Abstract

本发明公开了一种衣物柔顺剂,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:酯基季铵盐20‑30份、有机硅硅油5‑10份、植物精油0.2‑1份、抗冷凝剂2‑10份、乳化剂2‑5份、增稠剂1‑2份、去离子水40‑60份。本发明的衣物柔顺剂选用环保原料,具有良好生物降解性;使用本发明的衣物柔顺剂对纺织物进行处理后,可以使衣物保持平滑、蓬松、丰满手感,又具较好的再湿润性;本发明的衣物柔顺剂具有较强的抗静电性且稳定性优异,在零下20℃仍可以保持流动状态不变。

一种衣物柔顺剂
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工技术领域,尤其涉及了一种衣物柔顺剂。
背景技术
衣物柔顺剂,也叫衣物护理剂,是一种洗涤护理用品。适用于织物洗涤护理过程中配合洗涤剂使用,起到使织物柔软、蓬松、消除静电的效果。衣物柔顺剂的作用是为了在织物纤维的表面上均匀地附着一层保护膜,纤维表面由于吸附了柔软剂,纤维间的摩擦系数降低,从而可增强移动性,同时纤维固有的平滑、延伸、压缩性能也均得到了恢复,所以织物变得更加柔软、蓬松、有弹性。
目前市面上现有的部分衣物柔顺剂存在着多种不足:一、含有多种危险化学成分,包括乙酸苄酯、苯甲醇、柠檬烯、沉香醇、氯仿等,长期频繁使用有可能会造成头晕、刺激眼睛和皮肤、器官受损等现象;二、市面上的衣物柔顺剂普遍存在着生物降解性差的不足,导致对环境的污染加重;三、部分柔顺剂在零下的温度时,会发生结冰、凝聚等现象,影响使用。
衣物柔顺剂按照离子性分有阳离子型、非离子型、阴离子型和两性季铵盐型;按照成分分有软片类、有机硅类、酯基季铵盐类、Gemini阳离好子柔软剂等;有机硅类柔软剂爽滑效果好,但成本较高;酯基季铵盐类稳定性好,具有较好的生物降解性,绿色环保,更兼具有抗黄变、杀菌消毒等效果,所以是柔软剂发展的一个主要方向。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种衣物柔顺剂,结合了有机硅类以及酯基季铵盐类柔软剂的优点,再与抗冷凝剂及植物精油进行复配,该衣物柔顺剂绿色环保,生物降解性好,性质温和且抗冷凝效果优异,能用于棉、人棉、涤纶、锦纶及其混纺织物的柔顺的处理。
一种衣物柔顺剂,所述衣物柔顺剂包括按照重量份计的如下组份:酯基季铵盐20-30份、有机硅硅油5-10份、乳化剂2-5份、增稠剂1-2份、去离子水40-60份。
优选的,所述有机硅硅油包括氨基硅油和聚醚硅油。
优选的,所述氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的按质量配合比例为5:1-10:1。
优选的,所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.3-0.8。
优选的,所述衣物柔顺剂还包括植物精油0.2-1份。
优选的,所述植物精油为绿茶精油、柠檬精油、肉桂精油、薄荷精油、艾草精油中的一种。
优选的,所述衣物柔顺剂还包括抗冷凝剂2-10份。
优选的,所述抗冷凝剂为乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙三醇中的一种。
本发明中的衣物柔顺剂可用于手洗或机洗棉、人棉、涤纶等纺织物品。
酯基季铵盐是一种新型阳离子表面活性剂,具有优异的柔软、抗静电性能,抗黄变。不含APEO和甲醛,易生物降解,绿色环保。用量少,效果好,配制方便,综合成本低,具有极高的性价比。
氨基硅油易乳化性且复配性极佳,与绝大多数有机柔软剂和其他纺织助剂相容。适用於各种纺织品的柔软整理。氨基硅油中的氨值越高,柔软性和滑度越好,但是黄变会越大。
聚醚硅油即硅油侧链引入亲水性聚醚基,使得硅油的亲水性能增加,所以聚醚改性硅油在使用过程中不会出现破乳、漂油问题。聚醚基的引入还可以使纺织物的吸湿性、抗静电性、易去污性得到有效的提高。
植物精油中含有醇类、醛类、酸类、酚类、丙酮类、萜烯类物质,能够刺激人体内的自律神经,调节内分泌系统,缓解焦虑情绪;此外精油还有杀菌、除异味的功效。将纯天然的植物精油添加到衣物柔顺剂中,可以使其通过浸泡进入衣服纤维中,慢慢发挥作用,并且留香持久。
本发明中的乳化剂可采用十二烷醇醚硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚的一种。
本发明中的增稠剂可采用羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、卡拉胶中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的衣物柔顺剂选用环保原料,具有良好生物降解性。
2、使用本发明的衣物柔顺剂对纺织物进行处理后,可以使衣物保持平滑、蓬松、丰满手感,又具较好的再湿润性。
3、本发明的衣物柔顺剂具有较强的抗静电性且稳定性能优异,最低温度可在-20℃保持流动状态不变。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例1
一种衣物柔顺剂,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
酯基季铵盐20份、有机硅硅油5份、植物精油0.2份、抗冷凝剂2份、乳化剂2份、增稠剂1份、去离子水40份。
有机硅硅油中氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的按质量配合比例为5:1;氨基硅油的氨值为0.3。
植物精油为绿茶精油;抗冷凝剂为:乙醇;乳化剂为十二烷醇醚硫酸钠;增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
实施例2
一种衣物柔顺剂,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
酯基季铵盐30份、有机硅硅油10份、植物精油1份、抗冷凝剂10份、乳化剂5份、增稠剂2份、去离子水60份。
有机硅硅油中氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的按质量配合比例为10:1;氨基硅油的氨值为0.8。
植物精油为柠檬精油;抗冷凝剂为:异丙醇;乳化剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素。
实施例3
一种衣物柔顺剂,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
酯基季铵盐23份、有机硅硅油8份、植物精油0.7份、抗冷凝剂8份、乳化剂3份、增稠剂1.5份、去离子水53份。
有机硅硅油中氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的按质量配合比例为7:1;氨基硅油的氨值为0.6。
植物精油为肉桂精油;抗冷凝剂为:乙二醇单丁醚;乳化剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚;增稠剂为卡拉胶。
实施例4
一种衣物柔顺剂,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
酯基季铵盐27份、有机硅硅油6份、植物精油0.4份、抗冷凝剂3份、乳化剂4份、增稠剂1份、去离子水50份。
有机硅硅油中氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的按质量配合比例为6:1;氨基硅油的氨值为0.7。
植物精油为薄荷精油;抗冷凝剂为:丙三醇;乳化剂为十二烷醇醚硫酸钠;增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
实施例5
一种衣物柔顺剂,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
酯基季铵盐29份、有机硅硅油7份、植物精油0.5份、抗冷凝剂5份、乳化剂2份、增稠剂2份、去离子水45份。
有机硅硅油中氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的按质量配合比例为9:1;氨基硅油的氨值为0.5。
植物精油为艾草精油;抗冷凝剂为:乙醇;乳化剂为十二烷醇醚硫酸钠;增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
实施例6
使用实施例5所制得的衣物柔顺剂,手洗衣物6件,使用量30g。
实施例7
使用实施例5所制得的衣物柔顺剂,机洗衣物10件,使用量45g。产品性能测试
1、抗静电性能测试
参照GB/T 16801-2013对对照组及实施例1-5制得的衣物柔顺剂进行剂抗静电性能检测。

