本发明是一种高舒适性纤维面料,属于纤维面料技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,随着生活水平的提高,消费者对服饰美的追求层次越来越高,消费者对服装颜色的要求也正在由实用型向新奇型转变,于是功能性纤维的研究与开发便引起了科技工作者的极大兴趣。
现有的高舒适性纤维面料在进行使用时,由于其防染色效果较差,导致染料很容易附着在面料上,不便于清除,而且吸水导湿效果较差,降低了使用舒适度。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种高舒适性纤维面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种高舒适性纤维面料,包括防染色层以及吸水导湿层,所述防染色层内端面设置有吸水导湿层,所述防染色层由聚酯纤维以及醋酸纤维制备而成,所述吸水导湿层由海岛纤维以及竹原纤维制备而成,所述纤维面料的制备由以下步骤制造而成:
步骤1,原材料的提取,聚酯纤维由纤维长丝里面加入聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,然后经过压延机高温把聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与纤维贴在一起;醋酸纤维由纤维素通过活化处理,然后经过乙酰化处理,然后经过部分皂化、醋酸酯、洗涤、稳定化处理、压榨、干燥以及粉碎,从而制成二型醋酸纤维素酯,然后再经过混合液的溶解、过滤、脱泡、甬道、纺丝卷绕以及夹捻制备而成;海岛纤维由尼龙6与低密度聚乙烯混合在料仓内部,然后经过螺杆进行搅拌以及输送,从而导致混合物料进行熔融管道进行混合融化,然后经过纺丝组件进行纺丝处理,然后经过上油、拉伸、卷曲、干燥定型以及切断制备而成;竹原纤维以竹子为原料,经特殊的高科技工艺处理,把竹子中的纤维素提取出来,再经制胶以及纺丝工序制造而生成;
步骤2,编制成型,选取30-40重量份的聚酯纤维,选取60-70重量份的醋酸纤维,选取20-50重量份的海岛纤维、选取50-80重量份的竹原纤维,然后以聚酯纤维为经线,以醋酸纤维为纬线,在编织机上进行编织工作,从而得到防染色层;然后以海岛纤维为经线,以竹原纤维为纬线,并在编织机上进行编织工作,从而得到吸水导湿层,然后使用人员粘合剂将吸水导湿层粘贴在防染色层内端面;
步骤3,后处理,使用环保柔软剂对防染色层以及吸水导湿层表面进行处理,从而增加了防染色层以及吸水导湿层的柔软度。

进一步地,在所述步骤2中,每100重量份的防染色层中含有40重量份的聚酯纤维以及60重量份的醋酸纤维;每100重量份的吸水导湿层中含有20重量份的海岛纤维以及80重量份的竹原纤维。
