Abstract

本发明提供一种中性重垢清洁剂,含有以下质量百分数的组分:中性阴离子表面活性剂10‑15%,辛二醇0.3‑0.8%,助剂0.1‑0.5%,溶剂8‑12%,羧甲基纤维素0.5‑1%,柠檬酸钠0.1‑0.5%,活性磨粒0.1‑1%,去离子水余量。该中性重垢清洁剂是以阴离子表面活性剂与辛二醇协同增效,产生强有力剥离乳化作用,配合去污溶剂的吸附溶解作用来实现去污效果,具有中性不伤手、无腐蚀性、清洁能力强的特点。

一种中性重垢清洁剂
技术领域
本发明属于家用清洁领域,尤其涉及一种中性重垢清洁剂。
背景技术
近年来,非离子表面活性剂发展极为迅速,但其生产因为受到原料环氧乙烷的制约,价格远高于其它类型的表面活性剂。因此,实际应用中多与离子型表面活性剂复配,以降低生产成本。
现有家用清洁剂产品一般为酸性或碱性,长期使用过程中,其较强的酸碱性不但会损伤皮肤,腐蚀家具、厨卫及卫浴设备,且使用时需耗用大量洁净水冲洗,不仅麻烦且增加生活成本。
目前,人们发明了以天然表面活性剂烷基糖苷、甜菜碱类、烃基醇醚酸盐等作为主要活性成分的绿色洗涤清洁用品,但能真正投入使用,且保证稳定的去污效果的却少之又少,且价格昂贵难以令人满意。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种价格相对低廉,清洁效果优秀且无毒无害的中性重垢清洁剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种中性重垢清洁剂,含有以下质量百分数的组分:中性阴离子表面活性剂10-15%,辛二醇0.3-0.8%,助剂0.1-0.5%,溶剂8-12%,羧甲基纤维素0.5-1%,柠檬酸钠0.1-0.5%,活性磨粒0.1-1%,去离子水余量。
优选的,所述中性阴离子表面活性剂是异丙氨基苯磺酸盐、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐中的一种或几种的组合物,所述中性阴离子表面活性剂指在pH 6-8的体系中仍发挥效果的阴离子表面活性剂。
优选的,所述助剂是戊二醇、己二醇中的一种或二种的组合物。
优选的,所述溶剂是丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、异己二醇、罗迪亚IRIS、罗迪亚RPDE、罗迪亚FSIG中的一种或几种的组合物。
优选的,所述活性磨粒是粒度为50-100μm的水合硅石、硅藻士、滑石粉中的一种或几种的组合物。
本发明还包括一种中性重垢清洁剂的制备方法,其实施步骤如下:(1)向夹套搅拌罐中加入配方量去离子水50%,进行搅拌并加热,搅拌机转速为150-600r/min,搅拌温度控制在45-55℃,在搅拌下加入羧甲基纤维素;(2)羧甲基纤维素在溶解澄清后,继续向夹套搅拌罐中加入中性阴离子表面活性剂、辛二醇、助剂、活性磨粒、剩余去离子水,并搅拌10-15分钟;(3)最后加入溶剂、柠檬酸钠,pH控制在6-8,搅拌20-30min,至充分混合均匀;(4)夹套搅拌罐停止加热,将罐内已经完全混合均匀的混合液通过150目的过滤网进行过滤,经陈化48h后制得产品。
本发明还包括一种中性重垢清洁剂的使用方法,将其直接喷涂于污垢表面,用抹布轻轻擦拭后,用水直接冲洗,除垢效果显著。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的中性重垢清洁剂将阴离子表面活性剂与辛二醇配比使用,其HLB值在7-11,在协同作用下,使得体系对油污、汤渍的渗透和剥离作用大大增强,同时,配合去污溶剂对污垢的强烈的吸附性和溶解性,达到了涂抹后轻轻擦拭即可快速去污的效果。本发明的中性重垢清洁剂可用作厨房用湿巾的浸液,其腐蚀性小,去污力强。

