Abstract

本发明提供了一种氧化石墨烯增强的木漆,包括如下按质量百分比计的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂30%~70%、纳米二氧化钛3%~10%、丙二醇2%~5%、己二酸二酰肼3%~6%、二羟基丙酮6%~10%、氧化石墨烯5%~8%、分散剂0.5%~2%、消泡剂0.5%~1%、成膜助剂0.5%~5%,余量为水。本发明采用的是水溶性的木漆,环境友好,同时将氧化石墨烯加入涂料中,能够显著增强木漆的附着力,同时使得漆膜的成膜更为致密,因而防腐耐湿效果得到增强,拓展了现有木漆应用,提高了其使用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种氧化石墨烯增强的木漆。
背景技术
木制品为天然材料,由于其天然结构的特性,构造比较复杂,且材质不均匀,木制品涂料成膜后,使用中容易出现腐蚀,因而保护期较短,使用受限。
氧化石墨烯作为一种石墨烯的氧化物,具备两亲性,其应用较为广泛,例如由于其具有较高的比表面积和表面丰富的官能团,可以复合一些物质改性,以改善现有功能。
目前未见有将氧化石墨烯作为木漆中成分使其具备较好的耐湿防腐特性的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种氧化石墨烯增强的木漆。
本发明上述目的通过如下技术方案予以实现:
一种氧化石墨烯增强的木漆,包括如下按照质量百分比计的组分:
水性聚氨酯树脂30%~70%、纳米二氧化钛3%~10%、丙二醇2%~5%、己二酸二酰肼3%~6%、二羟基丙酮6%~10%、氧化石墨烯5%~8%、分散剂0.5%~2%、消泡剂0.5%~1%、成膜助剂0.5%~5%,余量为水。
优选地,纳米二氧化钛为金红石型纳米二氧化钛。
优选地,所述消泡剂为有机硅树脂类消泡剂。
优选地,所述分散剂为醋酸丁酯。
优选地,所述成膜助剂为醚类成膜助剂。
优选地,氧化石墨烯为石墨烯通过Hummer法制备。
本发明组合物搭配简单,且以水作为溶剂,环境有好,施工安全,同时本发明人发现,将氧化石墨烯加入到组分中,木漆成膜后致密性更好,漆膜的附着力也得到改善,因而进一步增强其耐湿防腐的效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备如下优点:
本发明木漆环境友好,木漆成膜后致密性更好,漆膜的附着力也得到改善,耐湿防腐效果显著。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表述的范围。
实施例1
通过Hummer法制备氧化石墨烯,木漆的组分按重量百分比计如下:
水性聚氨酯树脂55%、纳米二氧化钛5%、丙二醇5%、己二酸二酰肼4%、二羟基丙酮6%、氧化石墨烯5%、醋酸丁酯0.5%、有机硅树脂类消泡剂0.5%、醚类成膜助剂0.5%,余量为水。纳米二氧化钛为金红石型纳米二氧化钛。
制备木漆的方法为:在搅拌条件下,将水性聚氨酯树脂、有机硅树脂类消泡剂和纳米二氧化钛搅拌均匀,然后加入氧化石墨烯高速搅拌,再加入醋酸丁酯。
将丙二醇、己二酸二酰肼、二羟基丙酮混合,然后加入上述搅拌液中,得到木漆。
实施例2
木漆的组分按重量百分比计如下:
水性聚氨酯树脂60%、纳米二氧化钛8%、丙二醇5%、己二酸二酰肼4%、二羟基丙酮6%、氧化石墨烯8%、醋酸丁酯0.5%、有机硅树脂类消泡剂0.5%、醚类成膜助剂0.5%,余量为水。
对比例1
木漆的组分按重量百分比计如下:
水性聚氨酯树脂60%、纳米二氧化钛5%、丙二醇5%、己二酸二酰肼4%、二羟基丙酮6%、醋酸丁酯0.5%、有机硅树脂类消泡剂0.5%、醚类成膜助剂0.5%,余量为水。
效果验证:
以上实施例和对比例的木漆涂料按照GB/T 1720-79(89)《漆膜附着力测定法(划圈法)》的涂层附着力测试方法测定涂层附着力,结果如下:

同时,从表1中的结果来看,本发明提供的涂料组合物中的氧化石墨烯提升了涂料的附着力,同时其对成膜物质的致密性也起到了一定的增强效果,由于氧化石墨烯本身还具备一定抑菌效果,因而在防腐耐湿性能上得到改善。

1.一种氧化石墨烯增强的木漆,其特征在于,包括如下按照质量百分比计的组分:
水性聚氨酯树脂30%~70%、纳米二氧化钛3%~10%、丙二醇2%~5%、己二酸二酰肼3%~6%、二羟基丙酮6%~10%、氧化石墨烯5%~8%、分散剂0.5%~2%、消泡剂0.5%~1%、成膜助剂0.5%~5%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯增强的木漆,其特征在于, 纳米二氧化钛为金红石型纳米二氧化钛。
3.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯增强的木漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅树脂类消泡剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯增强的木漆,其特征在于,所述分散剂为醋酸丁酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯增强的木漆,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为醚类成膜助剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯增强的木漆,其特征在于,氧化石墨烯为石墨烯通过Hummer法制备。
