本发明公开了一种羊毛织物抗静电整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率70-80%,最后水洗2-3次,脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氧乙烯二胺20-25份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐12-15份、苄基三甲基氯化铵6-9份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-4份、亚麻酸10-14份、丙酮2-5份、丙烯酰胺1-6份、黄藤粉4-9份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、苯乙烯15-17份、脂肪酸钠5-8份、柠檬酸钠3-6份、硫酸铝1-8份。本发明所述的整理方法操作方便,绿色环保,且整理后的羊毛织物具有优异的抗静电和抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛织物抗静电整理方法。
技术背景
羊毛织物是以羊毛为原料纺织而成的织物,羊毛是一种具有优异服用性能的天然纤维,在弹性、吸湿、保暖、防沾污、光泽生物降解和相容性等方面性能优异。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对衣服面料的要求也越来越高。
羊毛织物保暖效果好,而且比较柔软舒适,深受广大消费者的喜爱。其中纯毛面料色泽自然柔和、保暖效果好、是制作高档西服和大衣的首选面料。但现在仿毛织品越来越多,随着纺织工艺的提高,已达到了大多数顾客难以鉴别的水平,但色泽、保暖性、手感等还远远不及纯毛面料。纯毛面料通常手感柔滑,长毛的面料顺毛摸手感柔滑,逆毛有刺痛感。纯毛面料的色泽自然柔和,鲜艳而无陈旧感。用手将物捍紧,然后马上放开,看织物弹性。纯毛面料回弹率高,能迅速恢复原状。现代工艺和电脑横机的发展使细针毛织物款式更加丰富,花型时尚美观立体多样,色彩绚丽和谐丰富,结合各种辅料和美化工艺织造的羊毛织物深受现代女性的欢迎喜爱。有适合满足四季穿着要求的各种毛织物,女性主要在春秋季节穿着,冷暖温度适宜,美观大方时尚。
但是羊毛纤维容易产生静电现象,在纺织加工和消费者应用时,带来了各种各样的问题。例如,在纺织纤维制造加工中,将给纤维的开松、梳理,纱线的卷装成形及抗起毛起球和防污带来许多困难。还有在人体活动时,皮肤与织物之间或织物与织物之间相互摩擦而产生大量的电荷。在空气干燥的情况下,这些电荷无法藉由水气释放至空气中,而会聚积于织物的表面。带静电的织物会贴附人体并带来不适感,更甚者会对心血管疾病患者带来危害。纺织品的静电现象也会干扰计算机及其他灵敏的电子仪器的正常工作。
另外,在一些特殊行业,如易燃、易爆场所及电子行业等,由于纤维织物的静电可能引起火灾、爆炸等灾害。因此,对织物进行抗静电整理是很有必要的。要达到织物抗静电的目的,现有技术中最通常的做法是对织物进行抗静电整理。但是,目前使用最多的抗静电整理剂,存在生物降解性差、耐洗性差等问题。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前纺织技术领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种羊毛织物抗静电整理方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种羊毛织物抗静电整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成浸渍液,然后将织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率70-80%,最后水洗2-3次,脱水烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氧乙烯二胺20-25份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐12-15份、苄基三甲基氯化铵6-9份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-4份、亚麻酸10-14份、丙酮2-5份、丙烯酰胺1-6份、黄藤粉4-9份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、苯乙烯15-17份、脂肪酸钠5-8份、柠檬酸钠3-6份、硫酸铝1-8份。
整理剂的制备工艺为常规工艺,为本领域普通技术人员所熟练掌握。
所述织物常温浸渍35-40分钟。
所述烘干温度为80-90℃,时间为30s。
所述水溶液的浓度为600-1200ppm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明所述的整理方法操作方便,绿色环保,且整理后的羊毛织物具有优异的抗静电和抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
