本发明公开了一种果树芽体抽枝增速剂配方,配方如下:1)6-BA浓度为200~300mg/kg(PH=5.5~6),KT-30浓度为15~25mg/kg,GA4+7浓度为500~800mg/kg(PH=3~4)。2)各成分的比例为:6-BA+KT-30+GA4+7水溶液73%~85%,无水羊毛脂6~10%,丙二醇4%~5.5%,角鲨烷4%~5.5%,硬脂酸1%~3%,凡士林1%~3%,三乙醇胺0.5%~1%,聚乙烯醇0.2%~0.5%,乙醇0.1%~0.3%;本发明提供的果树芽体抽枝增速剂配方,工艺简单易行,成本低;适于果园大面积应用,促进果树当年生、一年生与两年生芽体萌发抽枝的效果稳定,从萌芽前到整个生长季均能促进芽体萌发抽枝,结合使用时期定位定量发枝,增加幼树早期枝量。

一种果树芽体抽枝增速剂配方
技术领域
本发明属于果树养殖领域,具体涉及一种果树芽体抽枝增速剂配方。
背景技术
前人研究多采用6-BA促进幼树发枝,处理时期主要集中于萌芽前,同时也研发出了一些产品,如国内研制的发枝素软膏和抽枝宝(主要成分为6-BA),国外的Promalin(普洛马林,有效成分为6-BA和GA4+7,二者各占1.8%)等;这些药剂对促进幼树发枝都有一定的效果,但效果还不理想,尤其是发枝素和抽枝宝均为膏剂,用竹签或细枝条蘸取涂抹,难以涂抹均匀,由于膏剂粘稠度大,即使用毛刷也很难蘸取涂匀,往往需要用手涂抹,与刻芽相比并不省工;作为人工合成的细胞分裂素,KT-30的活性大约是6-BA的10-100倍,目前尚没有利用KT-30促进幼树发枝的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以提高果树芽枝快速抽枝,成本低,制造工艺简单的果树芽体抽枝增速剂。
本发明技术方案一种果树芽体抽枝增速剂配方为:6-BA浓度为230~280mg/kg,KT-30浓度为18~26mg/kg,GA4+7浓度为600~700mg/kg。各成分的比例为:6-BA+KT-30+GA4+7水溶液73%~85%,无水羊毛脂6~10%,丙二醇4%~5.5%,角鲨烷4%~5.5%,硬脂酸1%~3%,凡士林1%~3%,三乙醇胺0.5%~1%,聚乙烯醇0.2%~0.5%,乙醇0.1%~0.3%。
本发明技术有益效果:
本发明技术方案的一种果树芽体抽枝增速剂配方可以提供的果树芽体抽枝增速剂配方,成本低,配制工艺简单易行;适于果园大面积应用,促进果树当年生、一年生与两年生芽体萌发抽枝的效果稳定,从萌芽前到整个生长季均能促进芽体萌发抽枝,结合使用时期定位定量发枝,增加幼树早期枝量。
具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员理解本发明技术方案,现结合实施例对本发明技术方案做进一步的说明。
实施例
1.6-BA、KT-30与GA4+7母液的配制
6-BA中加入0.1当量的盐酸,加蒸馏水,60~80℃电磁搅拌器搅拌0.5小时,使其全部溶解,加蒸馏水定容;KT-30与GA4+7中分别加入无水乙醇,使其全部溶解,加蒸馏水定容。
2.乳剂的配制
a.量取母液,取6-BA母液,加水使其浓度为200~300mg/kg,用0.1当量的盐酸调PH值5~6。取KT-30母液,加水使其浓度为15~25mg/kg。取GA4+7母液,加水使其浓度为500~800mg/kg,用0.1当量的盐酸调PH值3~4;
b.加热溶解,将无水羊毛脂、角鲨烷、丙二醇、硬脂酸、凡士林与三乙醇胺混合后加热到80~90℃,使其完全融化,同时将聚乙烯醇加入蒸馏水中加热到80~90℃,使其融化,并维持20~30分钟;
c.混合乳化,将步骤b中融化的羊毛脂等混合物与加热的聚乙烯醇水溶液倒入叶桨式搅拌器中搅拌,搅拌前加入0.2~0.5%Tween-20,然后逐渐加入步骤a中的6-BA+KT-30+GA4+7溶液进行搅拌,搅拌器转速为50~100转/分,待全部溶液加入后,继续搅拌20~30分钟,搅拌温度不低于60℃,配制成无水析出的乳剂;
d.搅拌冷却,用夹套温水回流冷却,冷却速度要缓慢;
e.停止搅拌后,静止冷却到30~40℃后进行装瓶。
本发明技术方案在上面结合实施例对发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性改进,或未经改进将发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种果树芽体抽枝增速剂,配方如下:
1)6-BA浓度为230~280mg/kg(PH=5.5~6),KT-30浓度为18~26mg/kg,GA4+7浓度为600~700mg/kg(PH=3~4);
2)各成分的比例为:6-BA+KT-30+GA4+7水溶液73%~85%,无水羊毛脂6~10%,丙二醇4%~5.5%,角鲨烷4%~5.5%,硬脂酸1%~3%,凡士林1%~3%,三乙醇胺0.5%~1%,聚乙烯醇0.2%~0.5%,乙醇0.1%~0.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述果树芽体抽枝增速剂,其特征在于:6-BA浓度为230~280mg/kg(PH=5.5~6),KT-30浓度为18~26mg/kg,GA4+7浓度为600~700mg/kg(PH=3~4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:各成分的比例为:6-BA+KT-30+GA4+7水溶液73%~85%,无水羊毛脂6~10%,丙二醇4%~5.5%,角鲨烷4%~5.5%,硬脂酸1%~3%,凡士林1%~3%,三乙醇胺0.5%~1%,聚乙烯醇0.2%~0.5%,乙醇0.1%~0.3%。
