本发明公开了一种抗静电纺织品及其制备方法、织物抗静电整理剂。所述织物抗静电整理剂由下述原料组成:4‑9重量份白乳胶、5‑10重量份乙醇、1‑5重量份二氧化钛、2‑6重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、0.5‑1.5重量份氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵、1‑3重量份偶联剂、76‑84重量份水。本发明制备的抗静电纺织品,抗静电性能和悬垂性较好,多次水洗后依然持久保持良好的抗静电性能和悬垂性,制成的成衣,穿着舒服健康,手感顺滑、轻便,悬垂感特强,韧性十足。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电纺织品。
背景技术
面料的性能不仅影响服装的造型,还会影响服装的生产。面料是服装工业的基本材料,随着新型原料的大量使用,纺织染整工艺的不断更新,面料的手感和其他性能也相应地发生变化。随着服装制作加工自动化程度的提高以及商业反应节奏的加快,如何全面而快捷地评定面料的性能和风格,以便科学地使用面料,制定合理的服装生产工艺,这也是当前服装工业迫切需要解决的课题之一。
空气干燥时,人体皮肤和服装之间还容易产生静电,高者瞬间静电压可达上万伏,造成人体不适。当下,市场对于面料产品提出了抗静电要求。
中国发明专利CN108360261A公开了一种春秋抗静电女装及其生产工艺,其制备的面料抗静电性能和悬垂性较为理想,但是依然存在水洗后稳定性较差,无法持久保持其抗静电性能和悬垂性。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种抗静电纺织品。
本发明在CN108360261A基础上进行进一步研发,发明人发现虽然其制备的面料抗静电性能和悬垂性较为理想,但水洗后特别是多次水洗后无法持久保持其抗静电性能和悬垂性。为解决持久性的问题,发明人的初步构思是在整理剂中增加偶联剂,使得整理剂中功能性成分能够与面料结合更加紧密,从而解决抗静电持久性的技术问题。进一步的,将其中的表面活性剂替换为阳离子表面活性剂,进一步提升抗静电性能。
依据上述发明构思,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种织物抗静电整理剂,由下述原料组成:白乳胶、乙醇、二氧化钛、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、偶联剂和水。
优选地,
一种织物抗静电整理剂,由下述原料按重量份组成:
4-9重量份白乳胶、5-10重量份乙醇、1-5重量份二氧化钛、2-6重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、1-3重量份偶联剂、76-84重量份水。
三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐,属于季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂,相对于阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,消除静电性能更优。
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。优选为十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷(CAS:85857-16-5)、氯甲基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(CAS:2212-11-5)和乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷(CAS:5356-83-2)中的至少一种。

本发明织物抗静电整理剂中添加一定量的氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵,能够进一步提高抗静电性能和悬垂性的长效性。氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵,属于阳离子表面活性剂,润湿性、抗静电性能好,与无机物质二氧化钛能够牢固结合,产生固定作用,从而提高长效性。
本发明还公开了一种抗静电纺织品的制备方法,采用上述织物抗静电整理剂进行后整理。
具体的,
一种抗静电纺织品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)4-9重量份白乳胶、5-10重量份乙醇、1-5重量份二氧化钛、2-6重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、1-3重量份偶联剂、76-84重量份水混合均匀得到所述织物抗静电整理剂;
(2)将面料在所述织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍10-30min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为60-80%,烘干,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
优选地,一种抗静电纺织品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)4-9重量份白乳胶、5-10重量份乙醇、1-5重量份二氧化钛、2-6重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、1-3重量份偶联剂、0.5-1.5重量份氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵、76-84重量份水混合均匀得到所述织物抗静电整理剂;
将面料在所述织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍10-30min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为60-80%,烘干,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
本发明还公开了一种抗静电纺织品,采用上述方法制备而成。
由于二氧化钛是不溶于水的固体粉末,其表面能较大,非常容易发生团聚现象,导致二氧化钛无法均匀分散,阳离子表面活性剂三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐的加入主要作用是均匀稳定地与无机物质二氧化钛能够牢固结合,进一步将二氧化钛粒子分散在织物抗静电整理剂中,二氧化钛在整理剂均匀分散,能够有效提高后续整理对面料抗静电性能和悬垂性能的有效提升。
在本发明中,核心改进点之一是发明人通过对表面活性剂的筛选比较确定,阳离子表面活性剂相对于阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂效果更优,进而选择添加阳离子表面活性剂三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。
