毛条再次用清水漂洗,并干燥处理,备用;
(4)混合酶溶液处理:将步骤(3)中漂洗后的羊毛条置入混合酶溶液Ⅰ中浸轧;然后,将其取出后再次浸入混合酶溶液Ⅱ继续浸轧,使羊毛条表面鳞片快速溶解;
(5)洗涤、干燥:将步骤(4)中酶处理后的羊毛条再次使用清水洗涤、干燥;
(6)顺滑处理:将步骤(5)中干燥后的羊毛条使用顺滑剂进行浸泡,浸泡后再烘干即得到所需防缩的羊毛条。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(2)中氧化液的具体成分以及各组分含量为:亚硝酸3-7%、亚硝酸钠1-3%、渗透剂2-5%、其与为水。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(2)中浸泡时间为1-2小时,搅拌20-30分钟后停止。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(3)和步骤(5)中在对羊毛条进行水洗时均采用搅拌的方式进行。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(4)中的混合酶溶液Ⅰ具体成分以及各组分含量为:转谷氨酰胺酶0.5-1%和蛋白质二硫化物异构酶0.2-0.3%的混合液,反应条件为:45-50℃,PH在6-8之间。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(4)中的混合酶溶液Ⅱ具体成分以及各组分含量为:丝氨酸蛋白酶2-5%、双氧水2-5%、其余为水。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(6)中所述顺滑剂由ATP乳液5-6%与聚乙烯蜡乳液4-5%组成,余量为水。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(6)中烘干的具体方式为:先脱水,然后预烘干,再烘焙;预烘干条件为:温度90-100℃,时间3分钟;烘焙条件为:温度150℃,时间3分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中先将羊毛条通过氧化降解,再经过混合酶溶液进行酶处理,可加快羊毛条的防缩处理,同时混合酶采用混合酶溶液Ⅰ进行防缩,混合酶溶液Ⅱ起到漂白的作用,能使羊毛条防缩处理后更加美观,再有顺滑剂的柔顺作用,使羊毛条具备抗起毛起球的效果。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种羊毛条快速防缩处理方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)清洗、干燥:将准备好的羊毛条通过清水清洗,洗去羊毛条内杂物以及污渍,再将清洗后的羊毛条晾干;
(2)氧化降解:将步骤(1)中处理后的羊毛条放入氧化液中浸泡,浸泡时间为1小时,然后再对羊毛条进行搅拌,搅拌20分钟后停止,氧化降解完成,氧化液的具体成分以及各组分含量为:亚硝酸3%、亚硝酸钠1%、渗透剂2%、其与为水。
(3)水洗、干燥:将步骤(2)中氧化降解完成后的羊毛条再次用清水漂洗,漂洗时对羊毛条搅拌,并干燥处理,备用;

(4)混合酶溶液处理:将步骤(3)中漂洗后的羊毛条置入混合酶溶液Ⅰ中浸轧,混合酶溶液Ⅰ具体成分以及各组分含量为:转谷氨酰胺酶1%和蛋白质二硫化物异构酶0.3%的混合液,反应条件为:50℃,PH为8;然后,将其取出后再次浸入混合酶溶液Ⅱ继续浸轧,混合酶溶液Ⅱ具体成分以及各组分含量为:丝氨酸蛋白酶5%、双氧水5%、其余为水,使羊毛条表面鳞片快速溶解;
(5)洗涤、干燥:将步骤(4)中酶处理后的羊毛条再次使用清水洗涤、干燥,洗涤时对羊毛条搅拌;
(6)顺滑处理:将步骤(5)中干燥后的羊毛条使用顺滑剂进行浸泡,顺滑剂由ATP乳液6%与聚乙烯蜡乳液5%组成,余量为水,浸泡后再烘干,烘干的具体方式为:先脱水,然后预烘干,再烘焙;预烘干条件为:温度100℃,时间3分钟;烘焙条件为:温度150℃,时间3分钟,即得到所需防缩的羊毛条。
实施例3
一种羊毛条快速防缩处理方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)清洗、干燥:将准备好的羊毛条通过清水清洗,洗去羊毛条内杂物以及污渍,再将清洗后的羊毛条晾干;

(3)水洗、干燥:将步骤(2)中氧化降解完成后的羊毛条再次用清水漂洗,漂洗时对羊毛条搅拌,并干燥处理,备用;
(4)混合酶溶液处理:将步骤(3)中漂洗后的羊毛条置入混合酶溶液Ⅰ中浸轧,混合酶溶液Ⅰ具体成分以及各组分含量为:转谷氨酰胺酶0.8%和蛋白质二硫化物异构酶0.22%的混合液,反应条件为:47℃,PH为7;然后,将其取出后再次浸入混合酶溶液Ⅱ继续浸轧,混合酶溶液Ⅱ具体成分以及各组分含量为:丝氨酸蛋白酶3%、双氧水4%、其余为水,使羊毛条表面鳞片快速溶解;
(5)洗涤、干燥:将步骤(4)中酶处理后的羊毛条再次使用清水洗涤、干燥,洗涤时对羊毛条搅拌;
(6)顺滑处理:将步骤(5)中干燥后的羊毛条使用顺滑剂进行浸泡,顺滑剂由ATP乳液5.3%与聚乙烯蜡乳液4.2%组成,余量为水,浸泡后再烘干,烘干的具体方式为:先脱水,然后预烘干,再烘焙;预烘干条件为:温度96℃,时间3分钟;烘焙条件为:温度150℃,时间3分钟,即得到所需防缩的羊毛条。

(5)洗涤、干燥:将步骤(4)中酶处理后的羊毛条再次使用清水洗涤、干燥;
