本发明公开了一种织物抗静电剂的制备方法,所述织物抗静电剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚氧乙烯二胺15‑25份、柠檬酸钠2‑4份、三乙醇胺4‑10份、苯乙烯10‑20份、硫酸钠0.5‑1份、亚麻酸10‑20份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯0.5‑1.5份、油酸10‑20份、硅藻土2‑8份、乙醇50‑100份。本发明的织物抗静电剂应用于织物之后,织物的抗静电性能比原织物提高90%以上。本发明的织物抗静电剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体不刺激,挥发性低,整理后的织物其韧性、强度、手感基本不受影响。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种织物抗静电剂。
背景技术
一般合成纤维的织物含湿量是比较低的,结晶度比较高,所以是一种比较容易产生静电的织物,合成纤维的静电一般可以达到2000V,最高时可以达到4000V左右。虽然它们电流比较小,不过也是让人很讨厌的,也是有麻烦的。静电的危害很多,比如:织物出现放电之后,在一些比较容易燃烧和爆炸的场合会容易出现火灾以及爆炸;静电容易造成通信干扰;在烘干之后,这种静电会让织物吸附在金属部件上,会造成缠绕等现象,使得设备紊乱;同一种织物的静电电荷可能会排斥,那么使得落布不易折叠整齐;当手或者其他部位触碰到的时候,可能会受到电击;织物穿在身上,可能会因为运动摩擦等原因产生了静电,当手指接触金属体如门把手、栏杆时会产生放电现象犹如蜂蜇,与人握手也像电击;晚上还会在脱衣服的时候噼里啪啦,还有火星,着实吓人,让人不安;静电的现象容易使得织物上沾染灰尘;静电对于心脏病、精神分裂以及神经衰弱等都是一种危险。
所以寻找一种织物抗静电剂是非常必要的。

本发明的目的在于提供一种织物抗静电剂及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种织物抗静电剂,所述织物抗静电剂包括如下重量份数的原料:聚氧乙烯二胺15-25份、柠檬酸钠2-4份、三乙醇胺4-10份、苯乙烯10-20份、硫酸钠0.5-1份、亚麻酸10-20份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯0.5-1.5份、油酸10-20份、硅藻土2-8份、乙醇50-100份。
优选地,所述乙醇为无水乙醇,纯度为分析纯。
优选地,按照重量份数,至少由以下组分制备而成:聚氧乙烯二胺15份、柠檬酸钠2份、三乙醇胺4份、苯乙烯10份、硫酸钠0.5份、亚麻酸10份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯0.5份、油酸10份、硅藻土2份、乙醇50份。

步骤3,将步骤2的均匀溶液加入步骤1的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤4,升高温度至60-80℃,加入苯乙烯10-20份、硫酸钠0.5-1份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;

(5)降温至25℃,加入柠檬酸钠3份、亚麻酸15份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯1份,750转/分钟,搅拌25分钟;
(6)关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物抗静电剂;
(7)静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物抗静电剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

(4)升高温度至80℃,加入苯乙烯20份、硫酸钠1份,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(5)降温至30℃,加入柠檬酸钠4份、亚麻酸20份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯1.5份,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
(6)关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物抗静电剂;
(7)静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物抗静电剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
测试例
将4块相同的纯棉布放入实施例1、2、3、4的抗静电溶液中,经过两浸两轧,烘干,焙烘,水洗,烘干,可以得到4块具有抗静电性能的布。测试的结果如下:

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物抗静电剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,至少由以下组分制备而成:聚氧乙烯二胺25份、柠檬酸钠4份、三乙醇胺10份、苯乙烯20份、硫酸钠1份、亚麻酸20份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯1.5份、油酸20份、硅藻土8份、乙醇100份。
6.一种根据上述权利要求1-5中任一所述的一种织物抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入乙醇50-100份、硅藻土2-8份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤2,先将油酸10-20份、聚氧乙烯二胺15-25份、三乙醇胺4-10份,用超声分散10-20分钟,得到均匀溶液;
步骤3,将步骤2的均匀溶液加入步骤1的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤4,升高温度至60-80℃,加入苯乙烯10-20份、硫酸钠0.5-1份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤5,降温至20-30℃,加入柠檬酸钠2份、亚麻酸10份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯0.5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤6,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物抗静电剂;
步骤7,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体织物抗静电剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
