布料是人们最常用的生活资料之一,人们利用布料制作衣物,饰品,包装材料等由来已久,布料的利用给人们的生活带来极大的便利,静电是一种处于静止状态的电荷,在干燥和多风的秋天和冬天,在日常生活中,人们常常会碰到这种现象:晚上脱衣服睡觉时,黑暗中常听到噼啪的声响,而且伴有蓝光;见面握手时,手指刚一接触到对方,会突然感到指尖针刺般刺痛,令人大惊失色;早上起来梳头时,头发会经常“飘”起来,越理越乱;拉门把手、开水龙头时都会“触电”,时常发出“啪”的声响,这就是发生在人体的静电;所谓静电,就是一种处于静止状态的电荷或者说不流动的电荷,当电荷聚集在某个物体上或表面时就形成了静电;在日常生活中,衣物是人们最常接触的物体,而人们利用面料制作衣物,饰品,包装材料等由来已久,面料的利用给人们的生活带来极大的便利,但是静电的产生不仅会给人造成皮肤的灼伤,同时在加油站,加气站,面粉厂,手术室等危险气体或者漂浮物存在的地方,静电的产生容易诱发爆炸,给人的生命财产安全带来巨大的损失,同时目前的户外衣服面料对防水性能也有一定的要求,所以现在设计一种防静电防水面料的制备方法来满足人们的需求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种防静电防水面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防静电防水面料,由以下组分组成:40-60重量份的竹纤维,10-20重量份的苎麻纤维,20-40重量份的莫代尔纤维,10-15重量份的复合导电纤维,0.5-2重量份抗静电剂,0.5-3重量份复合防水剂,1-3重量份的柔软剂,0.5-2的防水黏胶剂。
优选的,所述复合导电纤维由银纤维、硫化铜纤维、碘化镍纤维和氧化镉纤维按照组分比6:4:3:1的配比,经过纺丝机纺丝而成。
优选的,所述抗静电剂由醋酸乙酯、丁酮、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和甘油单硬脂酸酯按照重量比:5:3:2:1 组合而成。
一种防静电防水面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取竹纤维经过纺丝机混纺为纱线,作为经纱,选取苎麻纤维和复合导电纤维按照比重:15:1经过混纺为纱线,作为纬纱,然后将经纱和纬纱采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为120g\㎡;
S2:选取莫代尔纤维经过纺丝机混纺为纱线,作为经纱,选取竹纤维和复合导电纤维按照比重:15:1经过混纺为纱线,作为纬纱,然后将经纱和纬纱采用双面平针组织纺织为外层面料,重量为150g\㎡;
S3:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入反应釜中,加入抗静电剂和柔软剂搅拌5-10min,调节PH至中性,静置1小时;
S4:将处理后的面料进行清洗、烘干,再放入添加有复合防水剂的容器中进行物理震荡和超声波震荡 10-15min,高温定型烘干;
S5:将处理后的面料清洗,烘干,裁剪,然后将里层面料和外层面料通过防水黏胶剂粘合在一起,即制得成品面料。
优选的,所述柔软剂为三元共聚硅油。
优选的,所述复合防水剂为膨体聚四氟乙烯、纳米SiO2改性聚氨酯乳液和乙酸甲酯复合而成。

S2:选取莫代尔纤维经过纺丝机混纺为纱线,作为经纱,选取竹纤维和复合导电纤维按照比重:15:1经过混纺为纱线,作为纬纱,然后将经纱和纬纱采用双面平针组织纺织为外层面料,重量为150g\㎡;
S3:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入反应釜中,加入抗静电剂和柔软剂搅拌10min,调节PH至中性,静置1小时;
S4:将处理后的面料进行清洗、烘干,再放入添加有复合防水剂的容器中进行物理震荡和超声波震荡15min,物理震荡的震荡方向为上下方向震荡,超声波频率为25000赫兹,高温定型烘干;
S5:将处理后的面料清洗,烘干,裁剪,然后将里层面料和外层面料通过防水黏胶剂粘合在一起,即制得成品面料。

Claims (7)

1.一种防静电防水面料,其特征在于:由以下组分组成:40-60重量份的竹纤维,10-20重量份的苎麻纤维,20-40重量份的莫代尔纤维,10-15重量份的复合导电纤维,0.5-2重量份抗静电剂,0.5-3重量份复合防水剂,1-3重量份的柔软剂,0.5-2的防水黏胶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电防水面料,其特征在于:所述复合导电纤维由银纤维、硫化铜纤维、碘化镍纤维和氧化镉纤维按照组分比6:4:3:1的配比,经过纺丝机纺丝而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电防水面料,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂由醋酸乙酯、丁酮、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和甘油单硬脂酸酯按照重量比:5:3:2:1组合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电防水面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:选取竹纤维经过纺丝机混纺为纱线,作为经纱,选取苎麻纤维和复合导电纤维按照比重:15:1经过混纺为纱线,作为纬纱,然后将经纱和纬纱采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为120g\㎡;
S2:选取莫代尔纤维经过纺丝机混纺为纱线,作为经纱,选取竹纤维和复合导电纤维按照比重:15:1经过混纺为纱线,作为纬纱,然后将经纱和纬纱采用双面平针组织纺织为外层面料,重量为150g\㎡;
S3:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入反应釜中,加入抗静电剂和柔软剂搅拌5-10min,调节PH至中性,静置1小时;
S4:将处理后的面料进行清洗、烘干,再放入添加有复合防水剂的容器中进行物理震荡和超声波震荡10-15min,高温定型烘干;
S5:将处理后的面料清洗,烘干,裁剪,然后将里层面料和外层面料通过防水黏胶剂粘合在一起,即制得成品面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电防水面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述柔软剂为三元共聚硅油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电防水面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合防水剂为膨体聚四氟乙烯、纳米SiO2改性聚氨酯乳液和乙酸甲酯复合而成。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种防静电防水面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4中的物理震荡的震荡方向为上下方向震荡,超声波频率为25000赫兹。
