这种丝织刺绣工艺品的生产,不仅对中国社会起了很大的作用,而且在国际文化生活中也产生了很大的作用与影响。到了秦汉时期(公元前221~公元220年)刺绣已发展到了较高的水平,绣品也成为对外输出的主要商品。由于中国是丝绸的故乡,自古以来,富者以“闺房绣楼”为贞,北京的京绣、温州的瓯绣、上海的顾绣、苗族的苗绣等,产地不同,风格烔异。刺绣的针法有错针绣、乱针绣、网绣、满地绣等。刺绣的花卉不闻犹香,飞禽栩栩如生。走兽神态逼真。解放后,中国将油画、中国画、照片等艺术形式运用于刺绣,使之达到远看是画、近看地绣的绝妙效果。刺绣品的用途也进一步扩大,从戏剧服装到日常生活中的枕套、台布、屏风、壁挂及生活服装等等。此外,刺绣品还是中国传统的外贸产品,经济价值很高。
许多芳香剂具有镇静、杀菌、催眠、保健等作用,但是,把芳香剂简单地喷洒在纺织品上,其留香期很短,用芳香剂作囊芯制备的芳香微胶囊弥补了这一缺陷。芳香剂微胶囊化后,芯材与外界环境隔绝,使其性质基本不变,开始时在微胶囊外层的香精散发香味,在穿着过程中,由于摩擦、受热等外力作用,微胶囊内部的香精缓缓地释放香味,起到长效缓释的作用,从而使纺织品具有相当持久的芳香功能。芳香微胶囊具有缓释性,香味的释放速率能得到有效地控制,使得整理过的纺织品能够长期释放出香味,满足了人们对芳香纺织品的需求。
织物整理是在织物上施加一种整理剂,它能改变织物的表面性能,从而赋予织物特殊的功能。有机硅聚酯纤维整理剂含有多种活性基团,经它处理过的三维中空和中空纤维具有滑爽、蓬松、手感柔软、弹性足等特点,同时也提高了纤维了耐搓性。
聚酯纤维具有许多天然纤维无法比拟的优良性能,如弹性好、强度高、耐磨性好等,但由于其是典型的疏水性纤维,在服用或装饰用过程中存在易带静电、易吸污、难去污及手感差等缺点。其中的改善方法之一就是用亲水整理剂对聚酯纤维进行后整理加工,赋予织物亲水性、抗静电性和柔软性。用于纯棉、毛、丝、麻、化纤、各种棍纺织物.使织物手感柔软、厚实猾爽、弹性好、耐洗、耐磨。

解决的技术问题:
本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的制备方法,解决现有刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂防霉效果差、光泽度低和耐磨性差等技术问题。
技术方案:
一种刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步:按照重量份数配比称取RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-50份、粘合剂0.5-10.5份、硬脂酸0.5-4.5份、醋酸酯1-20份、氧化铝10-30份、二甲基硅氧烷15-35份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺1-5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯5-9份、硝酸钾3-7份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-8份;
第二步:将氧化铝、三羟甲基三聚氰胺和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中,打开搅拌机混合,升温至45-65℃,混合速度为250-350r/min,混合20-30min;
第三步:依次加入醋酸酯、RO纯水和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,升温至70-90℃,调节混合速度至400-600 r/min,保温反应40-60min,加入剩余原料,升温至95-105℃,混合80-120min,溶解完全后将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨2次,过滤后冷却至20-40℃即得。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述第一步中刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、粘合剂0.5份、硬脂酸0.5份、醋酸酯1份、氧化铝10份、二甲基硅氧烷15份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺1份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯5份、硝酸钾3份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述第一步中刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯50份、粘合剂10.5份、硬脂酸4.5份、醋酸酯20份、氧化铝30份、二甲基硅氧烷35份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯9份、硝酸钾7份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述第一步中刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30份、粘合剂5.5份、硬脂酸2.5份、醋酸酯10份、氧化铝20份、二甲基硅氧烷25份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺3份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯7份、硝酸钾5份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述粘合剂采用丙烯酸酯。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的制备方法采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、制备方法简单,耐候性好,防霉效果好,抗拉强度2-4MPa,抗潮气性优良,耐磨性好;2、增加光泽,附着力高,附着力1级,耐腐蚀性好,耐洗刷性200-400次,平滑亲水性好;3、洗涤40-80次后,收缩率0.02-0.04%,耐水洗性50-90次螨虫趋避率96-98%,柔韧性1mm,光泽度好;4、抗静电性好,延长刺绣使用寿命,干燥快,阻燃性能好,抗菌性能好,对大肠杆菌抑菌率99-99.8%,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
按照重量份数配比称取RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、丙烯酸酯0.5份、硬脂酸0.5份、醋酸酯1份、氧化铝10份、二甲基硅氧烷15份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺1份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯5份、硝酸钾3份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份。
将氧化铝、三羟甲基三聚氰胺和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中,打开搅拌机混合,升温至45℃,混合速度为250r/min,混合20min。
依次加入醋酸酯、RO纯水和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,升温至70℃,调节混合速度至400r/min,保温反应40min,加入剩余原料,升温至95℃,混合80min,溶解完全后将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨2次,过滤后冷却至20℃即得。

