技术领域
本发明属于柔顺剂加工技术领域,具体涉及一种新型蚕丝柔顺剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统方式加工蚕丝被的工艺简单,品种极为单一,以传统工艺加工的蚕丝被经使用后,丝纤维易缠结、粘连,随之弹性和保暖性将会随之降低,需要经常翻拆、扯松,才能保持蚕丝被原有的优良服饰性能。
为赋予蚕丝优良的膨松、柔软、高弹等性能,需对蚕丝进行精加工,使蚕丝纤维空隙膨大,制成的蚕丝棉具有膨松、高弹性、纤维间不结板的特点。通过对蚕丝进行膨化处理,可增加蚕丝纤维膨松性、高弹性、柔软性,可有效防止丝纤维间不粘丝、缠结,提高蚕丝被的实用性。
蚕丝柔顺剂的作用就好像是为蚕丝纤维的表面均匀地上一层保护膜,蚕丝纤维表面由于吸附了柔顺剂,蚕丝纤维间的摩擦系数降低了、可移动性增强了,蚕丝纤维固有的平滑、延伸、压缩性能也得到了恢复,所以蚕丝变得更加柔软、蓬松、有弹性。在目前蚕丝进行精加工过程中需要用到蚕丝柔顺剂,但是效果并不是很好,还不能满足工厂实际生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型蚕丝柔顺剂及其制备方法,以解决目前使用蚕丝柔顺剂后,蚕丝柔软、蓬松、弹性等性能差,不能满足工厂实际生产的需求等问题。本发明的新型蚕丝柔顺剂具有突出生物降解性,绿色环保;本发明制备方法简单、方便可行,新型蚕丝柔顺剂制备成本低,有力于推广应用。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种新型蚕丝柔顺剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐6-10份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3-0.5份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2-0.4份、木质素磺酸钠0.1-0.4份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.3份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2-0.4份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2-0.3份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2-0.4份、木质素磺酸钙0.2-0.3份、香茅醛0.2-0.5份、苹果酸0.3-0.5份、卡拉胶0.1-0.3份、槐豆胶0.1-0.2份、三唑酮0.1-0.3份、去离子水40-70份。

本发明还提供一种新型蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酯基季铵盐加入去离子水中,升温下搅拌溶解酯基季铵盐,得混合液A;
S2:向步骤S1制得的混合液A中分别加入淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、卡拉胶、槐豆胶、木质素磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、三唑酮,升温至65-70℃后,在微波辐射下,加热反应得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S2制得的混合液B冷却后加入香茅醛、硅烷改性聚氨酯、聚醚改性硅烷,搅拌混合均匀得混合液C;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液C中加入苹果酸,调节pH值,制得新型蚕丝柔顺剂。
优选地,步骤S1中所述升温达到的温度为50-60℃。
优选地,步骤S2中所述加热反应的时间为15-20min。
优选地,步骤S3中冷却所达到的温度为30-45℃。
优选地,步骤S4中调节pH值至5.6-5.8。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明制备方法简单,制得的新型蚕丝柔顺剂因采用酯基季铵盐表面活性剂作为活性物质,因此具有突出生物降解性,绿色环保;
(2)本发明新型蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能平均值为15.8s,与目前其它相关产品的再润湿性能(以毛细效应时间计)平均值为30-40s相比,本发明是目前现有产品效果的1.9-2.53倍,可见本发明新型蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能更好;
(3)本发明新型蚕丝柔顺剂杀菌性能优,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均达到95%以上;
(4)本发明制备方法简单、方便可行,新型蚕丝柔顺剂制备成本低,有力于推广应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种新型蚕丝柔顺剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐6份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2份、木质素磺酸钠0.1份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2份、木质素磺酸钙0.2份、香茅醛0.2份、苹果酸0.3份、卡拉胶0.1份、槐豆胶0.1份、三唑酮0.1份、去离子水40份。
所述新型蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酯基季铵盐加入去离子水中,升温至50℃下,搅拌溶解酯基季铵盐,得混合液A;

性能测试:
(1)采用本发明实施例3产品与市售普通柔顺剂对蚕丝进行清漂洗,其柔顺度和色强度检测结果如下表1所示。

(2)杀菌性能进行检测:对本发明实施例3产品的杀菌性能进行检测,其杀菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌97%,大肠杆菌96%,白色念珠菌95%。
(3)按照《衣物柔顺剂再润湿性能的测定》标准中规定的试验程序,对本发明实施例1-5中的新型蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能进行试验,结果如下表2所示。

从上表可以看出本发明新型蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能平均值为15.8s,而目前其它相关产品的再润湿性能(以毛细效应时间计)平均为30-40s,即本发明是目前现有产品效果的1.9-2.53倍,可见本发明新型蚕丝柔顺剂的再润湿性能好。
以上内容不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明,对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明由所提交的权利要求书确定的专利保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种新型蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐6-10份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3-0.5份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2-0.4份、木质素磺酸钠0.1-0.4份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.3份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2-0.4份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2-0.3份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2-0.4份、木质素磺酸钙0.2-0.3份、香茅醛0.2-0.5份、苹果酸0.3-0.5份、卡拉胶0.1-0.3份、槐豆胶0.1-0.2份、三唑酮0.1-0.3份、去离子水40-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐7-9份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3-0.4份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2-0.3份、木质素磺酸钠0.1-0.3份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.2份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2-0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2-0.3份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2-0.3份、木质素磺酸钙0.2-0.3份、香茅醛0.2-0.4份、苹果酸0.3-0.4份、卡拉胶0.1-0.2份、槐豆胶0.1-0.2份、三唑酮0.1-0.3份、去离子水50-60份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型蚕丝柔顺剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐8份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.4份、聚醚改性硅烷0.3份、木质素磺酸钠0.3份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.2份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.3份、木质素磺酸钙0.3份、香茅醛0.3份、苹果酸0.4份、卡拉胶0.2份、槐豆胶0.2份、三唑酮0.2份、去离子水55份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的新型蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酯基季铵盐加入去离子水中,升温下搅拌溶解酯基季铵盐,得混合液A;
S2:向步骤S1制得的混合液A中分别加入淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、卡拉胶、槐豆胶、木质素磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、三唑酮,升温至65-70℃后,在微波辐射下,加热反应得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S2制得的混合液B冷却后加入香茅醛、硅烷改性聚氨酯、聚醚改性硅烷,搅拌混合均匀得混合液C;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液C中加入苹果酸,调节pH值,制得新型蚕丝柔顺剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述升温达到的温度为50-60℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述加热反应的时间为15-20min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中冷却所达到的温度为30-45℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中调节pH值至5.6-5.8。
