包装袋广泛应用于我国工业社会的各个领域,目前,我国市场上塑料类包装袋占据重要地位,由于塑料制品对环境危害性较大,不适宜大批量使用,同时也不符合我国所倡导的可持续发展战略;此外,传统的包装袋不具有防蚊虫、防火效果,夏天,一些蚊虫容易进入包装袋中,从而对里面的衣物造成损坏,外界的明火极易烧毁包装袋及衣物。

所述的包装用的阻燃防虫布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述质量份数称取各原料组分;
2)将温度控制在60—65度,将步骤1)中的水、乙二醛、硫酸胺、氢氧化镁、柠檬酸、氢氧化铝、氨化铍、四羟甲基氯化磷1—3份充分混合均匀,再加入其余原料组分,制得布料的阻燃防虫剂;
3)利用步骤2)中的阻燃防虫剂对布料进行浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的包装用的阻燃防虫布料,其由布料和阻燃防虫层组成,阻燃防虫层由乙二醛、柏木油、桂酸桂酯、聚丙二醇、硫酸胺、氢氧化镁、柠檬酸、硼砂、氢氧化铝、氨化铍、硅藻土、四羟甲基氯化磷制成,其具有阻燃、防虫的功效,使用该布料制成的包装袋盛装衣物时可以预防火灾、蚊虫侵害衣物。

下面结合实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围并不受此限制。
实施例一:
一种包装用的阻燃防虫布料,所述包装用的阻燃防虫布料由布料和阻燃防虫层组成,所述阻燃防虫层由以下重量份数的原料制成:水23份,乙二醛5份,柏木油3份,桂酸桂酯5份,聚丙二醇9份,硫酸胺4份,氢氧化镁1份,柠檬酸10份,硼砂6份,氢氧化铝2.5份,氨化铍3份,硅藻土3份、硅烷偶联剂1.2份,四羟甲基氯化磷1.5份。
所述的包装用的阻燃防虫布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述质量份数称取各原料组分;
2)将温度控制在60—65度,将步骤1)中的水、乙二醛、硫酸胺、氢氧化镁、柠檬酸、氢氧化铝、氨化铍、四羟甲基氯化磷1—3份充分混合均匀,再加入其余原料组分,制得布料的阻燃防虫剂;
3)利用步骤2)中的阻燃防虫剂对布料进行浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
实施例二:
一种包装用的阻燃防虫布料,所述包装用的阻燃防虫布料由布料和阻燃防虫层组成,所述阻燃防虫层由以下重量份数的原料制成:水23份,乙二醛6份,柏木油3.6份,桂酸桂酯4份,聚丙二醇8份,硫酸胺5份,氢氧化镁1.5份,柠檬酸11份,硼砂7份,氢氧化铝3份,氨化铍1份,硅藻土5份、硅烷偶联剂2.5份,四羟甲基氯化磷1.2份。
所述的包装用的阻燃防虫布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述质量份数称取各原料组分;
2)将温度控制在60—65度,将步骤1)中的水、乙二醛、硫酸胺、氢氧化镁、柠檬酸、氢氧化铝、氨化铍、四羟甲基氯化磷1—3份充分混合均匀,再加入其余原料组分,制得布料的阻燃防虫剂;
3)利用步骤2)中的阻燃防虫剂对布料进行浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
实施例三:

所述的包装用的阻燃防虫布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述质量份数称取各原料组分;
2)将温度控制在60—65度,将步骤1)中的水、乙二醛、硫酸胺、氢氧化镁、柠檬酸、氢氧化铝、氨化铍、四羟甲基氯化磷1—3份充分混合均匀,再加入其余原料组分,制得布料的阻燃防虫剂;
3)利用步骤2)中的阻燃防虫剂对布料进行浸轧处理,恒温烘干。

1.一种包装用的阻燃防虫布料,其特征在于:所述包装用的阻燃防虫布料由布料和阻燃防虫层组成,所述阻燃防虫层由以下重量份数的原料制成:水20—30份,乙二醛5—9份,柏木油2—5份,桂酸桂酯3—8份,聚丙二醇5—10份,硫酸胺3—6份,氢氧化镁1—3份,柠檬酸8—15份,硼砂6—10份,氢氧化铝2—5份,氨化铍1—3份,硅藻土1—5份、硅烷偶联剂1—3份,四羟甲基氯化磷1—3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用的阻燃防虫布料,其特征在于,所述阻燃防虫层由以下重量份数的原料制成:水23份,乙二醛6份,柏木油3.6份,桂酸桂酯4份,聚丙二醇8份,硫酸胺5份,氢氧化镁1.5份,柠檬酸11份,硼砂7份,氢氧化铝3份,氨化铍1份,硅藻土5份、硅烷偶联剂2.5份,四羟甲基氯化磷1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用的阻燃防虫布料,其特征在于,所述阻燃防虫层由以下重量份数的原料制成:水25份,乙二醛8份,柏木油2份,桂酸桂酯6份,聚丙二醇6份,硫酸胺4.2份,氢氧化镁2份,柠檬酸10份,硼砂6份,氢氧化铝2.5份,氨化铍1.6份,硅藻土3份、硅烷偶联剂2份,四羟甲基氯化磷3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用的阻燃防虫布料,其特征在于,所述阻燃防虫层由以下重量份数的原料制成:水28份,乙二醛6份,柏木油3份,桂酸桂酯5份,聚丙二醇5份,硫酸胺5份,氢氧化镁1.6份,柠檬酸10份,硼砂7份,氢氧化铝3份,氨化铍1份,硅藻土5份、硅烷偶联剂1份,四羟甲基氯化磷1份。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的包装用的阻燃防虫布料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述质量份数称取各原料组分;
2)将温度控制在60—65度,将步骤1)中的水、乙二醛、硫酸胺、氢氧化镁、柠檬酸、氢氧化铝、氨化铍、四羟甲基氯化磷1—3份充分混合均匀,再加入其余原料组分,制得布料的阻燃防虫剂;
3)利用步骤2)中的阻燃防虫剂对布料进行浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
