本发明公开了一种耐热水性木器漆,其原料由按重量份计的以下成分组成:水性聚氨酯乳液50‑70份;硅微粉10‑30份;氧化锌2‑10份;二氧化钛3‑10份;高枝化聚乙烯亚胺15‑25份;丙二醇1‑3份;己二酸二酰肼2‑8份;二羟基丙酮10‑20份;成膜助剂4‑8份;消泡剂0.5‑1份;增稠剂1‑2份;溶剂25‑50份;该木器漆具有良好的耐热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐热水性木器漆,属于功能性涂料技术领域。
背景技术
水性木器漆由于不含有机溶剂、安全、环保、健康,而受到人们的青睐,被成功开发并大量投发市场,满足了人们的装饰、装修需求。当前市售水性木器漆大致有三种:丙烯酸乳液类,聚氨酯(PUD)类,丙烯酸乳液拼PUD类。水性木器漆需具有耐腐蚀、耐老化性能。由于木器深受人们的喜爱,具有广泛的应用市场,并且需要与人接触,因此随着社会的发展,人们对聚氨酯木器漆的性能提出了更高的要求,耐热性耐候性能好的水性木器漆能够提高木器的使用寿命,保护木器的色泽和外观。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐热水性木器漆,该木器漆具有良好的耐热性能。
实现本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:一种耐热水性木器漆,其原料由按重量份计的以下成分组成:

进一步地,所述硅微粉的粒径为2-5.5μm。
进一步地,所述氧化锌为纳米氧化锌;所述二氧化钛为纳米二氧化钛。
进一步地,所述成膜助剂为乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丁醚或丙二醇单甲醚。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为有机硅树脂类消泡剂。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素或羧甲基纤维素。
进一步地,所述溶剂为去离子水。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的原料中含有硅微粉,是由天然石英(SiO2)或熔融石英经高温熔融、冷却后的非晶态SiO2,其导热性差,能够提高木器漆的耐热性;
2、本发明中,高枝化聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)是一种阳离子高分子聚合物,本身具有一定的抗菌作用。同时,PEI可以吸附在硅微粉、金属氧化物等分散体颗粒的表面,所带电荷由于静电斥力作用,防止颗粒的聚沉,使得涂料具有良好的分散性,具有良好的覆盖度,赋予木器漆优异的抗菌性、耐水性、耐热性和耐候性;
3、本申请中的己二酸二酰肼和二羟基丙酮相交联,提高固化速度与漆膜的致密度,对木器起到持久的保护作用。
具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例1-3:
一种耐热水性木器漆,其原料由按重量份计的以下成分组成:

硅微粉的粒径为4μm。
木器漆的制备方法为:
1、在500转/分钟转速下,在去离子水中依次投入水性聚氨酯乳液、有机硅树脂类消泡剂、羧甲基纤维素;在600-1000转/分钟转速下,依次投入硅微粉、纳米氧化锌、二氧化钛、高枝化聚乙烯亚胺,然后在1200-1500转/分钟转速下高速分散10-60分钟;在100-400转/分钟转速下,投入乙二醇单甲醚,然后高速分散10-30分钟至无缩孔,过滤后即得组分一;
2、丙二醇、己二酸二酰肼、二羟基丙酮混合均匀,得到组分二;
3、将组分一和组分二混合,得到耐热水性木器漆。
原料中的硅微粉导热性差,能够提高木器漆的耐热性,但是硅微粉容易由于重力作用,在放置一段时间的木器漆中沉淀而使得木器漆的储存稳定性不好,因此,本配方中加入高枝化聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),能够提高木器漆的抗菌作用同时,吸附在分散体颗粒的表面,所带电荷由于静电斥力作用,防止颗粒的聚沉,使得涂料具有良好的分散性,具有良好的覆盖度,此外将硅微粉的粒径为4μm,在此粒径下的硅微粉即便在流动性大的木器漆中仍能够很好地与PEI相吸附,赋予木器漆稳定性、优异的抗菌性、耐水性、耐热性和耐候性。此外,配方中的己二酸二酰肼和二羟基丙酮相交联,二羟基丙酮中含有两个活性羟基,能与体系中的活性基团反应,提高了体系的交联密度,提高固化速度与漆膜的致密度,对木器起到持久的保护作用。
对实施例1-3的耐热水性木器漆,依照标准HG/T3828-2006室内用水性木器涂料标准,检测结果如表格2所示。
