Abstract

本发明公开了一种柔顺片及其制备方法,载体无纺布(0.1g‑2.5g)为人造纤维布或合成纤维布或人造纤维布和合成纤维布二者复合而成,柔顺剂(0.5g‑2.0g)为阳离子表面活性剂,柔顺助剂(0.005g‑0.125g),香精香料(0.003g‑0.05g)。本发明中的柔顺片放入烘干机后,以保持烘干后的织物具有柔顺、蓬松、持久留香、无静电、易熨烫、不变形、去异味等功效。

一种柔顺片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤行业技术领域,尤其涉及一种柔顺片及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着洗涤次数的增加,衣物会变得僵硬、失去弹性。因为洗涤时衣料原有的柔顺剂被逐渐洗掉(衣料在出厂前一般经过柔顺处理),同时洗涤过程中由于机械力的作用,织物的纤维会相互缠结,导致失去弹性甚至断裂,织物还会因互相粘连起皱。此外,纤维之间相互缠结增大了摩擦系数,使织物产生静电,对人体的生活与健康的确有很多负面影响,如使皮肤不适,穿、脱衣服时还会产生“火花”和噼噼啪啪的声音,干手接触金属时会被放电击痛。
当前,市场上衣物柔顺剂基本为液体,在洗涤最后一次漂洗过程中添加,以起到柔顺、抗静电、留香等作用。但随着国内烘干机的普及,在烘干过程中,烘干机的机械作用会使织物再次聚集静电,因此从烘干机中取出衣物的时候经常会看到静电火花。因此,人们期望开发出一种使用方便,能在烘干过程中使用,具有多功能的柔顺片,但迄今为止尚未见到公开报道。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的缺点和不足,提供一种柔顺片及其制备方法,以保持烘干后织物具有柔顺、蓬松、持久留香、无静电、易熨烫、不变形、去异味等功效。
为实现本发明目的而提供的一种柔顺片及其制备方法,由载体无纺布、柔顺剂、柔顺助剂以及香精香料组成,所述载体无纺布由人造纤维布或合成纤维布或人造纤维布和合成纤维布二者复合而成。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述柔顺剂、柔顺助剂以及香精香料与载体无纺布之间的配重比分别为:0.5~0.8:0.005~0.05:0.003~0.02:1。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述柔顺剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述柔顺剂为二烷基酯甲基硫酸铵、甲基双-2-羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵、咪唑啉季铵盐、双烷基二甲基季铵盐、酰胺季铵盐中任一种或者任几种的组合。优选的柔顺剂与载体无纺布的质量配比为:0.3~0.6。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述人造纤维布为粘胶纤维中的普通粘胶纤维、强力粘胶纤维、改性粘胶纤维中的任一种。粘胶纤维从天然木纤维中提取并重塑纤维分子而得到,具有一定的抗静电、吸湿性,有利于吸色剂的固着,且源于天然而优于天然,广泛被作为无纺布的原材料。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述柔顺助剂为氨基硅油、环氧和聚醚硅油、羟基硅油中任一种或者任几种的组合。具有与阳离子表面活性剂协同作用,增加柔顺、易于熨烫的效果。优选的柔顺助剂与载体无纺布的质量配比为:0.02~0.04。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述香精香料为微胶囊香精和普通日化香精以任意比例混合的复配物。本发明所选的香精香料作用是在衣物柔顺的同时,起到使衣物清新、去除异味、留香持久的功能。优选的香精香料与载体无纺布的质量配比为:0.005~0.01。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,包括有如下步骤:
(1)将粘胶纤维混合均匀,在柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的混合溶液中充分浸泡,得到附着有柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的粘胶纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粘胶纤维梳理均匀,将梳理后的粘胶纤维铺网成网状结构的松散面料;
(3)对网状结构的松散面料进行牵伸成型,得到人造纤维面料,对牵伸后的人造纤维面料与合成纤维面料进行复合得到载体无纺布;
(4)对复合得到的载体无纺布进行脱水处理,对脱水后的载体无纺布进行烘干处理,烘干后将载体无纺布打卷;
(5)将香精香料丝网印刷在经过步骤(4)处理后的载体无纺布的任意一侧,烘干,打卷,得到具有阳离子表面活性剂的载体无纺布,即柔顺片。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明采用季铵酯盐、咪唑啉类复配物作为柔顺成分,提高了柔顺效果以及洗后织物的再润湿性能;
(2)通过添加硅油助剂,使得使用后织物顺滑度增加,并且易于熨烫;
(3)采用微胶囊香精技术与日化香精复配,不仅提高了织物在烘干阶段的留香性,而且随着微胶囊香精在织物上的残留,随着穿着过程的摩擦,释放香精,保持织物的清香;
(4)采用的柔顺剂为易于生物降解的阳离子表面活性剂,对环境和人类无害,安全环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1
各组成与载体无纺布的配重比依次为:柔顺剂(甲基双-2-羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵)0.5:柔顺助剂0.005(氨基硅油):香精香料(10%微胶囊香精与90%普通日化香精混合的复配物)0.003
所述的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将粘胶纤维送入开松箱中混合均匀,在柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的混合溶液中充分浸泡,得到附着有柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的粘胶纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粘胶纤维送入梳理机梳理均匀,将梳理后的粘胶纤维送入铺网机,铺网成网状结构的松散面料;
(3)对网状结构的松散面料进行牵伸成型,得到人造纤维面料,对牵伸后的人造纤维面料与合成纤维面料进行复合得到载体无纺布;
(4)对复合得到的载体无纺布用轧辊进行脱水处理,对脱水后的载体无纺布进行烘干处理,烘干后将载体无纺布打卷;
(5)将香精香料通过传统的丝网印刷的方法施加在经过步骤(4)处理后的载体无纺布的任意一侧,烘干,打卷,得到具有阳离子表面活性剂的载体无纺布,即柔顺片。
实施例2
各组成与载体无纺布的配重比依次为:柔顺剂(阳离子表面活性剂二烷基酯甲基硫酸铵)0.8:柔顺助剂(聚醚硅油)0.05:香精香料(40%微胶囊香精与60%普通日化香精混合的复配物)0.02。
所述的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将粘胶纤维送入开松箱中混合均匀,在柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的混合溶液中充分浸泡,得到附着有柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的粘胶纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粘胶纤维送入梳理机梳理均匀,将梳理后的粘胶纤维送入铺网机,铺网成网状结构的松散面料;
(3)对网状结构的松散面料进行牵伸成型,得到人造纤维面料,对牵伸后的人造纤维面料与合成纤维面料进行复合得到载体无纺布;
(4)对复合得到的载体无纺布用轧辊进行脱水处理,对脱水后的载体无纺布进行烘干处理,烘干后将载体无纺布打卷;
(5)将香精香料通过传统的丝网印刷的方法施加在经过步骤(4)处理后的载体无纺布的任意一侧,烘干,打卷,得到具有阳离子表面活性剂的载体无纺布,即柔顺片。

