本发明公开了一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,包括面层、底层以及位于面层和底层之间的中间层,其特征在于,所述面层由海岛纤维制成的经线和负氧离子天竹纤维制成的纬线组织编制而成的绒布层,所述底层由导电纤维制成的经纱和涤纶纤维制成的纬线采用斜纹组织编织而成,所述的面层和底层之间设置有环状磷酸酯层的中间层,使得现在的绒布具有阻燃功能,又可以抗菌抑菌抗静电功能,并且加工过程简单,操作方便,成本可大大降低,并且避免了生活中人们使用绒布带来的抗静电困扰。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,更进一步地说是涉及一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的不断发展和人们消费观念的不断改变以及生活品位的不断提高,对面料的质量和档次的要求也在不断的提高,绒布作为最近几年出现的面料,因其手感舒适柔软,深受人们的喜爱。随着绒毛在许多领域中都是采用到,例如,服装、家居等,目前许多布料都对防火阻燃有一定的要求,在许多公共场合尤其对于布料的要求达到国家级B1,以在火灾来临之时能有效的减少火灾的蔓延,但是目前在纺织上采用的方式通采用溴类的阻燃剂,在阻燃的过程中会发出有毒有害的气体,而且附着在布料上与人体接触也会产生一定的危害,另外绒布与人体接触时,会产生静电,给人们使用绒布时带来很多困扰。
目前,随着人们生活质量的提高,很多用户都选用抗菌抑菌的绒布,市场上虽有抗菌抑菌的绒布,采用的技术为在面料中加入二氧化硅纳米膜,此结构较为复杂,制作加工难度较大,随着导致生产成本提高。
因此,对于本领域的技术人员来说,如何设计一种具有阻燃功能,又可以抗菌抑菌抗静电的绒布,是目前需要亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,具体方案如下:
一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,包括面层、底层以及位于面层和底层之间的中间层,所述面层由海岛纤维制成的经线和负氧离子天竹纤维制成的纬线组织编制而成的绒布层,所述底层由导电纤维制成的经纱和涤纶纤维制成的纬线采用斜纹组织编织而成,所述的面层和底层之间设置有环状磷酸酯层的中间层。
本发明进一步地,所述的导电纤维为复合纤维,其主要成分为炭黑微粒和PVC微粒。
本发明进一步地,所述的面层经线和纬线还包括桑蚕丝纤维,所述的桑蚕丝纤维螺旋缠绕于海岛纤维和负氧离子天竹纤维外。
本发明进一步地,所述的底层经线和纬线还包括桑蚕丝纤维,所述桑蚕丝纤维螺旋导电纤维制成的经纱和涤纶纤维制成的纬线外。
本发明进一步地,所述的环状磷酸酯层与面层之间设置有针织化纤层。
本发明进一步地,所述的针织化纤层与面层之间设置有胶水层。
本发明进一步地,所述的胶水层为纤维服装粘合层。
采用上述技术方案,使得现在的绒布具有阻燃功能,又可以抗菌抑菌抗静电功能,并且加工过程简单,操作方便,成本可大大降低。

本发明的核心在于提供一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,通过所述的绒布的面层2由海岛纤维制成的经线21和负氧离子天竹纤维制成的纬线22组织编制而成的绒布层,面层2和底层1之间设置有环状磷酸酯层的中间层3,使得现在的绒布具有阻燃功能,又可以抗菌抑菌功能,并且加工过程简单,操作方便,成本可大大降低,提高使用率。

实施例1:
一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,包括面层2、底层1以及位于面层和底层之间的中间层3,面层2、中间层3和底层1通过高温高压压合而成,由三层结构的面料有利于增强面料的结构强度,所述面层2由海岛纤维制成的经线21和负氧离子天竹纤维制成的纬线22组织编制而成的绒布层,其中,所述的海岛纤维其纤维柔软度较好,有利于提高面料的舒适度,且海岛纤维具有纤维质地轻薄、强度较高,所形成的面料在保证高强度的同时具有较轻的质量,负氧离子天竹纤维采用添加剂的办法赋予天竹纤维特殊功能,利用负氧离子的除臭、产生负氧离子的特点,加之天竹纤维本身抗菌、除臭、环保的特征,使面料具有较强的抗菌性。
其中,所述底层1由导电纤维制成的经纱和涤纶纤维制成的纬线12采用斜纹组织编织而成,所述的导电纤维为复合纤维,其主要成分为炭黑微粒和PVC微粒,该面料绒布具有良好的强度、弹性及耐磨性,尤其具有优异的抗静电功效,抗静电能力强,且功效持久,避免了用户在使用时绒布时带来的静电困扰,
所述的面层2和底层1之间设置有环状磷酸酯层的中间层3,环状磷酸酯具有阻燃效果,且环状磷酸酯阻燃剂无卤素、不含甲醛,对环境无污染,属于环保型阻燃剂,改善了熔滴的现象,且阻燃性能均能达到GB20286-2006标准中的阻燃B1级,而且材料本身健康绿色,在面料使用在衣物上的时候不会对人体的皮肤产生危险。
其中,所述的面层经线21和纬线22还包括桑蚕丝纤维,所述的桑蚕丝纤维螺旋缠绕于海岛纤维和负氧离子天竹纤维外。
其中,所述的底层经线11和纬线12还包括桑蚕丝纤维,所述桑蚕丝纤维螺旋天然薄荷纤维和椰碳纤维外。
桑蚕丝纤维不仅柔软贴身而且具有较好的保暖透气性,有利于在提高面料保暖性的同时保持一个较轻的重量,桑蚕丝纤维还具有较强的吸湿性,有利于保持皮肤水分的平衡,进一步提高面料使用的舒适度。

其中,胶水层5在本实施例中采用纤维绒布粘合层,更加适合绒布与绒布之间的粘合,起到了绒布与绒布之间粘合更加牢固,增加了针织化纤层,兼具羊毛针织物和化纤针织物二者的优点,绒软舒适,制作绒布时,使用方便。
本发明提供的一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,使得现在的绒布具有阻燃功能,又可以抗菌抑菌,同时具有抗静电的优点,并且加工过程简单,操作方便,成本可大大降低。

Claims (7)
1.一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,包括面层、底层以及位于面层和底层之间的中间层,其特征在于,所述面层由海岛纤维制成的经线和负氧离子天竹纤维制成的纬线组织编制而成的绒布层,所述底层由导电纤维制成的经纱和涤纶纤维制成的纬线采用斜纹组织编织而成,所述的面层和底层之间设置有环状磷酸酯层的中间层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,其特征在于,所述的导电纤维为复合纤维,其主要成分为炭黑微粒和PVC微粒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,其特征在于,所述的面层经线和纬线还包括桑蚕丝纤维,所述的桑蚕丝纤维螺旋缠绕于海岛纤维和负氧离子天竹纤维外。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,其特征在于,所述的底层经线和纬线还包括桑蚕丝纤维,所述桑蚕丝纤维螺旋导电纤维制成的经纱和涤纶纤维制成的纬线外。
5.根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,其特征在于,所述的环状磷酸酯层与面层之间设置有针织化纤层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,其特征在于,所述的针织化纤层与面层之间设置有胶水层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高效阻燃抗静电释放负氧离子绒布,其特征在于,所述的胶水层为纤维绒布粘合层。
