本发明公开了一种厨房用湿巾及厨房用湿巾浸液的制备方法。一种厨房用湿巾,由湿巾载体和厨房用湿巾浸液组成,按重量百分比计,所述厨房用湿巾浸液由以下组分组成:去离子水87.7-99.5%;EDTA-2Na?0.01-1.5%;烷基糖苷APG?0.05-2%;阴离子表活剂0.1-3%;香精0.01-2%;柠檬酸钠0.02-2%;防腐剂0.1-2%;氢化蓖麻油0.01-1%;所述厨房用湿巾浸液pH为5-8。本发明厨房用湿巾采用珍珠纹无纺布为基质,湿巾浸液各组分间协同增效,使本发明湿巾具有清洁能力强、有效去除油污和异味、无刺激性、低泡沫的优异性能,在快速清洁厨房用具表面油污的同时不留有擦拭痕迹。

技术领域
本发明涉及湿巾及其制备方法,特别涉及一种厨房用湿巾及厨房用湿巾浸液的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的湿巾主要针对人体各部位的清洁功能,对于物体上的清洁较少,特别是厨房用具在使用中产生的油污,例如灶具、油烟机、灶台等,用普通的湿巾难以清理干净。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的厨房用具使用过程中产生的油污难以清理的问题,提供一种厨房用湿巾。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种厨房用湿巾,由湿巾载体和厨房用湿巾湿巾浸液组成,按重量百分比计,所述厨房用湿巾湿巾浸液由以下组分组成:
所述厨房用湿巾浸液pH为5-8。
本发明所述APG是指烷基糖苷;本发明所述EDTA-2Na为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
上述厨房用湿巾浸液优选由以下组分组成:
所述厨房用湿巾浸液pH为5-8。
作为优选地,上述阴离子表活剂优选十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基磺酸盐或α-磺基单羧酸及其衍生物,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为最佳。
作为优选地,上述香精优选柠檬香精。
作为优选地,上述防腐剂优选苯氧乙醇、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠或/和甲基异噻唑啉酮。
作为优选地,上述湿巾载体优选珍珠纹无纺布。
本发明的目的还在于提供上述厨房用湿巾浸液的制备方法。
厨房用湿巾浸液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配液罐中加入去离子水;
(2)用电子称称取剩余原料,并把EDTA-2Na、烷基糖苷APG、阴离子表活剂、防腐剂添加到配液罐中,搅拌10-40分钟;
(3)混合香精与氢化蓖麻油,恒温30±5度加热搅拌10分钟后,加入到配液罐中;
(4)将柠檬酸钠加入到配液罐中搅拌10分钟,制备得到的厨房用湿巾浸液湿巾浸液pH为5-8。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明厨房用湿巾采用珍珠纹无纺布为基质,湿巾浸液各组分间协同增效,使本发明湿巾具有清洁能力强、有效去除油污和异味、无刺激性、低泡沫的优异性能,在快速清洁厨房用具表面油污的同时不留有擦拭痕迹。本发明厨房用湿巾浸液的制备方法可操作性强,制备得到的湿巾浸液低泡、无刺激性,去除油污力强。

下面结合试验例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1一种厨房用湿巾及厨房用湿巾浸液的制备方法
一种厨房用湿巾,由湿巾载体和厨房用湿巾浸液组成,所述湿巾载体为珍珠纹无纺布;按重量百分比计,所述厨房用湿巾浸液由以下组分组成:
所述厨房用湿巾浸液pH为5.8-6.3。
本例厨房用湿巾浸液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配液罐中加入去离子水;
(2)用电子称称取剩余原料,并把EDTA-2Na、烷基糖苷APG、阴离子表活剂、防腐剂添加到配液罐中,搅拌20分钟;
(3)混合香精与氢化蓖麻油,恒温30±5度加热搅拌10分钟后,加入到配液罐中;
(4)将柠檬酸钠加入到配液罐中搅拌10分钟。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨房用湿巾,其特征在于,所述阴离子表活剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基磺酸盐或α-磺基单羧酸及其衍生物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨房用湿巾,其特征在于,所述香精为柠檬香精。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨房用湿巾,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠或/和甲基异噻唑啉酮。
6.根据权利要求3所述的厨房用湿巾,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠或/和甲基异噻唑啉酮。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨房用湿巾,其特征在于,所述湿巾载体为珍珠纹无纺布。
8.权利要求1-7任意一项所述的厨房用湿巾浸液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配液罐中加入去离子水;
(2)用电子称称取剩余原料,并把EDTA-2Na、烷基糖苷APG、阴离子表活剂、防腐剂添加到配液罐中,搅拌10-40分钟;
(3)混合香精与氢化蓖麻油,恒温30±5度加热搅拌10分钟后,加入到配液罐中;
(4)将柠檬酸钠加入到配液罐中搅拌10分钟,制备得到的湿巾浸液pH为5-8。
