面料的性能不仅影响服装的造型,还会影响服装的生产。面料是服装工业的基本材料,随着新型原料的大量使用,纺织染整工艺的不断更新,面料的手感和其他性能也相应地发生变化。随着服装制作加工自动化程度的提高以及商业反应节奏的加快,如何全面而快捷地评定面料的性能和风格,以便科学地使用面料,制定合理的服装生产工艺,这也是当前服装工业迫切需要解决的课题之一。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种春秋抗静电女装及其生产工艺。
技术方案如下:
一种春秋抗静电女装,由抗静电面料制备而成。
所述抗静电面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将4-9重量份白乳胶、5-10重量份乙醇、0.5-1.5重量份柠檬酸、1-5重量份二氧化钛、2-6重量份表面活性剂加入76-84重量份水中混合均匀得到整理液;
(2)将面料在整理液中浸渍10-30min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为60-80%,烘干,即得抗静电面料。
进一步地,所述抗静电面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将4-9重量份白乳胶、5-10重量份乙醇、0.5-1.5重量份柠檬酸、1-5重量份功能化二氧化钛、2-6重量份表面活性剂加入76-84重量份水中混合均匀得到整理液;
(2)将面料在整理液中浸渍10-30min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为60-80%,烘干,即得抗静电面料。
所述步骤(1)中表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷氧基乙基-α-D-吡喃木糖苷、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、癸氧基乙基-β-D-吡喃木糖苷中一种多种的混合物。作为优选,所述步骤(1)中表面活性剂由十二烷氧基乙基-α-D-吡喃木糖苷、癸氧基乙基-β-D-吡喃木糖苷按质量比为1:(0.4-0.8)组成。
所述步骤(2)中浸渍的温度为30-50℃,所述面料与整理液的质量比为1:(5-15)。
所述步骤(2)中烘干的温度为65-85℃,时间为3-9h。
所述步骤(2)中面料由羊毛、涤纶、氨纶、粘胶、莱卡中的一种或多种织造而成,克重为250-550g/m2
所述功能化二氧化钛的制备方法是:将5-15g正硅酸丙酯加入35-45g乙醇中以转速为200-500r/min搅拌10-20min得到溶液A,将2-6g硝酸银加入40-50g水中以转速为200-500r/min搅拌10-20min混合均匀,得到溶液B;将二氧化钛与溶液A、溶液B按质量比为1:(3-7):(3-7)以转速为200-500r/min搅拌10-20min混合均匀,得到混合液;将混合液在温度为95-115℃下烘干至恒重,再进行焙烧2-5h,得到功能化二氧化钛。
所述焙烧的温度为450-550℃,升温速率为3-7℃/min。
上述春秋抗静电女装的的生产工艺,将抗静电面料按常规女装生产工艺制备即得。
技术效果:
本发明春秋抗静电女装的生产工艺,对面料进行改进研究,该抗静电面料柔软透气、抗静电还具有除臭杀菌的作用,因此制作衣服,穿着舒服健康,手感顺滑、轻便,悬垂感特强,韧性十足;并能够将肌肤上的汗液快速引导至面料外侧,并保持肌肤与面料内侧之间的干爽,提高面料的舒适度。
具体实施方式
表面电荷密度测试:采用国家标准GB/T 12703-1991《纺织品静电测试方法》中的C法(电荷面密度法)进行测试。
吸湿排汗性能测试:采用国家标准GB/T 21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》进行测试。
悬垂性测试:参考FZ/T 01045-1996进行,测试仪器采用武汉国量仪器有限公司提供的型号为YG811E的织物悬垂性能测定仪;试验前将抗菌透湿面料在温度为20℃、相对湿度为65%的条件下调湿24小时。织物的悬垂性是织物服用性能的一个重要指标,具有良好悬垂性的服装能够形成光滑流畅的曲面造型,并能与人体恰当地贴合,给人视觉上的舒适性。

(1)将6.5重量份白乳胶、8重量份乙醇、1重量份柠檬酸、3重量份功能化二氧化钛、3.9重量份表面活性剂加入80重量份去离子水中以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀得到整理液;
(2)将面料在整理液中浸渍20min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为70wt%,烘干,即得抗静电面料。
所述步骤(1)中表面活性剂为十二烷氧基乙基-α-D-吡喃木糖苷。
所述步骤(2)中浸渍的温度为40℃,所述面料与整理液的质量比为1:10。
所述步骤(2)中烘干的温度为75℃,时间为6h。

春秋抗静电女装,由抗静电面料制备而成。
所述抗静电面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将6.5重量份白乳胶、8重量份乙醇、1重量份柠檬酸、3重量份功能化二氧化钛、3.9重量份表面活性剂加入80重量份去离子水中以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀得到整理液;