上述实施例1-6均按以下步骤进行制备:
(1)向夹套搅拌罐中加入配方量去离子水50%,进行搅拌并加热,搅拌机转速为150-600r/min,搅拌温度控制在45-55℃,在搅拌下加入羧甲基纤维素;
(2)羧甲基纤维素在溶解澄清后,继续向夹套搅拌罐中加入中性阴离子表面活性剂、辛二醇、助剂、活性磨粒、剩余去离子水,并搅拌10-15分钟;
(3)最后加入溶剂、柠檬酸钠,pH控制在6-8,搅拌20-30min,至充分混合均匀;
(4)夹套搅拌罐停止加热,将罐内已经完全混合均匀的混合液通过150目的过滤网进行过滤,经陈化48h后制得产品。
对比实施例
本实施例中的中性重垢清洁剂,其包含以下质量百分数的组分:

制备方法:(1)向夹套搅拌罐中加入配方量去离子水50%,进行搅拌并加热,搅拌机转速为150-600r/min,搅拌温度控制在45-55℃,在搅拌下加入羧甲基纤维素;
(2)羧甲基纤维素在溶解澄清后,继续向夹套搅拌罐中加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、己二醇、水合硅石、剩余去离子水,并搅拌10-15分钟;
(3)最后加入二丙二醇甲醚、柠檬酸钠,pH控制在6-8,搅拌20-30min,至充分混合均匀;
(4)夹套搅拌罐停止加热,将罐内已经完全混合均匀的混合液通过150目的过滤网进行过滤,经陈化48h后制得产品。
上述实施例1-6中所用重量单位为克,也可以为千克。实施例中所述的各个原料均为工业级,涉及的各原料、设备均为市场出售的常规产品。
以下为本发明涉及的清洁剂的性能测试说明:
1)本发明的中性重垢清洁剂原料符合《GB/T 26396-2011洗涤用品安全技术规范》中C类产品的要求,其总活性物含量、pH值、腐蚀量均达到《QB/T 4348-2012厨房油垢清洗剂》的要求标准。
2)去污力测试
按照《QB/T 4348-2012厨房油垢清洗剂》中的方法制作厨房油垢及污片,进而将上述实施例1-6、对比实施例进行定量去污测试。
去污力以洗去油污的质量分数(f%)表示,按下式计算
f(%)=(m1-m2)/(m1-m0)
式中:
m0——试片质量,g;
m1——试片涂覆油污后质量,g;
m2——涂污试片清洗后质量,g

由表1看出,本发明实施例1-6去污力均达到《QB/T 4348-2012厨房油垢清洗剂》大于80%的标准要求。

Claims (3)

1.一种中性重垢清洁剂,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分数的组分:
中性阴离子表面活性剂 10-15%
辛二醇 0.3-0.8%
助剂 0.1-0.5%
溶剂 8-12%
羧甲基纤维素 0.5-1%
柠檬酸钠 0.1-0.5%
活性磨粒 0.1-1%
去离子水 余量;
所述中性阴离子表面活性剂是烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐中的一种或两种的组合物;
所述助剂是戊二醇、己二醇中的一种或二种的组合物;
所述溶剂是丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、异己二醇、罗迪亚 IRIS、罗迪亚 RPDE、罗迪亚FSIG中的一种或几种的组合物;
所述活性磨粒是粒度为50-100μm的水合硅石、硅藻士、滑石粉中的一种或几种的组合物;
所述中性重垢清洁剂的制备方法为:(1)向夹套搅拌罐中加入配方量去离子水50%,进行搅拌并加热,搅拌机转速为150-600r/min,搅拌温度控制在45-55℃,在搅拌下加入羧甲基纤维素;(2)羧甲基纤维素在溶解澄清后,继续向夹套搅拌罐中加入中性阴离子表面活性剂、辛二醇、助剂、活性磨粒、剩余去离子水,并搅拌10-15分钟;(3)最后加入溶剂、柠檬酸钠,pH控制在6-8,搅拌20-30min,至充分混合均匀;(4)夹套搅拌罐停止加热,将罐内已经完全混合均匀的混合液通过150目的过滤网进行过滤,经陈化48h后制得产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性重垢清洁剂的使用方法,将其直接喷涂于污垢表面,用抹布轻轻擦拭后,用水直接冲洗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性重垢清洁剂在厨房用湿巾中的应用。