在本发明中,核心改进点之二是在原有体系中添加偶联剂,偶联剂的加入,一方面可以均匀稳定地将二氧化钛粒子分散在整理剂中,另一方面偶联剂能够有效增加无机物质二氧化钛与有机聚合物白乳胶之间亲和力进而在整理步骤之后能够牢固附着在面料纤维上,不易洗脱,从而起到长效作用。然而,在本发明的整理剂体系中,并非所有的偶联剂均能适用,仅硅烷偶联剂适合,特别优选十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷。实验发现钛酸酯偶联剂适用效果很差,可能是钛酸酯偶联剂与二氧化钛均含的钛离子相互排斥并不能有效亲和导致。
在本发明中,核心改进点之三是整理剂中添加阳离子表面活性剂氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵。在本发明整理剂配方中摈弃了原有的柠檬酸,高温下柠檬酸在体系中主要与纤维素的羟基形成酯键,起到防皱作用。而本发明后整理中的浸渍步骤是在低温下进行,所以柠檬酸的作用极为有限,没有存在必要。相反的,柠檬酸属于中强酸,其对阳离子表面活性剂三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐和氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵有极大影响,如果体系中添加柠檬酸将产生较大负面影响。
技术效果:本发明制备的抗静电纺织品,抗静电性能和悬垂性较好,多次水洗后依然持久保持良好的抗静电性能和悬垂性,制成的成衣,穿着舒服健康,手感顺滑、轻便,悬垂感特强,韧性十足。

实施例中白乳胶按照申请号为201010598720.4的中国专利中具体实施例1所示方法制备。
实施例中二氧化钛由南京天行新材料有限公司提供,型号为TTP-A10,一次粒径为10nm。
三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐,选用泰兴市恒源化学厂提供的抗静电剂TM。
氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵,又称色必明BCH。
实施例中的面料由绍兴联陆纺织品有限公司提供,成分及含量:60%棉、40%涤;纱支:45S×45S;密度160×90;克重132(g/㎡);织物组织:斜纹。
实施例1
抗静电纺织品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将7重量份白乳胶、6重量份乙醇、3重量份二氧化钛、4重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、2重量份十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷、80重量份水,转速300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到织物抗静电整理剂;
(2)将面料在40℃织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍20min,面料与织物抗静电整理剂的质量比为1:10;再将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,控制轧余率为75wt%,在80℃烘干5h,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
实施例2
抗静电纺织品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将7重量份白乳胶、6重量份乙醇、3重量份二氧化钛、2重量份十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷、4重量份氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵、80重量份水,转速300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到织物抗静电整理剂;
(2)将面料在40℃织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍20min,面料与织物抗静电整理剂的质量比为1:10;再将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,控制轧余率为75wt%,在80℃烘干5h,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
实施例3
抗静电纺织品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将7重量份白乳胶、6重量份乙醇、3重量份二氧化钛、3重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、2重量份十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷、1重量份氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵、80重量份水,转速300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到织物抗静电整理剂;
(2)将面料在40℃织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍20min,面料与织物抗静电整理剂的质量比为1:10;再将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,控制轧余率为75wt%,在80℃烘干5h,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
对比例1
抗静电纺织品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将7重量份白乳胶、6重量份乙醇、3重量份二氧化钛、4重量份十二烷氧基乙基-α-D-吡喃木糖苷、2重量份十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷、80重量份水,转速300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到织物抗静电整理剂;
(2)将面料在40℃织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍20min,面料与织物抗静电整理剂的质量比为1:10;再将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,控制轧余率为75wt%,在80℃烘干5h,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
对比例2
抗静电纺织品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将7重量份白乳胶、6重量份乙醇、3重量份二氧化钛、4重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、80重量份水,转速300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到织物抗静电整理剂;

