Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗起球针织面料及其制备方法,面料由内中外三层分别由不同组份复合而成,其中内层由纤维素纤维和腈纶纤维制成;中层由涤纶纤维、聚酯纤维以及木质素纤维制成;外层由棉纤维、麻纤维以及羊毛混纺纤维制成;三层分别选择合适的织物纤维进行复合,再进行纱织而成,增强了面料内外层的耐磨程度,很大程度降低了其由于摩擦或水洗后产生的起球现象的发生;此外在制备过程中对各种原料纤维以及纱线采用特定的整理溶液进行整理后进行制备,进一步增强了面料的质感舒适度和抗起球性能。

本发明涉及服装的制作工艺,尤其涉及一种抗起球针织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
针织即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物。针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。目前,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。但是针织面料存在一个很常见的问题,针织物品种繁多,例如各类针织布、针织衫、羊毛衫等,这些针织物在实际的穿着和洗涤过程中,由于不断受到或大或小的摩擦,使得针织物表面的纤维露出织物的表面,在织物表面出现毛茸,而这些毛茸久而久之会互相纠缠在一起形成许多球形小粒,俗称起球,这些突出在织物外表面的毛球,对针织物的美观和卫生都有严重的影响,可从织物本身的材料、制作工艺等方面进行合理优化设计来解决。目前尚无有效的面料组成以及相应的制备方法进行
因此,需要一种新的技术方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种有效降低针织面料起球现象发生的一种抗起球针织面料及其制备方法。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种抗起球针织面料,由三层纱线复合而成;其中各层由不同的织物组份复合而成:其中内层由以下两种成分复合组成:a1纤维素纤维;b1腈纶纤维;中层由以下三种成分复合组成:a2涤纶纤维;b2聚酯纤维;c2木质素纤维;外层由以下三种成分复合组成:a3棉纤维;b3麻纤维;c3羊毛混纺纤维;所述面料每平方米的重量为100-250g;所述面料的厚度为0.8-2.0mm。
更为优选的,所述a1纤维素纤维由木棉纤维和醋酯纤维以1:3的重量比例混合制成。
更为优选的,所述内层中a1纤维素纤维和b1腈纶纤维重量比为3:1。
更为优选的,所述中层中a2涤纶纤维、b2聚酯纤维、c2木质素纤维重量比为1:3:2。
更为优选的,所述b2聚酯纤维为竹浆纤维、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维中的一种或多种。
更为优选的,所述外层中a3棉纤维、b3麻纤维、c3羊毛混纺纤维的重量比为3:3:2。
更为优选的,所述c3羊毛混纺纤维中羊毛成分含量为70%-80%。
上述一种抗起球针织面料的制备方法,在进行内外层单层纱线混纺以及三层纱线复合之前均进行一次前整理,具体如下:
(1)将内层原料a1纤维素纤维和b1腈纶纤维置于添加了2%的柔软剂的水中浸泡20-30min后取出干燥至9成干进行纱线混纺;
(2)将外层a3棉纤维、b3麻纤维、c3羊毛混纺纤维置于质量比为1:3的渗透剂与双氧水混合溶液中浸泡30-40min,取出后干燥至9成干进行纱线混纺;
(3)将三层纱线复合之前置于添加了柔软剂、碳酸氢钠、渗透剂的水溶液中浸泡1-2h后取出自然风干后再进行复合纱织。
更进一步的,所述步骤(3)中柔软剂的添加量为1%、碳酸氢钠的添加量为2%、渗透剂的添加量为1%。
更进一步的,所述渗透剂为丝光渗透剂。

(1)将内层原料a1纤维素纤维和b1腈纶纤维置于添加了2%的柔软剂的水中浸泡20min后取出干燥至9成干进行纱线混纺;
(2)将外层a3棉纤维、b3麻纤维、c3羊毛混纺纤维置于质量比为1:3的丝光渗透剂与双氧水混合溶液中浸泡30min,取出后干燥至9成干进行纱线混纺;
(3)将三层纱线复合之前置于添加了柔软剂、碳酸氢钠、渗透剂的水溶液中浸泡1h后取出自然风干后再进行复合纱织;其中柔软剂的添加量为1%、碳酸氢钠的添加量为2%、丝光渗透剂的添加量为1%。

(1)将内层原料a1纤维素纤维和b1腈纶纤维置于添加了2%的柔软剂的水中浸泡25min后取出干燥至9成干进行纱线混纺;
(2)将外层a3棉纤维、b3麻纤维、c3羊毛混纺纤维置于质量比为1:3的丝光渗透剂与双氧水混合溶液中浸泡35min,取出后干燥至9成干进行纱线混纺;
(3)将三层纱线复合之前置于添加了柔软剂、碳酸氢钠、渗透剂的水溶液中浸泡1.h后取出自然风干后再进行复合纱织;其中柔软剂的添加量为1%、碳酸氢钠的添加量为2%、丝光渗透剂的添加量为1%。
