本发明公开了一种用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂、其制备方法及其应用,用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的原料组分包括:松香季戊四醇酯40‑50份、硬脂酸钠盐5‑8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙3‑6份、硬脂酸6‑8份、硬脂酸钡2‑4份、十二烷基磺酸钠3‑6份、硬脂酸单甘油酯3‑5份、烃类石蜡固体5‑10份、络石藤4‑6份、安息香5‑8份、陆英3‑6份、油松节5‑8份、白炭黑5‑8份和水500份,所述份数为质量份数。本发明用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的各原料组分之间有着很好的协同效应,所得处理剂有着很好的稳定性,用其处理过的针织物经久耐穿、不起球;抑菌抗静电效果优异,吸湿排汗效果好、耐洗性好、手感柔软,且制备工艺简单,不会破坏针织物结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂、其制备方法及其应用,属于针织领域。
背景技术
针织物品种繁多,例如各类针织布、针织衫、羊毛衫等,这些针织物在实际的穿着
和洗涤过程中,由于不断受到或大或小的摩擦,使得针织物表面的纤维露出织物的表面,在织物表面出现毛茸,而这些毛茸久而久之会互相纠缠在一起形成许多球形小粒,俗称起球,这些突出在织物外表面的毛球,对针织物的美观和服用性能都有严重的影响, 随着生活水平的提高,人们对织物外观及服用性能的要求也越来越高,因此,对织物进行抗起毛起球整理,提高织物的服用舒适性与品质,日益受到国内外染整工作者的重视。
同时现有针织物在实际的穿着过程中,由于静电等作用易吸脏,且吸湿排汗效果和抗菌效果均比较差,难以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中针织物易起球、抗静电效果差等缺陷,本发明提供一种用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂、其制备方法及其应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其原料组分包括:松香季戊四醇酯40-50份、硬脂酸钠盐5-8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙3-6份、硬脂酸6-8份、硬脂酸钡(BaSt)2-4份、十二烷基磺酸钠3-6份、硬脂酸单甘油酯(GMS)3-5份、烃类石蜡固体5-10份、络石藤4-6份、安息香5-8份、陆英3-6份、油松节5-8份、白炭黑5-8份和水500份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高防起球效果,优选,松香季戊四醇酯的软化点为100-110℃,酸值为5-15mgKOH/g。
为了进一步起到抗静电效果,烃类石蜡固体的熔点为 57-70 ℃。
为了进一步提高防起球和防静电效果,优选,用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的原料组分还包括矮地茶5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高所得产品的稳定性,优选,用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的原料组分还包括瞿麦10-15份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高防起球和防静电效果,优选,用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的原料组分还包括木通5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高防起球和防静电效果,优选,用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的原料组分还包括鸡血藤3-6份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的制备方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、将松香季戊四醇酯和烃类石蜡固体研磨、并混匀;
B、将络石藤、安息香、陆英和油松节放入200份水中,加热,当水煮沸后,100℃下保温25-30分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,留滤液备用;
C、将硬脂酸钠盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钡、十二烷基磺酸钠、硬脂酸单甘油酯、白炭黑、步骤A所得物料和步骤B所得滤液混匀,在转速为30-40转/分钟的速度下加热至90-95℃,待转相完成,将剩余水加入,并以1200-1600转/分钟的速度搅拌3-5分钟,即得用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂。
上述用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂使用时,将用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂用质量用量为4-5倍的水稀释后,浸渍针织产品,即可。
本发明未提及的技术均参照现有技术。
本发明用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的各原料组分之间有着很好的协同效应,所得处理剂有着很好的稳定性,用其处理过的针织物经久耐穿、不起球;抑菌抗静电效果优异,吸湿排汗效果好、耐洗性好、手感柔软,且制备工艺简单,不会破坏针织物结构。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例中,松香季戊四醇酯的软化点为105℃,酸值为10mgKOH/g;烃类石蜡固体的熔点为 62 ℃。
实施例 1
