本发明公开了一种抗皱免烫整理剂及其制备方法,所述抗皱免烫整理剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:丁烷四酸10‑20份、柠檬酸铵3‑5份、三乙醇胺3‑5份、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚5‑7份、硼酸3‑5份、木质素磺酸3‑5份、聚乙烯蜡3‑5份、次磷酸钠5‑7份、有机硅树脂5‑10份、壳聚糖10‑15份、去离子水20‑30份。本发明的抗皱免烫整理剂应用织物之后,织物具有优异的防皱抗皱性能,而且耐水洗,水洗之后仍然具有良好的抗皱防皱性能。本发明的抗皱免烫整理剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且毒性低,对人体不刺激,挥发性低,整理后的织物其韧性、强度、手感基本不受影响。

本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种抗皱免烫整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
高新技术发展日新月异,人们生活水平不断提高,对于纺织品的需求不再局限于保暖舒适等织物固有的特性,根据不同的行业、人群、用途,人们对纺织品的要求也越来越多,对服装提出了舒适、卫生、美观、保健、防护等要求,纺织品的整理技术也不断涌现。
天然棉织物具有优良的性能,是理想的服装材料,但是棉织物经水洗之后需要熨烫,这就给服用者带来很大的麻烦。天然纤维中的毛纤维、真丝纤维等蛋白质纤维虽然比纤维素纤维好一点,但是湿弹性与防皱性都不及合成纤维。因此,这类服装水洗之后都需要熨烫。
近几年,免烫整理剂很受欢迎,但是传统的N-羟甲基酰胺类免烫抗皱整理剂,抗皱效果良好,但经它处理后的织物在加工、贮存和服用过程中会释放出对人体有害的甲醛。

(3)步骤(1)的溶液加入步骤(2)的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(4)加入硼酸3-5份、木质素磺酸3-5份、次磷酸钠5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
(5)加入三乙醇胺3-5份、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚5-7份、有机硅树脂5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
(6)关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体抗皱免烫整理剂;

测试例
将4块相同的织物放入实施例1、2、3、4的抗皱免烫整理剂溶液中浸轧,经过两浸两轧,然后升温至80-100℃预烘干,再在120-140℃烘干,然后用40-50℃热水清洗,最后用冷水冲洗,清洗后烘干,可以得到4块具有抗皱免烫性能的布。测试结果如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱免烫整理剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:丁烷四酸10份、柠檬酸铵3份、三乙醇胺3份、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、硼酸3份、木质素磺酸3份、聚乙烯蜡3份、次磷酸钠5份、有机硅树脂5份、壳聚糖10份、去离子水20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱免烫整理剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:丁烷四酸15份、柠檬酸铵4份、三乙醇胺4份、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、硼酸4份、木质素磺酸4份、聚乙烯蜡4份、次磷酸钠6份、有机硅树脂8份、壳聚糖13份、去离子水25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱免烫整理剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:丁烷四酸20份、柠檬酸铵5份、三乙醇胺5份、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚7份、硼酸5份、木质素磺酸5份、聚乙烯蜡5份、次磷酸钠7份、有机硅树脂10份、壳聚糖15份、去离子水30份。
5.一种采用权利要求1-4中任一所述的抗皱免烫整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入聚乙烯蜡3-5份,升高温度至60-70℃,将其融化为液体;
步骤2,先将丁烷四酸10-20份、柠檬酸铵3-5份、壳聚糖10-15份、去离子水20-30份在另一个反应釜中搅拌均匀;
步骤3,步骤1的溶液加入步骤2的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤4,加入硼酸3-5份、木质素磺酸3-5份、次磷酸钠5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤5,加入三乙醇胺3-5份、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚5-7份、有机硅树脂5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤6,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体抗皱免烫整理剂;
步骤7,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体抗皱免烫整理剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
