本发明公开了一种无机水性金属漆及其制备方法。由按重量百分含量计的如下原料制备而成:去离子水、防冻剂(乙二醇)、成膜助剂(十二碳酸醇酯)、杀菌剂(罗门哈斯LXE)、有机硅消泡剂(罗门哈斯505)、流平剂(罗门哈斯RM2020)、纳米二氧化钛或纳米二氧化锌、绢云母粉、纳米碳酸钙粉、甲基硅酸钾、硅溶胶NM-1020、气相二氧化硅、珠光粉、乳液、缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂。该无机水性金属漆在施工过程中无喷涂均匀性、珠光粉排列整齐、颜色均匀、完全还原珠光粉的本身光泽、表面细滑、手感细腻。

一种无机水性金属漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属漆,具体涉及一种无机水性金属漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
水性有机金属漆的出现后,就一直深受建筑、家居、饰物等各界人士的欢迎和热捧,原因就在于其施工方便,任何物品或建筑物的内外墙,只需用简单的工具,批涂成喷涂,较容易达到点物成“金”的效果。
但是,目前市面上的水性金属漆,均属于有机水性金属漆,存在如下缺陷:
1、普通水性金属漆主要是以珠光粉为填料,用大量乳液为粘结剂,由于珠光粉为片状,比重轻约0.9mg/kl,表面涨力较大,珠光粉往往悬浮在乳液表面,造成局部堆积,干燥后会出现严重色差。
2、珠光粉粉体属于片状结构,经电渡着色处理,片与片之间会产生静电作用,通过水及乳液载体传递,喷涂墙面未干之前悬浮乳液表面的金片往往在排列上产生同性相斥问题,其中部分珠光片一端翘起,无法排列整齐,出现阴阳色差,表面粗糙,有刺手感觉。就算添加防静电排列剂,由于乳液粘性及排列剂分布问题,无法完全解决阴阳色差的问题,另外静电排列剂添加过多静电粉也会掩盖金片的颜色。
3、普通水性金属漆以乳液作为粘结剂,含量较高,乳液本身光泽跟珠光粉的光泽叠加造成折射、眩光,会让人感觉珠光粉表面罩着一层有光树脂,掩盖住珠光粉的金属光。
4、乳液与珠光粉接触后出现乳液发黑现象,令金属漆表面产生黑色暗影;不同角度观察时产生不同黑晕。
综上,普通水性金属漆在施工过程中无法达到喷涂均匀性,存在表面易于发花、光泽不均、阴阳色、返黑影、表面返粗、手感刺手等问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种无机水性金属漆及其制备方法,该无机水性金属漆在施工过程中无喷涂均匀性、珠光粉排列整齐、颜色均匀、完全还原珠光粉的本身光泽、表面细滑、手感细腻。
实现本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:
一种无机水性金属漆,其特征在于,由按重量百分含量计的如下原料制备而成:

作为优选,所述水为去离子水。
作为优选,所述防冻剂为乙二醇。
作为优选,所述成膜助剂为十二碳酸醇酯。
作为优选,所述杀菌剂采用美国罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为LXE的杀菌防腐剂。
作为优选,所述有机硅消泡剂采用美国罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为505的有机硅消泡剂。
作为优选,所述流平剂采用美国罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为RM2020的流平剂。
作为优选,所述纳米二氧化钛或纳米二氧化锌的粒度为2000目以上;所述绢云母粉的粒度为600目以上;所述纳米碳酸钙粉的粒度为2000目以上。
作为优选,所述硅溶胶采用厦门培藤科技有限公司生产的型号为NM-1020的硅溶胶,其二氧化硅含量为15-35%,涂料专用,pH为8-11。
作为优选,所述甲基硅酸钾与所述硅溶胶的重量比为1:1。甲基硅酸钾与硅溶胶NM-1020按重量比为1:1组合成硅酸盐形成无机聚合物粘结剂,珠光颜料附着在矿物墙体表面通过硅酸盐的聚合以及底材的化学硅化反应形成整齐排布金属涂层膜。
作为优选,所述二氧化硅为气相二氧化硅,其粒度为1000目以上,使用时预先溶解成浆糊状。
作为优选,所述珠光粉的粒度为40-60μm,为各种金属颜色的珠光粉。
作为优选,所述乳液为硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液或苯丙乳液。
作为优选,所述缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂采用美国罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为TT-935的缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂。
一种无机水性金属漆的制备方法,其特征在于,依次包括以下步骤:
1)在容器中加入配方量的水、防冻剂、成膜助剂、杀菌剂、有机硅消泡剂和流平剂,控制转速为200-300转/分,搅拌10分钟;
2)加入配方量的纳米二氧化钛或纳米二氧化锌,以及配方量的绢云母粉和纳米碳酸钙粉,控制转速为1500转/分,分散30分钟;
3)加入配方量的甲基硅酸钾、硅溶胶,控制转速为600转/分,分散10分钟;
4)加入配方量的二氧化硅,控制转速为1000转/分,分散10分钟;
5)加入配方量的珠光粉,控制转速为800转/分,分散15-20分钟;
6)加入配方量的乳液,控制转速为600转/分,分散10分钟;
7)加入配方量的缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂,控制转速为800转/分,分散20分钟;过滤、包装,得到无机水性金属漆。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明是全新无机水性系金属漆,粘结物为硅酸盐,非表面成膜,能与墙体融为一体发生硅化反应,当金属漆喷涂于墙面时,粘结物为硅酸盐直接渗透墙体内,而珠光粉就能直接附在墙面上,不会产生堆积现象而出现色差。
2本发明的无机水性金属漆应用无机硅酸盐粘结剂,水直接渗透墙内,无导电载体,产品干燥后无静电反应,不需要添加防静电排列剂,就能让珠光片排列整齐。无机硅酸盐之所以没有静电,是因为干燥后硅酸盐分子中电子被相互之间的原子核(共价键)牢牢吸引,不能跑到其他相临的其他原子核去,即便加上很大电压电子也几乎很难移动,所以产生的电流极小,不导电或说无静电了。
3、本发明的无机水性金属漆中粘结剂硅酸盐比重较大(约1.2mg/kl),表面涨力较小,渗透力强,无悬浮,珠光粉无堆积,珠光粉一旦喷涂在墙上就能直接排布上墙,表面光滑不刺手。
4、本发明的无机水性金属漆表面无树脂成膜物质,无折射晕光,不会出现阴阳色差或反黑影现象;在不同角度观察,无出任何阴影或色差,手感非常细腻,光泽自然柔和。
5、本发明的无机水性金属漆用于外墙,耐久性好,良好的透气性、耐光及防水性。用于内墙,无气味、净醛、抗菌性好、不易燃、排列均匀手感好。
综上,本发明的无机水性金属漆在施工过程中无喷涂均匀性、珠光粉排列整齐、颜色均匀、完全还原珠光粉本身光泽、表面细滑、手感细腻。
具体实施方式
以下通过较佳实施例对本发明作进一步详细表述,但本发明并不仅限于以下的实施例。
实施例1-3:
分别取以质量百分含量计的以下原料:
去离子水、防冻剂(乙二醇)、成膜助剂(十二碳酸醇酯)、杀菌剂(罗门哈斯LXE)、有机硅消泡剂(罗门哈斯505)、流平剂(罗门哈斯RM2020)、(纳米二氧化钛或纳米二氧化锌)、绢云母粉、纳米碳酸钙粉、甲基硅酸钾、硅溶胶NM-1020、气相二氧化硅、珠光粉、乳液、缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂。所述乳液为硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液或苯丙乳液。

