其中,纤维片采用纤维素纤维和粘胶纤维混纺而成,并通过水刺非织造布工艺方式进行成型和加固。复合酶为淀粉酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶及蛋白酶的混合物。复合酶中淀粉酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶及蛋白酶的质量比为3: 4: 2:3。
实施例3
一种高效复合洗衣片,由吸色片、纤维片和洗衣片组成,吸色片和洗衣片分别设置在纤维片的两侧,吸色片包括以下质量份数的组分:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵20份、氟碳表面活性剂20份、胶黏剂0.8份、椰子油0.7份;洗衣片包括以下质量份数的组分:茶皂素12份、EDTA二钠4份、脂肪醇二乙酸酰胺6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、羟甲基壳聚糖6份、烷基醇酰胺3份、油酸甘油酯4份、复合酶5份、咪唑啉季铵盐3份、聚乙二醇2份、滑石1份、焦磷酸钠0.8份、植物香精0.7份、丁基羟基茴香醚或特丁基对苯二酚0.5份、去离子水15份。
其中,纤维片采用纤维素纤维和粘胶纤维混纺而成,并通过水刺非织造布工艺方式进行成型和加固。复合酶为淀粉酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶及蛋白酶的混合物。复合酶中淀粉酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶及蛋白酶的质量比为2.5:3:1.5:4。

Claims (9)

1.一种高效复合洗衣片,其特征在于,由吸色片、纤维片和洗衣片组成,所述吸色片和洗衣片分别设置在所述纤维片的两侧,所述吸色片包括以下质量份数的组分:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵10~30份、氟碳表面活性剂10~30份、胶黏剂0.5~1份、椰子油0.5~1份;所述洗衣片包括以下质量份数的组分:茶皂素8~15份、EDTA二钠2~5份、脂肪醇二乙酸酰胺3~10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、羟甲基壳聚糖3~8份、烷基醇酰胺2~5份、油酸甘油酯2~5份、复合酶3~6份、柔顺剂2~5份、成膜剂1~3份、成型助剂0.5~2份、螯合剂0.5~1份、植物香精0.5~1份、抗氧化剂0.2~0.8份、去离子水10~20份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述纤维片采用纤维素纤维和粘胶纤维混纺而成,并通过水刺非织造布工艺方式进行成型和加固。
3.如权利要求1所述的高效复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述复合酶为淀粉酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶及蛋白酶的混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述复合酶中淀粉酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶及蛋白酶的质量比为2~3:2~4:1~2:3~5。
5.如权利要求1所述的高效复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的高效复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为焦磷酸钠。
7.如权利要求1所述的高效复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成型助剂为膨润土、滑石、云母、高岭土中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的高效复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂为氨基硅油、酰胺季铵盐、咪唑啉季铵盐、双烷基二甲基季铵盐中的一种或几种。
9.如权利要求1所述的高效复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚或特丁基对苯二酚。