一种用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其原料组分包括:松香季戊四醇酯45份、硬脂酸钠盐6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4份、硬脂酸7份、硬脂酸钡(BaSt)3份、十二烷基磺酸钠4份、硬脂酸单甘油酯(GMS)4份、烃类石蜡固体8份、络石藤5份、安息香6份、陆英4份、油松节6份、矮地茶6份、瞿麦13份、木通7份、鸡血藤4份、白炭黑6份和水500份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的制备方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、将松香季戊四醇酯和烃类石蜡固体研磨、并混匀;
B、将络石藤、安息香、陆英、油松节、矮地茶、瞿麦、木通和鸡血藤放入200份水中,加热,当水煮沸后,100℃下保温28分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,留滤液备用;
C、将硬脂酸钠盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钡、十二烷基磺酸钠、硬脂酸单甘油酯、白炭黑、步骤A所得物料和步骤B所得滤液混匀,在转速为35转/分钟的速度下加热至92℃,待转相完成,将剩余水加入,并以1300转/分钟的速度搅拌4分钟,即得用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的原料组分包括:松香季戊四醇酯40份、硬脂酸钠盐5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙3份、硬脂酸6份、硬脂酸钡(BaSt)2份、十二烷基磺酸钠3份、硬脂酸单甘油酯(GMS)3份、烃类石蜡固体5份、络石藤4份、安息香5份、陆英3份、油松节5份、矮地茶5份、瞿麦10份、木通5份、鸡血藤3份、白炭黑5份和水500份,所述份数为质量份数。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的原料组分包括:松香季戊四醇酯50份、硬脂酸钠盐8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙6份、硬脂酸8份、硬脂酸钡(BaSt)4份、十二烷基磺酸钠6份、硬脂酸单甘油酯(GMS)5份、烃类石蜡固体10份、络石藤6份、安息香8份、陆英6份、油松节8份、矮地茶8份、瞿麦15份、木通8份、鸡血藤6份、白炭黑8份和水500份,所述份数为质量份数。
将平纹布分别用上述各实施例所得的稀释5倍后的处理剂浸渍,然后烘干,所得针织物用60号砂纸双向摩擦28次,无任何起球现象;各实施例处理前:最大静电压870V,峰值电压半衰期无穷大,比电阻不大于0.8×1015欧姆·厘米;处理后:最大静电压120V,峰值电压半衰期0.1s,比电阻超过3×108欧姆·厘米;按FZ/T 73023-2006《抗菌针织物》检测:各实施例所得针织物的大肠杆菌抑菌率达99.999%,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达99.999%,水洗15次后金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍能保持99.99%以上,符合A 级标准;将所得针织物制作为衣物,隔天洗涤机洗一次,持续穿着70天后无任何起球现象。

1.一种用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:松香季戊四醇酯40-50份、硬脂酸钠盐5-8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙3-6份、硬脂酸6-8份、硬脂酸钡2-4份、十二烷基磺酸钠3-6份、硬脂酸单甘油酯3-5份、烃类石蜡固体5-10份、络石藤4-6份、安息香5-8份、陆英3-6份、油松节5-8份、白炭黑5-8份和水500份,所述份数为质量份数。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其特征在于:松香季戊四醇酯的软化点为100-110℃,酸值为5-15mgKOH/g。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其特征在于:烃类石蜡固体的熔点为 57-70 ℃。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括矮地茶5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括瞿麦10-15份,所述份数为质量份数。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括木通5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括鸡血藤3-6份,所述份数为质量份数。
8.权利要求1-7任意一项所述的用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、将松香季戊四醇酯和烃类石蜡固体研磨、并混匀;
B、将络石藤、安息香、陆英和油松节放入200份水中,加热,当水煮沸后,100℃下保温25-30分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,留滤液备用;
C、将硬脂酸钠盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钡、十二烷基磺酸钠、硬脂酸单甘油酯、白炭黑、步骤A所得物料和步骤B所得滤液混匀,在转速为30-40转/分钟的速度下加热至90-95℃,待转相完成,将剩余水加入,并以1200-1600转/分钟的速度搅拌3-5分钟,即得用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂。
9.权利要求1-7任意一项所述的用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂的应用,其特征在于:将用于针织的高效耐磨抗静电处理剂用质量用量为4-5倍的水稀释后,浸渍针织产品,即可。