将氧化铝、三羟甲基三聚氰胺和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中,打开搅拌机混合,升温至65℃,混合速度为350r/min,混合30min。
依次加入醋酸酯、RO纯水和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,升温至90℃,调节混合速度至600r/min,保温反应60min,加入剩余原料,升温至105℃,混合120min,溶解完全后将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨2次,过滤后冷却至40℃即得。
制备方法简单,耐候性好,防霉效果好,抗拉强度3MPa,抗潮气性优良,耐磨性好;增加光泽,附着力高,附着力1级,耐腐蚀性好,耐洗刷性300次,平滑亲水性好;洗涤60次后,收缩率0.03%,耐水洗性70次螨虫趋避率97%,柔韧性1mm,光泽度好;抗静电性好,延长刺绣使用寿命,干燥快,阻燃性能好,抗菌性能好,对大肠杆菌抑菌率99.4%,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
实施例3:
按照重量份数配比称取RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30份、丙烯酸酯5.5份、硬脂酸2.5份、醋酸酯10份、氧化铝20份、二甲基硅氧烷25份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺3份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯7份、硝酸钾5份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份。
将氧化铝、三羟甲基三聚氰胺和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中,打开搅拌机混合,升温至55℃,混合速度为300r/min,混合25min。
依次加入醋酸酯、RO纯水和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,升温至80℃,调节混合速度至500r/min,保温反应50min,加入剩余原料,升温至100℃,混合100min,溶解完全后将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨2次,过滤后冷却至30℃即得。
制备方法简单,耐候性好,防霉效果好,抗拉强度4MPa,抗潮气性优良,耐磨性好;增加光泽,附着力高,附着力1级,耐腐蚀性好,耐洗刷性400次,平滑亲水性好;洗涤80次后,收缩率0.02%,耐水洗性90次螨虫趋避率98%,柔韧性1mm,光泽度好;抗静电性好,延长刺绣使用寿命,干燥快,阻燃性能好,抗菌性能好,对大肠杆菌抑菌率99.8%,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

Claims (5)
1.一种刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第一步:按照重量份数配比称取RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-50份、粘合剂0.5-10.5份、硬脂酸0.5-4.5份、醋酸酯1-20份、氧化铝10-30份、二甲基硅氧烷15-35份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺1-5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯5-9份、硝酸钾3-7份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-8份;
第二步:将氧化铝、三羟甲基三聚氰胺和对羟基苯甲酸乙酯投入带有温度计、搅拌机和加热装置的反应釜中,打开搅拌机混合,升温至45-65℃,混合速度为250-350r/min,混合20-30min;
第三步:依次加入醋酸酯、RO纯水和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,升温至70-90℃,调节混合速度至400-600 r/min,保温反应40-60min,加入剩余原料,升温至95-105℃,混合80-120min,溶解完全后将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨2次,过滤后冷却至20-40℃即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、粘合剂0.5份、硬脂酸0.5份、醋酸酯1份、氧化铝10份、二甲基硅氧烷15份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺1份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯5份、硝酸钾3份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯50份、粘合剂10.5份、硬脂酸4.5份、醋酸酯20份、氧化铝30份、二甲基硅氧烷35份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯9份、硝酸钾7份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:RO纯水100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30份、粘合剂5.5份、硬脂酸2.5份、醋酸酯10份、氧化铝20份、二甲基硅氧烷25份、三羟甲基三聚氰胺3份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯7份、硝酸钾5份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用耐磨抗静电整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粘合剂采用丙烯酸酯。
