本发明属于膨化剂加工技术领域,具体涉及一种新型蚕丝膨化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统方式加工蚕丝被的工艺简单,品种极为单一,以传统工艺加工的蚕丝被经使用后,丝纤维易缠结、粘连,随之弹性和保暖性将会随之降低,需要经常翻拆、扯松,才能保持蚕丝被原有的优良服饰性能。
为赋予蚕丝优良的膨松、柔软、高弹等性能,需对蚕丝进行精加工,使蚕丝纤维空隙膨大,制成的蚕丝棉具有膨松、高弹性、纤维间不结板的特点。通过对蚕丝使用膨化剂进行膨化处理,可增加蚕丝纤维膨松性、高弹性、柔软性,可有效防止丝纤维间不粘丝、缠结,提高蚕丝被的实用性。目前蚕丝进行精加工过程中需要用到蚕丝膨化剂,但是效果并不是很好,还不能满足工厂实际生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型蚕丝膨化剂及其制备方法,以解决目前使用蚕丝膨化剂后,蚕丝柔软、蓬松、弹性等性能差,不能满足工厂实际生产的需求等问题。使用本发明新型蚕丝膨化剂后,蚕丝具有较强的柔顺度和色强度;本发明制备方法简单、方便可行,新型蚕丝膨化剂制备成本低,有力于推广应用。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种新型蚕丝膨化剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:解舒剂525-1050份、柔顺剂48.3-84.8份,所述解舒剂包括以下原料:Na2SiO325-35份、去离子水500-1015份;所述柔顺剂包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐6-10份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3-0.5份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2-0.4份、木质素磺酸钠0.1-0.4份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.3份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2-0.4份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2-0.3份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2-0.4份、木质素磺酸钙0.2-0.3份、香茅醛0.2-0.5份、苹果酸0.3-0.5份、卡拉胶0.1-0.3份、槐豆胶0.1-0.2份、三唑酮0.1-0.3份、去离子水40-70份。

本发明还提供一种新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酯基季铵盐加入40-70份去离子水中,升温下搅拌溶解酯基季铵盐,得混合液A;
S2:向步骤S1制得的混合液A中分别加入淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、卡拉胶、槐豆胶、木质素磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、三唑酮,升温至65-70℃后,在微波辐射下,加热反应得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S2制得的混合液B冷却后加入香茅醛、硅烷改性聚氨酯、聚醚改性硅烷,搅拌混合均匀得混合液C;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液C中加入苹果酸,调节pH值,制得新型蚕丝膨化剂;
S5:将Na2SiO3加入500-1015份去离子水中,升温下搅拌溶解Na2SiO3,制得蚕丝解舒剂;
S6:将步骤S4制得的蚕丝柔顺剂和步骤S5制得的蚕丝解舒剂混合,即制得新型蚕丝膨化剂。
优选地,步骤S1中所述升温达到的温度为50-60℃。
优选地,步骤S2中所述加热反应的时间为15-20min。
优选地,步骤S3中冷却所达到的温度为30-45℃。
优选地,步骤S4中调节pH值至5.6-5.8。
优选地,步骤S5中所述升温达到的温度为70-75℃。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明制备方法简单,制得的新型蚕丝膨化剂因采用酯基季铵盐表面活性剂作为活性物质,因此具有突出生物降解性,绿色环保;
(2)使用本发明新型蚕丝膨化剂后,蚕丝具有较强的柔顺度和色强度;
(3)本发明新型蚕丝膨化剂杀菌性能优,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均达到97%以上;
(4)本发明制备方法简单、方便可行,新型蚕丝膨化剂制备成本低,有力于推广应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种新型蚕丝膨化剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:解舒剂525份、柔顺剂48.3份,所述解舒剂包括以下原料:Na2SiO325份、去离子水500份;所述柔顺剂包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐6份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2份、木质素磺酸钠0.1份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2份、木质素磺酸钙0.2份、香茅醛0.2份、苹果酸0.3份、卡拉胶0.1份、槐豆胶0.1份、三唑酮0.1份、去离子水40份。

