进一步优选的,所述的一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵11-14份、茉莉油0.6-0.9份、依兰油0.5-0.6份、纳米二氧化钛0.3-0.4份、过氧化苯甲酰1.2-1.8份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.3-0.4份、硬脂酰乳酸钠1.5-2.5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2-1.7份、柠檬酸0.15-0.25份、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-4份、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素0.35-0.45份、环己醇3-4份、去离子水85-95份。
上述抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 将双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵放入反应釜中,将温度升至70-90℃搅拌20-30分钟;
(2) 加入氧化聚乙烯蜡搅拌60-90分钟;
(3) 加入硬脂酰乳酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,继续保温搅拌1-2小时;
(4) 加入纳米二氧化钛、过氧化苯甲酰和去离子水,搅拌30-60分钟;

一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵10份、茉莉油0.5份、依兰油0.4份、纳米二氧化钛0.2份、过氧化苯甲酰1份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.2份、硬脂酰乳酸钠1份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、柠檬酸0.1份、氧化聚乙烯蜡2份、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素0.3份、环己醇2份、去离子水80份。
上述抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法为:(1)将双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵放入反应釜中,将温度升至70℃搅拌20分钟;(2)加入氧化聚乙烯蜡搅拌60分钟;(3)加入硬脂酰乳酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,继续保温搅拌1小时;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、过氧化苯甲酰和去离子水,搅拌30分钟;(5)加入茉莉油、依兰油、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、柠檬酸、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素和环己醇,保温搅拌30分钟;(6)出料即得。

上述抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法为:(1)将双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵放入反应釜中,将温度升至75℃搅拌25分钟;(2)加入氧化聚乙烯蜡搅拌70分钟;(3)加入硬脂酰乳酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,继续保温搅拌1.5小时;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、过氧化苯甲酰和去离子水,搅拌40分钟;(5)加入茉莉油、依兰油、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、柠檬酸、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素和环己醇,保温搅拌35分钟;(6)出料即得。
实施例3
一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵12.5份、茉莉油0.75份、依兰油0.55份、纳米二氧化钛0.35份、过氧化苯甲酰1.5份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.35份、硬脂酰乳酸钠2份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5份、柠檬酸0.2份、氧化聚乙烯蜡3.5份、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素0.4份、环己醇3.5份、去离子水90份。
上述抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法为:(1)将双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵放入反应釜中,将温度升至80℃搅拌25分钟;(2)加入氧化聚乙烯蜡搅拌75分钟;(3)加入硬脂酰乳酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,继续保温搅拌1.5小时;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、过氧化苯甲酰和去离子水,搅拌45分钟;(5)加入茉莉油、依兰油、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、柠檬酸、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素和环己醇,保温搅拌40分钟;(6)出料即得。

一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵14份、茉莉油0.9份、依兰油0.6份、纳米二氧化钛0.4份、过氧化苯甲酰1.8份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.4份、硬脂酰乳酸钠2.5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.7份、柠檬酸0.25份、氧化聚乙烯蜡4份、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素0.45份、环己醇4份、去离子水95份。
上述抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法为:(1)将双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵放入反应釜中,将温度升至85℃搅拌25分钟;(2)加入氧化聚乙烯蜡搅拌80分钟;(3)加入硬脂酰乳酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,继续保温搅拌1.5小时;(4)加入纳米二氧化钛、过氧化苯甲酰和去离子水,搅拌50分钟;(5)加入茉莉油、依兰油、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、柠檬酸、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素和环己醇,保温搅拌45分钟;(6)出料即得。

一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵15份、茉莉油1份、依兰油0.7份、纳米二氧化钛0.5份、过氧化苯甲酰2份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.5份、硬脂酰乳酸钠3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、柠檬酸0.3份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5份、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素0.5份、环己醇5份、去离子水100份。

上述抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法为:(1)将双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵放入反应釜中,将温度升至90℃搅拌30分钟;(2)加入氧化聚乙烯蜡搅拌90分钟;(3)加入纳米二氧化钛、过氧化苯甲酰和去离子水,搅拌60分钟;(4)加入茉莉油、依兰油、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、柠檬酸、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素和环己醇,保温搅拌50分钟;(5)出料即得。

上述抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法为:(1)将双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵放入反应釜中,将温度升至90℃搅拌30分钟;(2)加入氧化聚乙烯蜡搅拌90分钟;(3)加入硬脂酰乳酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,继续保温搅拌2小时;(4)加入过氧化苯甲酰和去离子水,搅拌60分钟;(5)加入茉莉油、依兰油、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、柠檬酸和环己醇,保温搅拌50分钟;(6)出料即得。

1.一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵10-15份、茉莉油0.5-1份、依兰油0.4-0.7份、纳米二氧化钛0.2-0.5份、过氧化苯甲酰1-2份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.2-0.5份、硬脂酰乳酸钠1-3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、柠檬酸0.1-0.3份、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-5份、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素0.3-0.5份、环己醇2-5份、去离子水80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵11-14份、茉莉油0.6-0.9份、依兰油0.5-0.6份、纳米二氧化钛0.3-0.4份、过氧化苯甲酰1.2-1.8份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.3-0.4份、硬脂酰乳酸钠1.5-2.5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2-1.7份、柠檬酸0.15-0.25份、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-4份、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素0.35-0.45份、环己醇3-4份、去离子水85-95份。
3.权利要求1至2任一项所述的一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1) 将双氢化牛油基二甲基氯化铵放入反应釜中,将温度升至70-90℃搅拌20-30分钟;
(2) 加入氧化聚乙烯蜡搅拌60-90分钟;
(3) 加入硬脂酰乳酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,继续保温搅拌1-2小时;
(4) 加入纳米二氧化钛、过氧化苯甲酰和去离子水,搅拌30-60分钟;
(5) 加入茉莉油、依兰油、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、柠檬酸、7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素和环己醇,保温搅拌30-50分钟;
(6) 出料即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中温度为75-85℃,搅拌时间为25分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中搅拌时间为70-80分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中搅拌时间为1.5小时。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中搅拌时间为40-50分钟。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌防静电衣物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中搅拌时间为35-45分钟。