所述的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将粘胶纤维送入开松箱中混合均匀,在柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的混合溶液中充分浸泡,得到附着有柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的粘胶纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粘胶纤维送入梳理机梳理均匀,将梳理后的粘胶纤维送入铺网机,铺网成网状结构的松散面料;
(3)对网状结构的松散面料进行牵伸成型,得到人造纤维面料,对牵伸后的人造纤维面料与合成纤维面料进行复合得到载体无纺布;
(4)对复合得到的载体无纺布用轧辊进行脱水处理,对脱水后的载体无纺布进行烘干处理,烘干后将载体无纺布打卷;
(5)将香精香料通过传统的丝网印刷的方法施加在经过步骤(4)处理后的载体无纺布的任意一侧,烘干,打卷,得到具有阳离子表面活性剂的载体无纺布,即柔顺片。
测试方法:
从柔软性、滑糯感两方面进行手感评级,“+”越多表示织物手感越好、滑糯感好;测试前后洗涤衣物的抗静电能力;通过不同人的嗅觉测试洗涤后衣物的留香性能,测试结果如下表所示:

1.一种柔顺片,其特征在于:由载体无纺布、柔顺剂、柔顺助剂以及香精香料组成,所述载体无纺布由人造纤维布或合成纤维布或人造纤维布和合成纤维布二者复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔顺片,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂、柔顺助剂以及香精香料与载体无纺布之间的配重比分别为:0.5~0.8:0.005~0.05:0.003~0.02:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔顺片,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种柔顺片,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂为二烷基酯甲基硫酸铵、甲基双-2-羟乙基硫酸甲酯铵、咪唑啉季铵盐、双烷基二甲基季铵盐、酰胺季铵盐中任一种或者任几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔顺片,其特征在于:所述人造纤维布为粘胶纤维中的普通粘胶纤维、强力粘胶纤维、改性粘胶纤维中的任一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔顺片,其特征在于:所述柔顺助剂为氨基硅油、环氧和聚醚硅油、羟基硅油中任一种或者任几种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔顺片,其特征在于:所述香精香料为微胶囊香精和普通日化香精以任意比例混合的复配物。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔顺片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括有如下步骤:
(1)将粘胶纤维混合均匀,在柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的混合溶液中充分浸泡,得到附着有柔顺剂溶液及柔顺助剂的粘胶纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的粘胶纤维梳理均匀,将梳理后的粘胶纤维铺网成网状结构的松散面料;
(3)对网状结构的松散面料进行牵伸成型,得到人造纤维面料,对牵伸后的人造纤维面料与合成纤维面料进行复合得到载体无纺布;
(4)对复合得到的载体无纺布进行脱水处理,对脱水后的载体无纺布进行烘干处理,烘干后将载体无纺布打卷;
(5)将香精香料丝网印刷在经过步骤(4)处理后的载体无纺布的任意一侧,烘干,打卷,得到具有阳离子表面活性剂的载体无纺布,即柔顺片。
