Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,首选使用含十二烷基硫酸钠的碱液对面料进行处理,然后通过在面料表面接枝丙烯酸制得羧基修饰的面料,在使用一端氨基修饰的PEG对羧基修饰的面料进行处理,制得PEG接枝的面料,最后在将其浸入含氧化锌5‑12份、十八烷基二甲基季铵硝酸盐8‑16份、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐6‑14份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3‑7份、双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵9‑18份的乙醇溶液中,制得抗静电面料。本发明制得的面料的表面电阻率低至6.2×107Ω、体积电阻率低至2.9×107Ω,面料具有良好的抗静电效果,从而进一步提高面料的防尘性能。因此本发明制得的面料在抗静电面料中具有重要的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代科技的进步和人们生活水平的提高,社会对于服装面料的功能性要求越来越高,这使得功能性面料成为新的热点,各种功能性面料的开发随之产生,传统的抗菌抗静电织物加工方法是采用抗菌和抗静电整理剂来实现,这样的织物在环境湿度相对较低的情况下或经多次洗涤后,抗菌和抗静电性能会明显下降。因此,有必要对面料的抗静电性能进行进一步研究,提高抗静电原料在面料表面的附着度,从而提高面料性能。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将织物面料浸入5-10%的NaOH溶液中,其中含有3-8%的十二烷基硫酸钠,在40-50℃的温度下搅拌处理40-60min,将面料取出用清水洗涤3-5次,甩干后置于烘箱中烘干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)烘干后的面料浸入20-40%的丙烯酸水溶液中,其中丙烯酸溶液中含有6-12%的2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚,将体系温度缓慢升高至35-50℃,保持此温度以300-600r/min的转速搅拌处理1-2h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料加入DMF溶液中,然后向溶液中加入最终质量分数为10-20%的马来酸酐,将体系温度缓慢升高至40-60℃,保持此温度反应以400-700r/min的转速搅拌处理3-5h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(4)将一端氨基修饰的PEG用0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液进行溶解,配置成质量分数为20-40%的PEG溶液;将碳二亚胺溶解到0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液中使其质量分数为8-15%,然后将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料浸入碳二亚胺溶液中,在室温下以300-500r/min的转速搅拌反应20-40min,然后加入PEG溶液继续搅拌反应2-4h,用去离子水清洗甩干,制得氨基修饰的织物面料,其中PEG溶液的添加量与碳二亚胺溶液的体积比为(3-5):1;
(5)将氧化锌5-12份、十八烷基二甲基季铵硝酸盐8-16份、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐6-14份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3-7份、双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵9-18份加入30-50份乙醇溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入步骤(4)处理的面料,在35-60℃的温度下搅拌处理2-4h,然后将面料甩干并置于烘箱中烘干制得成品。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中NaOH溶液的质量分数为7.5%,十二烷基硫酸钠的质量分数为6%。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中丙烯酸水溶液的质量分数为30%,2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚的质量分数为9%。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中PEG溶液的质量分数为30%,碳二亚胺的质量分数为12%。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中各原料的重量份为:氧化锌8份、十八烷基二甲基季铵硝酸盐12份、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱5份、双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵14份、乙醇40份。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,本发明通过在面料表面接枝PEG分子,然后再对面料用功能助剂进行处理,提高面料的抗静电性能。从测试结果得出,本发明制得的面料的表面电阻率低至6.2×107Ω、体积电阻率低至2.9×107Ω,因此本发明制得的面料具有良好的抗静电效果,从而进一步提高面料的防尘性能。因此本发明制得的面料在抗静电面料中具有重要的作用。

实施例1
一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将织物面料浸入7.5%的NaOH溶液中,其中含有6%的十二烷基硫酸钠,在45℃的温度下搅拌处理50min,将面料取出用清水洗涤3-5次,甩干后置于烘箱中烘干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)烘干后的面料浸入30%的丙烯酸水溶液中,其中丙烯酸溶液中含有9%的2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚,将体系温度缓慢升高至35-50℃,保持此温度以450r/min的转速搅拌处理1.5h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料加入DMF溶液中,然后向溶液中加入最终质量分数为15%的马来酸酐,将体系温度缓慢升高至50℃,保持此温度反应以550r/min的转速搅拌处理4h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(4)将一端氨基修饰的PEG用0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液进行溶解,配置成质量分数为30%的PEG溶液;将碳二亚胺溶解到0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液中使其质量分数为12%,然后将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料浸入碳二亚胺溶液中,在室温下以400r/min的转速搅拌反应30min,然后加入PEG溶液继续搅拌反应3h,用去离子水清洗甩干,制得氨基修饰的织物面料,其中PEG溶液的添加量与碳二亚胺溶液的体积比为4:1;
(5)将氧化锌8份、十八烷基二甲基季铵硝酸盐12份、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱5份、双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵14份加入40份乙醇溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入步骤(4)处理的面料,在48℃的温度下搅拌处理3h,然后将面料甩干并置于烘箱中烘干制得成品。
实施例2
一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将织物面料浸入5%的NaOH溶液中,其中含有3%的十二烷基硫酸钠,在40℃的温度下搅拌处理40min,将面料取出用清水洗涤3-5次,甩干后置于烘箱中烘干备用;

