Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗静电针织面料,由以下组分组成:棉麻纤维,莫代尔纤维,石墨烯纤维,涤纶纤维,复合导电纤维,抗静电剂,柔顺剂,将混合主料细支纱和混合导电较细支纱放入盛有柔顺剂的反应釜中;向S2中的反应釜中分别加入抗静电剂;将混合主料细支纱作为经编,将混合导电较细支纱作为纬编,针织为坯布;将坯布进行热定型,染色,烘干,二次染色,室温晾干定型,裁剪,制作成成品面料。本发明通过主要原料为棉麻纤维,莫代尔纤维等为主要原料,并且添加了内混型抗静电剂,不仅保证了针织面料的舒适性能和透气性能,而且提高了面料的抗静电性能;原材料中增加了复合导电纤维,减少了电荷的产生,加速了电荷的转移,减少了静电的产生。

背景技术
布料是人们最常用的生活资料之一,人们利用布料制作衣物,饰品,包装材料等由来已久,布料的利用给人们的生活带来极大的便利,静电是一种处于静止状态的电荷,在干燥和多风的秋天和冬天,在日常生活中,人们常常会碰到这种现象:晚上脱衣服睡觉时,黑暗中常听到噼啪的声响,而且伴有蓝光;见面握手时,手指刚一接触到对方,会突然感到指尖针刺般刺痛,令人大惊失色;早上起来梳头时,头发会经常“飘”起来,越理越乱;拉门把手、开水龙头时都会“触电”,时常发出“啪啪”的声响,这就是发生在人体的静电;所谓静电,就是一种处于静止状态的电荷或者说不流动的电荷,当电荷聚集在某个物体上或表面时就形成了静电;在日常生活中,衣物是人们最常接触的物体,而人们利用面料制作衣物,饰品,包装材料等由来已久,面料的利用给人们的生活带来极大的便利,但是静电的产生不仅会给人造成皮肤的灼伤,同时在加油站,加气站,面粉厂,手术室等危险气体或者漂浮物存在的地方,静电的产生容易诱发爆炸,给人的生命财产安全带来巨大的损失,同时目前的衣服面料对舒适性能也有一定的要求,针织面料即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同,针织分为纬编和经编,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱,所以现在设计一种抗静电针织面料来满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电针织面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗静电针织面料,由以下组分组成:20-40重量份的棉麻纤维,10-30重量份的莫代尔纤维,10-20重量份的石墨烯纤维,10-15重量份的涤纶纤维,10-15重量份的复合导电纤维,0.5-2重量份的抗静电剂,0.5-3重量份的柔顺剂。
优选的,所述复合导电纤维由银纤维、硫化镉纤维、碘化镍纤维和氧化铜纤维按照组分比5:4:3:2的配比,经过纺丝机精纺而成。
优选的,所述抗静电剂由以下组分组成:2-5重量份的乙氧基化烷基胺、1-3重量份的醋酸乙酯,3-5重量份的聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、2-6重量份的醋酸乙酯钛酸正丁酯、0.5-2重量份的表面活性剂、1-3重量份的乙二醇、0.5-2重量份的甘油、20-40重量份的蒸馏水。
一种抗静电针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将棉麻纤维、莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维按照重量配比2:1:1,经过纺纱机纺织成混合主料细支纱,纱线支数为30S/1-60S/1,捻系数为100-140,将石墨烯纤维与导复合导电纤维经过纺纱机纺织成混合导电较细支纱,纱线支数为65S/1-80S/1,捻系数为150-220;
S2:分别将混合主料细支纱和混合导电较细支纱放入盛有柔顺剂的反应釜中,进行搅拌,温度保持在 50-70℃,静置;
S3:向S2中的反应釜中分别加入抗静电剂,涡轮往复搅拌5-10min,调节PH至中性,静置1小时;
S4:将混合主料细支纱作为经编,将混合导电较细支纱作为纬编,针织为坯布;
S5:将坯布进行热定型,染色,烘干,二次染色,室温晾干定型,裁剪,制作成成品面料。
优选的,所述柔顺剂由以下组分:亚油酸,羟乙基乙二胺,硬脂酸钠,焦磷酸钠,三聚磷酸钠按照重量比 3:2:1:1:1配比而成。

