技术领域
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,特别涉及一种低温抗冻型织物柔顺剂技术领域。
背景技术
织物柔顺剂,也叫织物护理剂,是一种洗涤护理用品,其可在织物纤维的表面上均匀地附着一层保护膜,纤维表面由于吸附了柔软剂,纤维间的摩擦系数降低,从而可增强移动性,同时纤维固有的平滑、延伸、压缩性能也均得到了恢复,所以织物变得更加柔软、蓬松、有弹性。
市场现有的织物柔顺剂的基本活性成份之一为氨基硅油,氨基硅油中由于氨基的极性,能与纤维表面的羟基、羧基等通过化学键合,使硅氧烷主链定向吸附在纤维表面,从而降低了纤维之间的摩擦系数,以很小的力就能使纤维之间产生滑动,表现出柔软、平滑特性,所以氨基硅油用于织物整理后可以赋予优良的柔软性、滑爽性、弹性、抗皱、耐洗、抗撕裂和穿着舒适等性能,硅油分子在织物表面成膜,使织物具有良好的弹性,大大提高了对织物的整理效果,氨基硅油由其上述优点而广泛应用于织物柔顺剂中。
但氨基硅油因其侧键上氨基及活泼氢原子,在光照、温热和紫外线的影响下易生成偶氮基发色团,导致整理浅色或白色织物在经过高温烘焙或长时间穿着后会出现不同程度的黄变现象,使得现有的织物柔顺剂难以应用于浅色或白色,及高端织物。一般认为,氨基硅油的氨值越高,织物的柔软性和滑度越好,但是黄变也会越大。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种低温抗冻型织物柔顺剂,在发挥高氨值的氨基硅油良好的柔软性和滑度的优点时,可有效减少色变。
本发明为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,采用如下的技术方案。
一种低温抗冻型织物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述织物柔顺剂包括以下质量份的组分:酯基季铵盐3~15份、水溶性聚醚硅油1~5份、氨基硅油2~10份、EDC 0.2~0.8份、NHS0.02~0.1份、抗冻剂2~5份、去离子水75~85份。
进一步的,所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.55~1.1。
进一步的,所述抗冻剂为乙二醇或甘油的一种。
进一步的,所述织物柔顺剂,还包括0.5~4份质量份的粘度稳定剂。
进一步的,所述粘度稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述织物柔顺剂,还包括香芬微胶囊0.5~3份。
进一步的,所述香芬微胶囊为玫瑰香芬微胶囊、迪奥香芬微胶囊、宝莉香芬微胶囊中的一种或几种。
相对于现有技术,本发明取得了以下有益效果:
1、本发明的织物柔顺剂,使用后对织物无伤害,可增加织物的柔软性、透气性,洗涤后,织物再润湿性好,抗静电,不泛黄,香味淡雅清闲,留香持久,在-25℃环境寒冷气候下仍能够保持良好的流动性。
2、本发明的织物柔顺剂,EDC(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)中具有的活性基团可在在纤维分子与氨基硅油分子之间形成联结发生架桥反应,形成的网状结构更连续及稳定,织物染料只能在纤维分子间隙内移动,尚不能脱离纤维,所以织物色变低;另外,NHS(N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺)与EDC联用,可进一步提高EDC架桥反应的联结效率,少量添加即可大大降低织物色变。
3、现有技术中,应用于织物柔顺剂中的氨基硅油的氨值一般较低仅为0.1~0.3,而本发有的织物柔顺剂的氨基硅油的氨值可高达0.55~1.1,EDC组份使氨基硅油分子在织物及纤维内外的交联更充分,结构更稳定,在发挥高氨值的氨基硅油良好的柔软性和滑度的优点时,可有效减少色变。
4、本发明的织物柔顺剂,采用羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素的一种或两种作为粘度稳定剂,羧甲基纤维素或羟乙基纤维素用于调节织物柔顺剂的粘度时,也可在EDC中的活性基团作用下与氨基硅油分子之间发生架桥反应,进一步提高氨基硅油分子在织物及纤维内外的交联度,结构更稳定。

二、试验例
分别取本实施例1~6配比制备的织物柔顺剂,及2款市售畅销氨基硅油柔顺剂(对比例1的氨值为0.2;对比例2的氨值为0.3)作为对比例处理同一批白色织物,评估其黄变度及柔软度。
1、黄变试验
分别取本实施例1~6配比制备的织物柔顺剂及对比例1和2的柔顺剂,分别处理同款白色棉质毛巾,晒干6小时,用Datacolor测色仪测试增白织物与基准样布的黄度变化情况,正值越大表明黄变越大。
2、柔软度试验
分别取本实施例1~6配比制备的织物柔顺剂及对比例1和2的柔顺剂,分别处理同款白色棉质毛巾,选择10名专业人员进行触摸测试,1分为柔软度最差,10分为柔软度最好,根据打分结果取平均值。
相关试验结果如下:

从上表中可以看出,(1)本发明的织物柔顺剂的氨值虽高达0.55~1.1,但经其处理的织物较市售的柔顺剂而言,黄变值均明显小于对比例,而且所有实施例处理的织物的柔软度明显优于对比例,说明本发明的织物柔顺剂在发挥高氨值的氨基硅油良好的柔软性和滑度的优点时,可有效减少色变。

1.一种低温抗冻型织物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述织物柔顺剂包括以下质量份的组分:酯基季铵盐3~15份、水溶性聚醚硅油1~5份、氨基硅油2~10份、EDC 0.2~0.8份、NHS0.02~0.1份、抗冻剂2~5份、去离子水75~85份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.55~1.1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述抗冻剂为乙二醇或甘油的一种。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的织物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述织物柔顺剂,还包括0.5~4份质量份的粘度稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的织物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述粘度稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的织物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述织物柔顺剂,还包括香芬微胶囊0.5~3份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的织物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述香芬微胶囊为玫瑰香芬微胶囊、迪奥香芬微胶囊、宝莉香芬微胶囊中的一种或几种。