(3)将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料加入DMF溶液中,然后向溶液中加入最终质量分数为12%的马来酸酐,将体系温度缓慢升高至45℃,保持此温度反应以500r/min的转速搅拌处理3.5h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(4)将一端氨基修饰的PEG用0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液进行溶解,配置成质量分数为25%的PEG溶液;将碳二亚胺溶解到0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液中使其质量分数为10%,然后将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料浸入碳二亚胺溶液中,在室温下以350r/min的转速搅拌反应25min,然后加入PEG溶液继续搅拌反应2.5h,用去离子水清洗甩干,制得氨基修饰的织物面料,其中PEG溶液的添加量与碳二亚胺溶液的体积比为3.5:1;
(5)将氧化锌7份、十八烷基二甲基季铵硝酸盐10份、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐8份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱4份、双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵12份加入35份乙醇溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入步骤(4)处理的面料,在40℃的温度下搅拌处理2.5h,然后将面料甩干并置于烘箱中烘干制得成品。
实施例4
一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将织物面料浸入10%的NaOH溶液中,其中含有8%的十二烷基硫酸钠,在50℃的温度下搅拌处理60min,将面料取出用清水洗涤3-5次,甩干后置于烘箱中烘干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)烘干后的面料浸入40%的丙烯酸水溶液中,其中丙烯酸溶液中含有12%的2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚,将体系温度缓慢升高至50℃,保持此温度以600r/min的转速搅拌处理2h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料加入DMF溶液中,然后向溶液中加入最终质量分数为20%的马来酸酐,将体系温度缓慢升高至60℃,保持此温度反应以700r/min的转速搅拌处理5h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(4)将一端氨基修饰的PEG用0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液进行溶解,配置成质量分数为40%的PEG溶液;将碳二亚胺溶解到0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液中使其质量分数为15%,然后将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料浸入碳二亚胺溶液中,在室温下以500r/min的转速搅拌反应40min,然后加入PEG溶液继续搅拌反应4h,用去离子水清洗甩干,制得氨基修饰的织物面料,其中PEG溶液的添加量与碳二亚胺溶液的体积比为5:1;
(5)将氧化锌12份、十八烷基二甲基季铵硝酸盐16份、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐14份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3-7份、双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵18份加入50份乙醇溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入步骤(4)处理的面料,在60℃的温度下搅拌处理4h,然后将面料甩干并置于烘箱中烘干制得成品。
将实施例1-4制得的面料参照GB/T 16801-1997《织物调理剂抗静电性能的测定》,用ZC36型高绝缘电阻测量仪测量织物的表面电阻率和体积电阻率。测试结果如表1所示,从表1中得出,本发明制得的面料的表面电阻率低至6.2×107Ω、体积电阻率低至2.9×107Ω,因此本发明制得的面料具有良好的抗静电效果,从而进一步提高面料的防尘性能。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将织物面料浸入5-10%的NaOH溶液中,其中含有3-8%的十二烷基硫酸钠,在40-50℃的温度下搅拌处理40-60min,将面料取出用清水洗涤3-5次,甩干后置于烘箱中烘干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)烘干后的面料浸入20-40%的丙烯酸水溶液中,其中丙烯酸溶液中含有6-12%的2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚,将体系温度缓慢升高至35-50℃,保持此温度以300-600r/min的转速搅拌处理1-2h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料加入DMF溶液中,然后向溶液中加入最终质量分数为10-20%的马来酸酐,将体系温度缓慢升高至40-60℃,保持此温度反应以400-700r/min的转速搅拌处理3-5h,制得羧基修饰的织物面料;
(4)将一端氨基修饰的PEG用0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液进行溶解,配置成质量分数为20-40%的PEG溶液;将碳二亚胺溶解到0.01M pH7.4的PBS缓冲液中使其质量分数为8-15%,然后将步骤(2)制得的羧基修饰的织物面料浸入碳二亚胺溶液中,在室温下以300-500r/min的转速搅拌反应20-40min,然后加入PEG溶液继续搅拌反应2-4h,用去离子水清洗甩干,制得氨基修饰的织物面料,其中PEG溶液的添加量与碳二亚胺溶液的体积比为(3-5):1;
(5)将氧化锌5-12份、十八烷基二甲基季铵硝酸盐8-16份、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐6-14份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3-7份、双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵9-18份加入30-50份乙醇溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入步骤(4)处理的面料,在35-60℃的温度下搅拌处理2-4h,然后将面料甩干并置于烘箱中烘干制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中NaOH溶液的质量分数为7.5%,十二烷基硫酸钠的质量分数为6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中丙烯酸水溶液的质量分数为30%,2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚的质量分数为9%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中PEG溶液的质量分数为30%,碳二亚胺的质量分数为12%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防尘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中各原料的重量份为:氧化锌8份、十八烷基二甲基季铵硝酸盐12份、三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱5份、双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵14份、乙醇40份。
