本发明公开了一种高效抑菌抗静电剂、其制备方法及其应用。高效抑菌抗静电剂,其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10‑15份、石蜡20‑25份、纳米银3‑5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯10‑15份、醋酸戊酯12‑16份、水杨酸苯酯8‑11份、司盘20 8‑10份、正壬酸8‑10份、油酸钠2‑3份、纯月桂基硫酸钠3‑5份、草酸钠1‑2份、乙酸丙酯10‑12份、橘皮15‑20份、决明子8‑12份、水200‑210份和乙醇15‑20份,所述份数为质量份数。本发明高效抑菌抗静电剂的各原料组分之间的协同效应显著,抑菌抗静电效果优异,吸湿排汗效果好、耐洗性好、手感柔软,且制备工艺简单,不会破坏针织物结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效抑菌抗静电剂、其制备方法及其应用,属于针织物领域。
背景技术
针织物品种繁多,例如各类针织布、针织衫、羊毛衫等。随着人们生活水平的提高,对针织物质量要求越来越高,而现有针织物在实际的穿着过程中,由于静电等作用易吸脏,且吸湿排汗效果和抗菌效果均比较差,难以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中针织物存在的抗静电效果差、抑菌效果差等缺陷,本发明提供一种高效抑菌抗静电剂、其制备方法及其应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种高效抑菌抗静电剂,其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10-15份、石蜡20-25份、纳米银3-5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯10-15份、醋酸戊酯12-16份、水杨酸苯酯8-11份、司盘20 8-10份、正壬酸8-10份、油酸钠2-3份、纯月桂基硫酸钠3-5份、草酸钠1-2份、乙酸丙酯10-12份、橘皮15-20份、决明子8-12份、水200-210份和乙醇15-20份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分还包括:自然铜8-10份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分还包括:齿苋酸5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高抗菌抗静电效果,高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分还包括:姜黄2-4份,所述份数为质量份数。
作为本申请的一种优选方案,高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)12份、石蜡22份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯12份、醋酸戊酯14份、水杨酸苯酯9份、司盘20 9份、正壬酸9份、油酸钠2份、纯月桂基硫酸钠4份、草酸钠1份、乙酸丙酯11份、橘皮17份、决明子10份、水200份和乙醇18份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述高效抑菌抗静电剂的制备方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、司盘20、正壬酸、油酸钠、纯月桂基硫酸钠和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;
D、将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米银、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、醋酸戊酯、水杨酸苯酯、草酸钠、乙酸丙酯和乙醇混匀,并加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将橘皮、决明子和另一半的水文火煮20分钟后,过滤,所得滤液与步骤D所得物料混匀,即得。
若高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分还包括自然铜、马齿苋和姜黄,则自然铜、马齿苋和姜黄均在步骤E中与橘皮和决明子一起文火煮。
上述高效抑菌抗静电剂的应用,高效抑菌抗静电剂的用量为每克针织物0.02-0.03克。
本发明未提及的技术均参照现有技术。
本发明高效抑菌抗静电剂的各原料组分之间的协同效应显著,抑菌抗静电效果优异,吸湿排汗效果好、耐洗性好、手感柔软,且制备工艺简单,不会破坏针织物结构。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)12份、石蜡22份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯12份、醋酸戊酯14份、水杨酸苯酯9份、司盘20 9份、正壬酸9份、油酸钠2份、纯月桂基硫酸钠4份、草酸钠1份、乙酸丙酯11份、橘皮17份、决明子10份、自然铜9份、马齿苋酸6份、姜黄3份、水200份和乙醇18份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述高效抑菌抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、司盘20、正壬酸、油酸钠、纯月桂基硫酸钠和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;
D、将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米银、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、醋酸戊酯、水杨酸苯酯、草酸钠、乙酸丙酯和乙醇混匀,并加入步骤C所得物料中;

实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)10份、石蜡20份、纳米银3份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯10份、醋酸戊酯12份、水杨酸苯酯8份、司盘20 8份、正壬酸8份、油酸钠2份、纯月桂基硫酸钠3份、草酸钠1份、乙酸丙酯10份、橘皮15份、决明子8份、自然铜8份、马齿苋酸5份、姜黄2份、水200份和乙醇15份,所述份数为质量份数。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量10000)15份、石蜡25份、纳米银5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯15份、醋酸戊酯16份、水杨酸苯酯11份、司盘20 10份、正壬酸10份、油酸钠3份、纯月桂基硫酸钠5份、草酸钠2份、乙酸丙酯12份、橘皮20份、决明子12份、自然铜10份、马齿苋酸8份、姜黄4份、水210份和乙醇20份,所述份数为质量份数。
将平纹布分别用上述各实施例所得的高效抑菌抗静电剂浸渍,用量为每克针织物0.03克处理剂,然后烘干。各实施例处理前:最大静电压800V,峰值电压半衰期无穷大,比电阻不大于0.8×1015欧姆·厘米;处理后:最大静电压160V,峰值电压半衰期0.2s,比电阻超过2×108欧姆·厘米;按FZ/T 73023-2006《抗菌针织物》检测:各实施例所得针织物的大肠杆菌抑菌率达99.99%,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达99.99%,水洗10次后金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍能保持99.9%以上,符合A级标准。

1.一种高效抑菌抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10-15份、石蜡20-25份、纳米银3-5份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯10-15份、醋酸戊酯12-16份、水杨酸苯酯8-11份、司盘20 8-10份、正壬酸8-10份、油酸钠2-3份、纯月桂基硫酸钠3-5份、草酸钠1-2份、乙酸丙酯10-12份、橘皮15-20份、决明子8-12份、水200-210份和乙醇15-20份,所述份数为质量份数。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效抑菌抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:自然铜8-10份,所述份数为质量份数。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的高效抑菌抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:马齿苋酸5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的高效抑菌抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括:姜黄2-4份,所述份数为质量份数。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的高效抑菌抗静电剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12份、石蜡22份、纳米银4份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯12份、醋酸戊酯14份、水杨酸苯酯9份、司盘20 9份、正壬酸9份、油酸钠2份、纯月桂基硫酸钠4份、草酸钠1份、乙酸丙酯11份、橘皮17份、决明子10份、水200份和乙醇18份,所述份数为质量份数。
6.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的高效抑菌抗静电剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、司盘20、正壬酸、油酸钠、纯月桂基硫酸钠和一半的水混合加热至95℃;
B、将石蜡加热熔融;
C、在搅拌速度为1800r/min的条件下将步骤A所得物料加入步骤B所得物料中;
D、将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米银、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、醋酸戊酯、水杨酸苯酯、草酸钠、乙酸丙酯和乙醇混匀,并加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将橘皮、决明子和另一半的水文火煮20分钟后,过滤,所得滤液与步骤D所得物料混匀,即得。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:若高效抑菌抗静电剂的原料组分还包括自然铜、马齿苋和姜黄,则自然铜、马齿苋和姜黄均在步骤E中与橘皮和决明子一起文火煮。
8.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的高效抑菌抗静电剂的应用,其特征在于:高效抑菌抗静电剂的用量为每克针织物0.02-0.03克。