春秋抗静电女装,由抗静电面料制备而成。
所述抗静电面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将6.5重量份白乳胶、8重量份乙醇、1重量份柠檬酸、3重量份功能化二氧化钛、3.9重量份表面活性剂加入80重量份去离子水中以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀得到整理液;

(1)将6.5重量份白乳胶、8重量份乙醇、1重量份柠檬酸、3重量份功能化二氧化钛、3.9重量份表面活性剂加入80重量份去离子水中以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀得到整理液;
(2)将面料在整理液中浸渍20min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为70wt%,烘干,即得抗静电面料。抗静电面料进行性能测试结果:透湿量为8547g/m2·d,悬垂系数为5.72%,未水洗表面电荷密度为1.6μC/m2
所述步骤(1)中表面活性剂由十二烷氧基乙基-α-D-吡喃木糖苷、癸氧基乙基-β-D-吡喃木糖苷按质量比为1:0.5混合而成。
所述步骤(2)中浸渍的温度为40℃,所述面料与整理液的质量比为1:10。
所述步骤(2)中烘干的温度为75℃,时间为6h。
所述功能化二氧化钛的制备方法是:将10g正硅酸丙酯加入40g乙醇中以转速为300r/min搅拌15min得到溶液A,将4g硝酸银加入45g水中以转速为300r/min搅拌15min混合均匀,得到溶液B;将二氧化钛与溶液A、溶液B按质量比为1:5:5以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到混合液;将混合液在温度为105℃下烘干至恒重;再进行焙烧,所述焙烧为由室温20℃以升温速率为5℃/min升温至500℃,然后在500℃保温3.5h,自热冷却至室温,得到功能化二氧化钛。

测试例1
将实施例1-6制备的抗静电面料进行性能测试,具体结果见表1。

本发明实施例1通过对表面活性进行筛选,发现采用木糖苷表面活性剂,抗静电面料性能最理想;同时通过二氧化钛进行功能化处理,抗静电面料性能也得到大幅度提高,其原因可能是功能化处理不仅提高了纳米二氧化钛的分散性和稳定性,还提高了二氧化钛与有机物的相容性。

Claims (6)

1.一种春秋抗静电女装,其特征在于,由抗静电面料制备而成;
所述抗静电面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将4-9重量份白乳胶、5-10重量份乙醇、0.5-1.5重量份柠檬酸、1-5重量份功能化二氧化钛、2-6重量份表面活性剂加入76-84重量份水中混合均匀得到整理液;
(2)将面料在整理液中浸渍10-30min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为60-80%,烘干,即得抗静电面料;
所述功能化二氧化钛的制备方法是:将5-15g正硅酸丙酯加入35-45g乙醇中以转速为200-500r/min搅拌10-20min得到溶液A,将2-6g硝酸银加入40-50g水中以转速为200-500r/min搅拌10-20min混合均匀,得到溶液B;将二氧化钛与溶液A、溶液B按质量比为1:(3-7):(3-7)以转速为200-500r/min搅拌10-20min混合均匀,得到混合液;将混合液在温度为95-115℃下烘干至恒重,再进行焙烧2-5h,得到功能化二氧化钛;
所述步骤(1)中表面活性剂由十二烷氧基乙基-α-D-吡喃木糖苷、癸氧基乙基-β-D-吡喃木糖苷按质量比为1:(0.4-0.8)组成;
所述面料由63wt%羊毛、8wt%涤纶、25wt%粘胶与4wt%莱卡织造而成,克重为463g/m2
2.根据权利要求1所述春秋抗静电女装,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中浸渍的温度为30-50℃,所述面料与整理液的质量比为1:(5-15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述春秋抗静电女装,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中烘干的温度为65-85℃,时间为3-9h。
4.根据权利要求1所述春秋抗静电女装,其特征在于:所述焙烧的温度为450-550℃,升温速率为3-7℃/min。
5.一种春秋抗静电女装,其特征在于,由抗静电面料制备而成;所述抗静电面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将6.5重量份白乳胶、8重量份乙醇、1重量份柠檬酸、3重量份功能化二氧化钛、3.9重量份表面活性剂加入80重量份去离子水中以转速为300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀得到整理液;
(2)将面料在整理液中浸渍20min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为70wt%,烘干,即得抗静电面料;
所述步骤(1)中表面活性剂由十二烷氧基乙基-α-D-吡喃木糖苷、癸氧基乙基-β-D-吡喃木糖苷按质量比为1:0.5混合而成;
所述步骤(2)中浸渍的温度为40℃,所述面料与整理液的质量比为1:10;
所述步骤(2)中烘干的温度为75℃,时间为6h;
