背景技术
抗静电剂是添加在塑料之中或涂敷于模塑制品的表面,以达到减少静电积累目的的一类添加剂。通常根据使用方法的不同,抗静电剂可分为内加型和外涂型两大类,用于塑料的主要是内加型抗静电剂。也可按抗静电剂的性能分为暂时性的和永久性的两大类。
目前的织物用抗静电剂具有一定的抗静电性能,但是效果差,而且抑菌抗菌效果差,因此,有必要进行改进。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简单,制得的抗静电剂无毒无害,具有优异的抗静电和导电性能,而且还具有优异的抑菌和抗菌性能,使用后不但能显著提高涤纶织物的抗静电性能,抗静电持久,而且对皮肤无刺激,健康安全。其中,本发明中添加的聚醚酯酰胺、炭纳米管、石墨烯,能够使聚合物表面电阻降低至107-109ohm/cm2。大大优于规定的指标1.9×1011ohm/cm2;此外,本发明添加的抗菌剂抑菌时间长,且不会损伤织物。

实施例五:
抗静电剂组分按重量份数包括乙氧基化烷基胺15份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10份、聚碳酸酯9份、聚醚酯酰胺7份、炭纳米管6份、石墨烯4份、柠檬酸钠9份、硅藻土8份、氧化聚乙烯蜡10份和抗菌剂3份。
本实施例中,抗菌剂由30%十二烷基-二甲基-苄基氯化铵、20%微晶高岭石粉、20%氟硅烷偶联剂、15%介孔纳米二氧化钛、15%介孔纳米三氧化二铝制成。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、聚碳酸酯、聚醚酯酰胺混合后加入搅拌罐中低速搅拌,得到混合液A;
B、、将炭纳米管、石墨烯、柠檬酸钠、硅藻土、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合后加入搅拌釜中加热搅拌,得到混合液B;
C、将混合物A和混合物B混合后加入加热罐中加热反应,得到混合液C;
D、在混合液C中加入抗菌剂,在常温下充分搅拌混合,即得到抗静电剂。
本实施例中,步骤A中搅拌速率为300转/分,时间为30min。
本实施例中,步骤B中搅拌温度为85℃,搅拌速率为1200转/分,时间为30min-40min。
本实施例中,步骤C中加热温度为50℃,时间为15min。
实验例:
采用本发明各实施例制得的抗静电剂进行性能测试,得到数据如下表:

综上所述,本发明制备方法简单,制得的抗静电剂无毒无害,具有优异的抗静电和导电性能,而且还具有优异的抑菌和抗菌性能,使用后不但能显著提高涤纶织物的抗静电性能,抗静电持久,而且对皮肤无刺激,健康安全。其中,本发明中添加的聚醚酯酰胺、炭纳米管、石墨烯,能够使聚合物表面电阻降低至107-109ohm/cm2。大大优于规定的指标1.9×1011ohm/cm2;此外,本发明添加的抗菌剂抑菌时间长,且不会损伤织物。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种高稳定性表面活性剂型复合抗静电剂,其特征在于:抗静电剂组分按重量份数包括乙氧基化烷基胺10-20份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚5-15份、聚碳酸酯6-12份、聚醚酯酰胺4-10份、炭纳米管3-9份、石墨烯2-6份、柠檬酸钠5-12份、硅藻土4-12份、氧化聚乙烯蜡7-14份和抗菌剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高稳定性表面活性剂型复合抗静电剂,其特征在于:抗静电剂组分优选的成分配比包括乙氧基化烷基胺15份、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10份、聚碳酸酯9份、聚醚酯酰胺7份、炭纳米管6份、石墨烯4份、柠檬酸钠9份、硅藻土8份、氧化聚乙烯蜡10份和抗菌剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高稳定性表面活性剂型复合抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂由30%十二烷基-二甲基-苄基氯化铵、20%微晶高岭石粉、20%氟硅烷偶联剂、15%介孔纳米二氧化钛、15%介孔纳米三氧化二铝制成。
4.实现权利要求1所述的一种高稳定性表面活性剂型复合抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、聚碳酸酯、聚醚酯酰胺混合后加入搅拌罐中低速搅拌,得到混合液A;
B、、将炭纳米管、石墨烯、柠檬酸钠、硅藻土、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合后加入搅拌釜中加热搅拌,得到混合液B;
C、将混合物A和混合物B混合后加入加热罐中加热反应,得到混合液C;
D、在混合液C中加入抗菌剂,在常温下充分搅拌混合,即得到抗静电剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高稳定性表面活性剂型复合抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中搅拌速率为200-400转/分,时间为20min-40min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高稳定性表面活性剂型复合抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌速率为1000-1400转/分,时间为30min-40min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种高稳定性表面活性剂型复合抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中加热温度为40-60℃,时间为10min-20min。