(1)将7重量份白乳胶、6重量份乙醇、3重量份二氧化钛、4重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、2重量份二(焦磷酸二烷氧基酯)(2-羟基)丙酸钛、80重量份水,转速300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到织物抗静电整理剂;
(2)将面料在40℃织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍20min,面料与织物抗静电整理剂的质量比为1:10;再将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,控制轧余率为75wt%,在80℃烘干5h,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
对比例4
抗静电纺织品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将7重量份白乳胶、6重量份乙醇、1重量份柠檬酸、3重量份二氧化钛、3重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、2重量份十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷、1重量份氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵、80重量份水,转速300r/min搅拌20min混合均匀,得到织物抗静电整理剂;
(2)将面料在40℃织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍20min,面料与织物抗静电整理剂的质量比为1:10;再将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,控制轧余率为75wt%,在80℃烘干5h,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
测试例1
将实施例和对比例所制得的抗静电纺织品,标准水洗10次之后,再进行性能测试,具体结果见下表1。
标准水洗方法:标准洗涤剂用量为2克/L,洗涤条件40℃,在家用洗衣机上进行洗涤,洗涤5分钟为1次,60℃烘箱中烘干。一共洗涤10次。
表面电荷密度测试:采用国家标准GB/T 12703-1991《纺织品静电测试方法》中的C法(电荷面密度法)进行测试。
悬垂性测试:参考FZ/T 01045-1996进行,测试仪器采用武汉国量仪器有限公司提供的型号为YG811E的织物悬垂性能测定仪;试验前将抗静电纺织品在温度为20℃、相对湿度为65%的条件下调湿24小时。

由于二氧化钛是不溶于水的固体粉末,其表面能较大,非常容易发生团聚现象,导致二氧化钛无法均匀分散,阳离子表面活性剂三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐的加入主要作用是均匀稳定地与无机物质二氧化钛能够牢固结合,进一步将二氧化钛粒子分散在织物抗静电整理剂中,二氧化钛在整理剂均匀分散,能够有效提高后续整理对面料抗静电性能和悬垂性能的有效提升。
在本发明中,核心改进点之一是发明人通过对表面活性剂的筛选比较确定,阳离子表面活性剂相对于阴离子表面活性剂(对比例1)和非离子表面活性剂效果更优,进而选择添加阳离子表面活性剂三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐(实施例1)。
在本发明中,核心改进点之二是在原有体系中添加偶联剂,偶联剂的加入,一方面可以均匀稳定地将二氧化钛粒子分散在整理剂中,另一方面偶联剂能够有效增加无机物质二氧化钛与有机聚合物白乳胶之间亲和力进而在整理步骤之后能够牢固附着在面料纤维上,不易洗脱,从而起到长效作用。然而,在本发明的整理剂体系中,并非所有的偶联剂均能适用,仅硅烷偶联剂适合,特别优选十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷(实施例1)。实验发现钛酸酯偶联剂(对比例3)适用效果很差,可能是钛酸酯偶联剂与二氧化钛均含的钛离子相互排斥并不能有效亲和导致。
在本发明中,核心改进点之三是整理剂中添加阳离子表面活性剂氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵。在本发明整理剂配方中摈弃了原有的柠檬酸(实施例3),高温下柠檬酸在体系中主要与纤维素的羟基形成酯键,起到防皱作用。而本发明后整理中的浸渍步骤是在低温下进行,所以柠檬酸的作用极为有限,没有存在必要。相反的,柠檬酸属于中强酸,其对阳离子表面活性剂三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐和氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵有极大影响,如果体系中添加柠檬酸(对比例4)将产生较大负面影响。
此外,通过实验发现,阳离子表面活性剂三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐和氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵复配协同增效。
本发明制备的抗静电纺织品,抗静电性能和悬垂性较好,多次水洗后依然持久保持良好的抗静电性能和悬垂性,制成的成衣,穿着舒服健康,手感顺滑、轻便,悬垂感特强,韧性十足。
Claims (4)
1.一种织物抗静电整理剂,由下述原料按重量份组成:4-9重量份白乳胶、5-10重量份乙醇、1-5重量份二氧化钛、2-6重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、1-3重量份偶联剂、0.5-1.5重量份氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵、76-84重量份水;
所述偶联剂为十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷。
2.一种抗静电纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1所述织物抗静电整理剂进行后整理。
3.如权利要求2所述的抗静电纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
(1)4-9重量份白乳胶、5-10重量份乙醇、1-5重量份二氧化钛、2-6重量份三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐、1-3重量份偶联剂、0.5-1.5重量份氯化硬脂酰胺乙基二乙基苄基铵、76-84重量份水混合均匀得到所述织物抗静电整理剂;
(2)将面料在所述织物抗静电整理剂中浸渍10-30min,将浸渍后的面料进行轧液,轧余率为60-80%,烘干,即得所述抗静电纺织品。
4.一种抗静电纺织品,其特征在于,采用权利要求2-3任一项所述方法制备而成。
