本发明公开了一种用于针织的多功能整理剂、其制备方法及其应用。用于针织的多功能整理剂,其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1216份、石蜡2025份、纳米银35份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯1015份、醋酸戊酯1215份、水杨酸苯酯35份、吐温60 68份、油酸57份、司盘60 35份、四乙二醇单油酸酯23份、氯化钠12份、丁酸乙酯35份、茵陈69份、大蒜58份、水200210份和乙醇1015份,所述份数为质量份数。本发明用于针织的多功能整理剂的各原料组分之间的协同效应显著,抑菌抗静电效果优异,吸湿排汗效果好、耐洗性好、手感柔软,且制备工艺简单,不会破坏针织物结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于针织的多功能整理剂、其制备方法及其应用,属于针织物领域。
背景技术
针织物品种繁多,例如各类针织布、针织衫、羊毛衫等。随着人们生活水平的提高,对针织物质量要求越来越高,而现有针织物在实际的穿着过程中,由于静电等作用易吸脏,且吸湿排汗效果和抗菌效果均比较差,难以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中针织物存在的抗静电效果差、抑菌效果差等缺陷,本发明提供一种用于针织的多功能整理剂、其制备方法及其应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于针织的多功能整理剂,其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12-16份、石蜡20-25份、纳米银3-5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯10-15份、醋酸戊酯12-15份、水杨酸苯酯3-5份、吐温60 6-8份、油酸5-7份、司盘60 3-5份、四乙二醇单油酸酯2-3份、氯化钠1-2份、丁酸乙酯3-5份、茵陈6-9份、大蒜5-8份、水200-210份和乙醇10-15份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分还包括:黄芪8-10份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分还包括:黄精5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分还包括:冰片2-4份,所述份数为质量份数。
作为本申请的一种优选方案,用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)13份、石蜡23份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯12份、醋酸戊酯13份、水杨酸苯酯4份、吐温60 7份、油酸6份、司盘60 4份、四乙二醇单油酸酯2份、氯化钠1份、丁酸乙酯4份、茵陈7份、大蒜6份、水200份和乙醇12份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述用于针织的多功能整理剂的制备方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、吐温60、油酸、司盘60、四乙二醇单油酸酯和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;
D、将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米银、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、醋酸戊酯、水杨酸苯酯、氯化钠、丁酸乙酯和乙醇混匀,并加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将茵陈、大蒜和另一半的水文火煮20分钟后,过滤,所得滤液与步骤D所得物料混匀,即得。
若用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分还包括黄芪、黄精和冰片,则黄芪、黄精和冰片均在步骤E中与茵陈和大蒜一起文火煮。
上述用于针织的多功能整理剂的应用,用于针织的多功能整理剂的用量为每克针织物0.02-0.03克。
本发明未提及的技术均参照现有技术。
本发明用于针织的多功能整理剂的各原料组分之间的协同效应显著,抑菌抗静电效果优异,吸湿排汗效果好、耐洗性好、手感柔软,且制备工艺简单,不会破坏针织物结构。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)13份、石蜡23份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯12份、醋酸戊酯13份、水杨酸苯酯4份、吐温60 7份、油酸6份、司盘60 4份、四乙二醇单油酸酯2份、氯化钠1份、丁酸乙酯4份、茵陈7份、大蒜6份、黄芪9份、黄精7份、冰片3份、水200份和乙醇12份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述用于针织的多功能整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、吐温60、油酸、司盘60、四乙二醇单油酸酯和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;
D、将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米银、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、醋酸戊酯、水杨酸苯酯、氯化钠、丁酸乙酯和乙醇混匀,并加入步骤C所得物料中;

与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)12份、石蜡20份、纳米银3份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯10份、醋酸戊酯12份、水杨酸苯酯3份、吐温60 6份、油酸5份、司盘60 3份、四乙二醇单油酸酯2份、氯化钠1份、丁酸乙酯3份、茵陈6份、大蒜5份、黄芪8份、黄精5份、冰片2份、水200份和乙醇10份,所述份数为质量份数。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)16份、石蜡25份、纳米银5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯15份、醋酸戊酯15份、水杨酸苯酯5份、吐温60 8份、油酸7份、司盘60 5份、四乙二醇单油酸酯3份、氯化钠2份、丁酸乙酯5份、茵陈9份、大蒜8份、黄芪10份、黄精8份、冰片4份、水210份和乙醇15份,所述份数为质量份数。
将平纹布分别用上述各实施例所得的用于针织的多功能整理剂浸渍,用量为每克针织物0.03克处理剂,然后烘干。各实施例处理前:最大静电压800V,峰值电压半衰期无穷大,比电阻不大于0.8×1015欧姆·厘米;处理后:最大静电压160V,峰值电压半衰期0.2s,比电阻超过2×108欧姆·厘米;按FZ/T 73023-2006《抗菌针织物》检测:各实施例所得针织物的大肠杆菌抑菌率达99.99%,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达99.99%,水洗10次后金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍能保持99.9%以上,符合A级标准。

1.一种用于针织的多功能整理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12-16份、石蜡20-25份、纳米银3-5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯10-15份、醋酸戊酯12-15份、水杨酸苯酯3-5份、吐温60 6-8份、油酸5-7份、司盘60 3-5份、四乙二醇单油酸酯2-3份、氯化钠1-2份、丁酸乙酯3-5份、茵陈6-9份、大蒜5-8份、水200-210份和乙醇10-15份,所述份数为质量份数。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于针织的多功能整理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:黄芪8-10份,所述份数为质量份数。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的多功能整理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:黄精5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的多功能整理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:冰片2-4份,所述份数为质量份数。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的多功能整理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮13份、石蜡23份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯12份、醋酸戊酯13份、水杨酸苯酯4份、吐温60 7份、油酸6份、司盘60 4份、四乙二醇单油酸酯2份、氯化钠1份、丁酸乙酯4份、茵陈7份、大蒜6份、水200份和乙醇12份,所述份数为质量份数。
6.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的用于针织的多功能整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、吐温60、油酸、司盘60、四乙二醇单油酸酯和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;
D、将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米银、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、醋酸戊酯、水杨酸苯酯、氯化钠、丁酸乙酯和乙醇混匀,并加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将茵陈、大蒜和另一半的水文火煮20分钟后,过滤,所得滤液与步骤D所得物料混匀,即得。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:若用于针织的多功能整理剂的原料组分还包括黄芪、黄精和冰片,则黄芪、黄精和冰片均在步骤E中与茵陈和大蒜一起文火煮。
8.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的用于针织的多功能整理剂的应用,其特征在于:用于针织的多功能整理剂的用量为每克针织物0.02-0.03克。