S3:将步骤S2制得的混合液B冷却至35℃后加入香茅醛、硅烷改性聚氨酯、聚醚改性硅烷,搅拌混合均匀得混合液C;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液C中加入苹果酸,调节pH值至5.7,制得蚕丝柔顺剂;
S5:将Na2SiO3加入750份去离子水中,升温至72℃下,搅拌溶解Na2SiO3,制得蚕丝解舒剂;
S6:将步骤S4制得的蚕丝柔顺剂和步骤S5制得的蚕丝解舒剂混合,即制得新型蚕丝膨化剂。
实施例4
一种新型蚕丝膨化剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:解舒剂628份、柔顺剂59.3份,所述解舒剂包括以下原料:Na2SiO328份、去离子水600份;所述柔顺剂包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐7份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2份、木质素磺酸钠0.1份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2份、木质素磺酸钙0.2份、香茅醛0.2份、苹果酸0.3份、卡拉胶0.1份、槐豆胶0.1份、三唑酮0.1份、去离子水50份。
所述新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酯基季铵盐加入50份去离子水中,升温至55℃下,搅拌溶解酯基季铵盐,得混合液A;
S2:向步骤S1制得的混合液A中分别加入淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、卡拉胶、槐豆胶、木质素磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、三唑酮,升温至68℃后,在微波功率为300W辐射下,加热反应18min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S2制得的混合液B冷却至38℃后加入香茅醛、硅烷改性聚氨酯、聚醚改性硅烷,搅拌混合均匀得混合液C;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液C中加入苹果酸,调节pH值至5.6,制得蚕丝柔顺剂;
S5:将Na2SiO3加入600份去离子水中,升温至75℃下,搅拌溶解Na2SiO3,制得蚕丝解舒剂;
S6:将步骤S4制得的蚕丝柔顺剂和步骤S5制得的蚕丝解舒剂混合,即制得新型蚕丝膨化剂。
实施例5
一种新型蚕丝膨化剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:解舒剂932份、柔顺剂72.9份,所述解舒剂包括以下原料:Na2SiO332份、去离子水900份;所述柔顺剂包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐9份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.4份、聚醚改性硅烷0.3份、木质素磺酸钠0.3份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.2份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.3份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.3份、木质素磺酸钙0.3份、香茅醛0.4份、苹果酸0.4份、卡拉胶0.2份、槐豆胶0.2份、三唑酮0.3份、去离子水60份。
所述新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酯基季铵盐加入60份去离子水中,升温至50℃下,搅拌溶解酯基季铵盐,得混合液A;
S2:向步骤S1制得的混合液A中分别加入淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、卡拉胶、槐豆胶、木质素磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、三唑酮,升温至70℃后,在微波功率为300W辐射下,加热反应15min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S2制得的混合液B冷却至42℃后加入香茅醛、硅烷改性聚氨酯、聚醚改性硅烷,搅拌混合均匀得混合液C;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液C中加入苹果酸,调节pH值至5.8,制得蚕丝柔顺剂;
S5:将Na2SiO3加入900份去离子水中,升温至70℃下,搅拌溶解Na2SiO3,制得蚕丝解舒剂;
S6:将步骤S4制得的蚕丝柔顺剂和步骤S5制得的蚕丝解舒剂混合,即制得新型蚕丝膨化剂。
性能测试:
(1)采用本发明实施例1、3、5产品与市售普通膨化剂对精化后的蚕丝进行膨化处理,其柔顺度和色强度检测结果如下表所示。
由上表可知,使用本发明蚕丝膨化剂后,蚕丝具有较强的柔顺度和色强度。
(2)杀菌性能进行检测:对本发明实施例1产品的杀菌性能进行检测,其杀菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌98%,大肠杆菌98%,白色念珠菌97%;对本发明实施例3产品的杀菌性能进行检测,其杀菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌99%,大肠杆菌98%,白色念珠菌97%;对本发明实施例5产品的杀菌性能进行检测,其杀菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌99%,大肠杆菌99%,白色念珠菌97%。

Claims (9)
1.一种新型蚕丝膨化剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:解舒剂525-1050份、柔顺剂48.3-84.8份,所述解舒剂包括以下原料:Na2SiO325-35份、去离子水500-1015份;所述柔顺剂包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐6-10份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3-0.5份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2-0.4份、木质素磺酸钠0.1-0.4份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.3份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2-0.4份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2-0.3份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2-0.4份、木质素磺酸钙0.2-0.3份、香茅醛0.2-0.5份、苹果酸0.3-0.5份、卡拉胶0.1-0.3份、槐豆胶0.1-0.2份、三唑酮0.1-0.3份、去离子水40-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型蚕丝膨化剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:解舒剂628-932份、柔顺剂59.3-72.9份,所述解舒剂包括以下原料:Na2SiO328-32份、去离子水600-900份;所述柔顺剂包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐7-9份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.3-0.4份、聚醚改性硅烷0.2-0.3份、木质素磺酸钠0.1-0.3份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.2份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.2-0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2-0.3份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.2-0.3份、木质素磺酸钙0.2-0.3份、香茅醛0.2-0.4份、苹果酸0.3-0.4份、卡拉胶0.1-0.2份、槐豆胶0.1-0.2份、三唑酮0.1-0.3份、去离子水50-60份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型蚕丝膨化剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:解舒剂780份、柔顺剂66.6份,所述解舒剂包括以下原料:Na2SiO330份、去离子水750份;所述柔顺剂包括以下原料:酯基季铵盐8份、硅烷改性聚氨酯0.4份、聚醚改性硅烷0.3份、木质素磺酸钠0.3份、烷基苯磺酸钠0.2份、淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2份、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠0.3份、木质素磺酸钙0.3份、香茅醛0.3份、苹果酸0.4份、卡拉胶0.2份、槐豆胶0.2份、三唑酮0.2份、去离子水55份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将酯基季铵盐加入40-70份去离子水中,升温下搅拌溶解酯基季铵盐,得混合液A;
S2:向步骤S1制得的混合液A中分别加入淀粉接枝丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、卡拉胶、槐豆胶、木质素磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、三唑酮,升温至65-70℃后,在微波辐射下,加热反应得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S2制得的混合液B冷却后加入香茅醛、硅烷改性聚氨酯、聚醚改性硅烷,搅拌混合均匀得混合液C;
S4:向步骤S3制得的混合液C中加入苹果酸,调节pH值,制得新型蚕丝膨化剂;
S5:将Na2SiO3加入500-1015份去离子水中,升温下搅拌溶解Na2SiO3,制得蚕丝解舒剂;
S6:将步骤S4制得的蚕丝柔顺剂和步骤S5制得的蚕丝解舒剂混合,即制得新型蚕丝膨化剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述升温达到的温度为50-60℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述加热反应的时间为15-20min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中冷却所达到的温度为30-45℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中调节pH值至5.6-5.8。
9.根据权利要求4所述的新型蚕丝膨化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中所述升温达到的温度为70-75℃。