将上述原料按下列步骤制备无机水性金属漆的制备方法,其依次包括以下步骤:
1)在容器中加入配方量的水、防冻剂、成膜助剂、杀菌剂、有机硅消泡剂和流平剂,控制转速为200-300转/分,搅拌10分钟;
2)加入配方量的纳米二氧化钛或纳米二氧化锌,以及配方量的绢云母粉和纳米碳酸钙粉,控制转速为1500转/分,分散30分钟;
3)加入配方量的甲基硅酸钾、硅溶胶,控制转速为600转/分,分散10分钟;
4)加入配方量的二氧化硅,控制转速为1000转/分,分散10分钟;
5)加入配方量的珠光粉,控制转速为800转/分,分散15-20分钟;
6)加入配方量的乳液,控制转速为600转/分,分散10分钟;
7)加入配方量的缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂,控制转速为800转/分,分散20分钟;过滤、包装,得到无机水性金属漆。
本发明的实施例1-3制备成的无机水性金属漆具有如下特点:
本发明的甲基硅酸钾与硅溶胶属水溶性胶体溶液,无臭、无毒。
本发明的NM-1020硅溶胶为纳米级的二氧化硅颗粒在水中或溶剂中的分散液。
二氧化硅含量:15-35%;
PH值:8.5-10;
密度:1.15-1.21g/cm3
粒径:10-20μm;
外观:乳白色或者淡青色半透明液体;
特点:1.胶体粒子微细(10-20μm),粒子本身无色透明,不会覆盖物体的本色。2.粘度较低,跟水一样的渗透力,在和其它物质混合时分散性和渗透性都非常好。3.当硅溶胶水份蒸发时,胶体粒子牢固地附着在物体表面,粒子间形成硅氧结合,是很好的粘结剂。
将上述实施例1-3制备成的无机水性金属漆,与传统金属漆对比,结果见表2:

5.根据权利要求1所述的无机水性金属漆,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂采用美国罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为LXE的杀菌防腐剂;所述有机硅消泡剂采用美国罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为505的有机硅消泡剂;所述流平剂采用美国罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为RM2020的流平剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无机水性金属漆,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化钛或纳米二氧化锌的粒度为2000目以上;所述绢云母粉的粒度为600目以上;所述纳米碳酸钙粉的粒度为2000目以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无机水性金属漆,其特征在于:所述硅溶胶采用厦门培藤科技有限公司生产的型号为NM-1020的硅溶胶,其二氧化硅含量为15-35%,涂料专用,pH为8-11。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无机水性金属漆,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅为气相二氧化硅,其粒度为1000目以上,使用时预先溶解成浆糊状;所述珠光粉的粒度为40-60μm,为各种金属颜色的珠光粉;所述缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂采用美国罗门哈斯公司生产的型号为TT-935的缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无机水性金属漆,其特征在于:所述乳液为硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液或苯丙乳液。
10.一种根据权利要求1所述的无机水性金属漆的制备方法,其特征在于,依次包括以下步骤:
1)在容器中加入配方量的水、防冻剂、成膜助剂、杀菌剂、有机硅消泡剂和流平剂,控制转速为200-300转/分搅拌10分钟;
2)加入配方量的纳米二氧化钛或纳米二氧化锌,以及配方量的绢云母粉和纳米碳酸钙粉,控制转速为1500转/分,分散30分钟;
3)加入配方量的甲基硅酸钾、硅溶胶,控制转速为600转/分,分散10分钟;
4)加入配方量的二氧化硅,控制转速为1000转/分,分散10分钟;
5)加入配方量的珠光粉,控制转速为800转/分,分散15-20分钟;
6)加入配方量的乳液,控制转速为600转/分,分散10分钟;
7)加入配方量的缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂,控制转速为800转/分,分散20分钟;过滤、包装,得到无机水性金属漆。