注:空白组为去离子水,对照组为市售某品牌衣物柔顺剂
结论:表面电阻式表征纺织物静电衰减速度的物理量;与空白组相比,比表面电阻对数值的差值△lgρ可用来评价抗静电性能的优劣,△lgρ越大,抗静电性能越好,本实验测试温度为23℃,湿度为30%。由表1抗静电性能测试结果实施例1-5所制得的衣物柔顺剂的抗静电效果均优于对照组。
2、再湿润性能测试
参照QB/T 4309-2012对对照组及实施例1-5制得的衣物柔顺剂进行再湿润性能检测。

注:对照组为市售某品牌衣物柔顺剂
结论:再湿润性能以毛细效应时间作为判断依据,时间越短,再湿润性能越好。通过表2再湿润性能测试结果可以看出,实施例1-5所制得的衣物柔顺剂的再湿润性能与对照组相比都有着不同程度的提高,提升率为38-59%。
3、柔软度测试
使用对照组及实施例1-5中的柔顺剂分别处理同款棉质毛巾,选择10名专业人员进行触摸测试,1分为柔软度最差,8分为柔软度最好,根据打分结果取平均值。

结论:通过表3柔软度测试结果可知,相比对照组而言,使用实施例1-5所制得的衣物柔顺剂处理毛巾后,毛巾的保持平滑蓬松、具有不同程度的丰满手感。
4、稳定性测定
测定对照组及实施例1-5中的柔顺剂在温度降低过程中开始出现絮凝、沉淀或浑浊现象时的温度。

结论:通过表4稳定性测试结果可知,使用实施例1-5所制得的衣物柔顺剂均可在0℃以下保持稳定性,最低可以在-20℃保持流动状态不变,与对照组相比稳定性有明显的提升,给使用者带来了方便。

1.一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述衣物柔顺剂包括按照重量份计的如下组份:酯基季铵盐20-30份、有机硅硅油5-10份、乳化剂2-5份、增稠剂1-2份、去离子水40-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述有机硅硅油包括氨基硅油和聚醚硅油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的按质量配合比例为5:1-10:1。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.3-0.8。
5.根据权利要求1~4所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述衣物柔顺剂还包括植物精油0.2-1份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述植物精油为绿茶精油、柠檬精油、肉桂精油、薄荷精油、艾草精油中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1~4所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述衣物柔顺剂还包括抗冷凝剂2-10份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述抗冷凝剂为乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙三醇中的一种。
