Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于针织物的高效抗静电剂、其制备方法及其应用。用于针织物的高效抗静电剂,其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8‑13份、石蜡20‑25份、纳米银3‑5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯6‑8份、醋酸戊酯10‑13份、水杨酸苯酯5‑8份、吐温80 6‑8份、月桂酸2‑5份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3‑6份、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1‑2份、碳酸钠2‑3份、丁酸丙酯3‑6份、花椒10‑13份、椰子壳8‑10份、水200‑210份和正丙醇10‑15份,所述份数为质量份数。本发明用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的各原料组分之间的协同效应显著,抑菌抗静电效果优异,吸湿排汗效果好、耐洗性好、手感柔软,且制备工艺简单,不会破坏针织物结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于针织物的高效抗静电剂、其制备方法及其应用,属于针织物领域。
背景技术
针织物品种繁多,例如各类针织布、针织衫、羊毛衫等。随着人们生活水平的提高,对针织物质量要求越来越高,而现有针织物在实际的穿着过程中,由于静电等作用易吸脏,且吸湿排汗效果和抗菌效果均比较差,难以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中针织物存在的抗静电效果差、抑菌效果差等缺陷,本发明提供一种用于针织物的高效抗静电剂、其制备方法及其应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于针织物的高效抗静电剂,其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8-13份、石蜡20-25份、纳米银3-5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯6-8份、醋酸戊酯10-13份、水杨酸苯酯5-8份、吐温80 6-8份、月桂酸2-5份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3-6份、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1-2份、碳酸钠2-3份、丁酸丙酯3-6份、花椒10-13份、椰子壳8-10份、水200-210份和正丙醇10-15份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,用于麦芽8-10份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的原料组分还包括:全蝎5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的原料组分还包括:大黄2-4份,所述份数为质量份数。
作为本申请的一种优选方案,用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)10份、石蜡22份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯7份、醋酸戊酯12份、水杨酸苯酯6份、吐温80 7份、月桂酸3份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5份、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份、碳酸钠3份、丁酸丙酯5份、花椒12份、椰子壳9份、水200份和正丙醇13份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的制备方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、吐温80、月桂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;
D、将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米银、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、醋酸戊酯、水杨酸苯酯、碳酸钠、丁酸丙酯和正丙醇混匀,并加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将花椒、椰子壳和另一半的水文火煮20分钟后,过滤,所得滤液与步骤D所得物料混匀,即得。
若高效抗静电剂的原料组分还包括麦芽、全蝎和大黄,则麦芽、全蝎和大黄均在步骤E中与花椒和椰子壳一起文火煮。
上述用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的应用,用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的用量为每克针织物0.02-0.03克。
本发明未提及的技术均参照现有技术。
本发明用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的各原料组分之间的协同效应显著,抑菌抗静电效果优异,吸湿排汗效果好、耐洗性好、手感柔软,且制备工艺简单,不会破坏针织物结构。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)10份、石蜡22份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯7份、醋酸戊酯12份、水杨酸苯酯6份、吐温80 7份、月桂酸3份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5份、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份、碳酸钠3份、丁酸丙酯5份、花椒12份、椰子壳9份、麦芽9份、全蝎6份、大黄3份、水200份和正丙醇13份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、吐温80、月桂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;

与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)8份、石蜡20份、纳米银3份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯6份、醋酸戊酯10份、水杨酸苯酯5份、吐温80 6份、月桂酸2份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3份、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份、碳酸钠2份、丁酸丙酯3份、花椒10份、椰子壳8份、麦芽8份、全蝎5份、大黄2份、水200份和正丙醇10份,所述份数为质量份数。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)13份、石蜡25份、纳米银5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯8份、醋酸戊酯13份、水杨酸苯酯-8份、吐温80 8份、月桂酸5份、单硬脂酸甘油酯6份、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2份、碳酸钠3份、丁酸丙酯6份、花椒13份、椰子壳10份、麦芽10份、全蝎8份、大黄4份、水210份和正丙醇15份,所述份数为质量份数。
将平纹布分别用上述各实施例所得的用于针织物的高效抗静电剂浸渍,用量为每克针织物0.03克处理剂,然后烘干。各实施例处理前:最大静电压800V,峰值电压半衰期无穷大,比电阻不大于0.8×1015欧姆·厘米;处理后:最大静电压160V,峰值电压半衰期0.2s,比电阻超过2×108欧姆·厘米;按FZ/T 73023-2006《抗菌针织物》检测:各实施例所得针织物的大肠杆菌抑菌率达99.99%,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达99.99%,水洗10次后金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍能保持99.9%以上,符合A级标准。

1.一种用于针织物的高效抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8-13份、石蜡20-25份、纳米银3-5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯6-8份、醋酸戊酯10-13份、水杨酸苯酯5-8份、吐温80 6-8份、月桂酸2-5份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3-6份、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1-2份、碳酸钠2-3份、丁酸丙酯3-6份、花椒10-13份、椰子壳8-10份、水200-210份和正丙醇10-15份,所述份数为质量份数。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于针织物的高效抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:麦芽8-10份,所述份数为质量份数。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织物的高效抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:全蝎5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织物的高效抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:大黄2-4份,所述份数为质量份数。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织物的高效抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10份、石蜡22份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯7份、醋酸戊酯12份、水杨酸苯酯6份、吐温80 7份、月桂酸3份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5份、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份、碳酸钠3份、丁酸丙酯5份、花椒12份、椰子壳9份、水200份和正丙醇13份,所述份数为质量份数。
6.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、吐温80、月桂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、六乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;
D、将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米银、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、醋酸戊酯、水杨酸苯酯、碳酸钠、丁酸丙酯和正丙醇混匀,并加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将花椒、椰子壳和另一半的水文火煮20分钟后,过滤,所得滤液与步骤D所得物料混匀,即得。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:若用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的原料组分还包括麦芽、全蝎和大黄,则麦芽、全蝎和大黄均在步骤E中与花椒和椰子壳一起文火煮。
8.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的应用,其特征在于:用于针织物的高效抗静电剂的用量为每克针织物0.02-0.03克。