S2:分别将混合主料细支纱和混合导电较细支纱放入盛有柔顺剂的反应釜中,柔顺剂由以下组分:亚油酸,羟乙基乙二胺,硬脂酸钠,焦磷酸钠,三聚磷酸钠按照重量比3:2:1:1:1配比而成,进行搅拌,温度保持在50℃,静置;
S3:向S2中的反应釜中分别加入抗静电剂,涡轮往复搅拌5min,调节PH至中性,静置1小时;
S4:将混合主料细支纱作为经编,将混合导电较细支纱作为纬编,针织为坯布;
S5:将坯布进行热定型,染色,烘干,二次染色,室温晾干定型,裁剪,制作成成品面料,成品面料的规格为190g/m2x60"。
实施例2:
本发明提供一种抗静电针织面料:由以下组分组成:40重量份的棉麻纤维,30重量份的莫代尔纤维,20 重量份的石墨烯纤维,15重量份的涤纶纤维15重量份的复合导电纤维,复合导电纤维由银纤维、硫化镉纤维、碘化镍纤维和氧化铜纤维按照组分比5:4:3:2的配比,经过纺丝机精纺而成,2重量份的抗静电剂,抗静电剂由以下组分组成:5重量份的乙氧基化烷基胺、3重量份的醋酸乙酯,5重量份的聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、6重量份的醋酸乙酯钛酸正丁酯、2重量份的表面活性剂、3重量份的乙二醇、2重量份的甘油、40 重量份的蒸馏水,3重量份的柔顺剂。
一种抗静电针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将棉麻纤维、莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维按照重量配比2:1:1,经过纺纱机纺织成混合主料细支纱,纱线支数为60S/1,捻系数为140,将石墨烯纤维与导复合导电纤维经过纺纱机纺织成混合导电较细支纱,纱线支数为80S/1,捻系数为220;
S2:分别将混合主料细支纱和混合导电较细支纱放入盛有柔顺剂的反应釜中,柔顺剂由以下组分:亚油酸,羟乙基乙二胺,硬脂酸钠,焦磷酸钠,三聚磷酸钠按照重量比3:2:1:1:1配比而成,进行搅拌,温度保持在70℃,静置;
S3:向S2中的反应釜中分别加入抗静电剂,涡轮往复搅拌10min,调节PH至中性,静置1小时;
S4:将混合主料细支纱作为经编,将混合导电较细支纱作为纬编,针织为坯布;
S5:将坯布进行热定型,染色,烘干,二次染色,室温晾干定型,裁剪,制作成成品面料,成品面料的规格为190g/m2x60"。
实施例3:
本发明提供一种抗静电针织面料:由以下组分组成:30重量份的棉麻纤维,20重量份的莫代尔纤维,15 重量份的石墨烯纤维,12重量份的涤纶纤维,12重量份的复合导电纤维,复合导电纤维由银纤维、硫化镉纤维、碘化镍纤维和氧化铜纤维按照组分比5:4:3:2的配比,经过纺丝机精纺而成,1重量份的抗静电剂,抗静电剂由以下组分组成:3重量份的乙氧基化烷基胺、2重量份的醋酸乙酯,4重量份的聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、5重量份的醋酸乙酯钛酸正丁酯、1重量份的表面活性剂、2重量份的乙二醇、1重量份的甘油、30 重量份的蒸馏水,1.5重量份的柔顺剂。
一种抗静电针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将棉麻纤维、莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维按照重量配比2:1:1,经过纺纱机纺织成混合主料细支纱,纱线支数为40S/1,捻系数为120,将石墨烯纤维与导复合导电纤维经过纺纱机纺织成混合导电较细支纱,纱线支数为70S/1,捻系数为180;
S2:分别将混合主料细支纱和混合导电较细支纱放入盛有柔顺剂的反应釜中,柔顺剂由以下组分:亚油酸,羟乙基乙二胺,硬脂酸钠,焦磷酸钠,三聚磷酸钠按照重量比3:2:1:1:1配比而成,进行搅拌,温度保持在60℃,静置;
S3:向S2中的反应釜中分别加入抗静电剂,涡轮往复搅拌10min,调节PH至中性,静置1小时;
S4:将混合主料细支纱作为经编,将混合导电较细支纱作为纬编,针织为坯布;
S5:将坯布进行热定型,染色,烘干,二次染色,室温晾干定型,裁剪,制作成成品面料,成品面料的规格为190g/m2x60"。

Claims (6)
1.一种抗静电针织面料,其特征在于:由以下组分组成:20-40重量份的棉麻纤维,10-30重量份的莫代尔纤维,10-20重量份的石墨烯纤维,10-15重量份的涤纶纤维,10-15重量份的复合导电纤维,0.5-2重量份的抗静电剂,0.5-3重量份的柔顺剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电针织面料,其特征在于:所述复合导电纤维由银纤维、硫化镉纤维、碘化镍纤维和氧化铜纤维按照组分比5:4:3:2的配比,经过纺丝机精纺而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电针织面料,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂由以下组分组成:2-5重量份的乙氧基化烷基胺、1-3重量份的醋酸乙酯,3-5重量份的聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚、2-6重量份的醋酸乙酯钛酸正丁酯、0.5-2重量份的表面活性剂、1-3重量份的乙二醇、0.5-2重量份的甘油、20-40重量份的蒸馏水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将棉麻纤维、莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维按照重量配比2:1:1,经过纺纱机纺织成混合主料细支纱,纱线支数为30S/1-60S/1,捻系数为100-140,将石墨烯纤维与导复合导电纤维经过纺纱机纺织成混合导电较细支纱,纱线支数为65S/1-80S/1,捻系数为150-220;
S2:分别将混合主料细支纱和混合导电较细支纱放入盛有柔顺剂的反应釜中,进行搅拌,温度保持在50-70℃,静置;
S3:向S2中的反应釜中分别加入抗静电剂,涡轮往复搅拌5-10min,调节PH至中性,静置1小时;
S4:将混合主料细支纱作为经编,将混合导电较细支纱作为纬编,针织为坯布;
S5:将坯布进行热定型,染色,烘干,二次染色,室温晾干定型,裁剪,制作成成品面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂由以下组分:亚油酸,羟乙基乙二胺,硬脂酸钠,焦磷酸钠,三聚磷酸钠按照重量比3:2:1:1:1配比而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述成品面料的规格为190g/m2x60"。
