进一步而言,所述螯合剂为a-葡庚糖酸钠,螯合剂的优选含量是0.1-0.8%。
进一步而言,所述异构八碳聚氧乙烯丙烯醚可以是TERGITOL CA90、TERGITOLCA60、TERGITOL CA30中任一种或者两种的混合物,优选含量是0.1-0.7%;
进一步而言,所述烷基糖苷为发凯APG0814或结构与之相似的烷基糖苷组合物,优选含量0.1-0.7%;
进一步而言,所述阳离子表面活性剂复配物为:赢创CQ100S,优选含量为1.0-2.5%。
进一步而言,所述高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂为科莱恩Aristocare Samrt、赢创REWOCARE755、阿克苏Berol LS中任一种,优选含量0.1-0.8%
进一步而言,所述保湿剂为1.3-丁二醇和D-泛醇中任一种或者两种的混合物,优选含量0.1-0.5%;
进一步而言,所述天然低泡抑泡剂为氧环式山梨糖一辛酸酯,商品名为:禾大NatraSense TMLF8,优选含量是0.02-0.5%。
进一步而言,所述环保低气味溶剂为2-甲基-2.4戊二醇、二丙二醇丁醚中任一种或者两种的混合物,优选含量是2-9%。
进一步而言,所述杀菌防腐剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚氨丙基双胍盐、聚六亚甲基双胍盐、醋酸氯已定、葡萄糖酸氯已定、苯氧乙醇、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯中一种或者一种以上的混合物,优选添加量为0.1-0.8%。
进一步而言,所述其他组分为稳定剂、香精,优选添加量为0.02-0.1%。
另外,本发明还公开了一种上述除油环保厨房湿巾浸液组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在室温中,将重量比75-90%的水加入搅拌缸中,开动搅拌;往混料搅拌缸中加入重量比0.01-1%的螯合剂搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
2)往步骤1)中缓慢加入重量比0-1%的异构八碳聚氧乙烯丙烯醚搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0-1%的烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0.5-3%的阳离子表面活性剂复配物,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
3)往步骤2)中缓慢加入重量比0.01-0.1%的高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0-1%的保湿剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0.01-0.1%的天然低泡抑泡剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
4)往步骤3)中缓慢加入重量比1-12%的环保低气味溶剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0-1%的杀菌防腐剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0-1%的其它组分,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;静置2小时后可以注液包装。
借由上述技术方案,本发明具有如下优点和有益技术效果:
1)本发明选用高效除油的阳离子表面活性剂、适量少的非离子表面活性剂及低气味环保溶剂组合;高效除油阳离子表面活性剂除油效果是普通阴、非离子表面活性剂的2-3倍,可有效减少表面活性剂用量;本发明使得该厨房湿巾浸液在保持较强的去污力同时极大减少残留和黏腻感,且降低刺激性气味,减少泡沫量。
2)本发明的环保厨房湿巾浸液体系中添加了高效螯合剂:a-葡庚糖酸钠,其螯合能力是普通螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸-2钠的5-10倍,其辅助去油效率大大高于其他螯合剂,因此可以极大减少螯合剂的用量,从而减少固体残留量,降低厨房湿巾使用黏腻感。
3)本发明的环保厨房湿巾浸液体系中添加了易溶解高效抑泡剂:氧环式山梨糖一辛酸酯;其抑泡效果优于普通消泡剂,在极少添加量的下亦有极佳的抑泡效果,在0.02-0.05%的添加量下可使配方体系泡沫减少70-90%。
4)本发明采用高分子聚合物成膜技术,在厨房湿巾浸液体系中添高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂。高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂在清洁后的抽油烟机、灶台等表面形成一层保护膜,让表面变得光滑,使油污、水滴不容易沾附,因此,油污可以非常容易被清洗掉。水滴快速从光滑的表面滑落,从而减少水垢、油垢痕迹的产生,并可显著减少清洗所带来的痕迹,又可达到快干效果。高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂形成的保护膜还可以防止污垢沾附,易于保持物体表面清洁度,且在二次清洁时更省时省力。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体较佳实施例结合效果试验例,对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不仅限于以下的实施例。
本发明公开了一种除油环保厨房湿巾浸液组合物及其制备方法。该除油环保厨房湿巾浸液组合物包含:
螯合剂0.01-1%(优选范围0.1-0.8%);异构八碳聚氧乙烯丙烯醚0-1%(优选范围0.1-0.7%);烷基糖苷0-1%(优选范围0.1-0.7%);阳离子表面活性剂复配物0.5-3%(优选范围1.0-2.5%);高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂0.05-1%(优选范围0.1-0.8%);保湿剂0-1%(优选范围0.1-0.5%);天然低泡抑泡剂0.01-0.1%(优选范围0.02-0.08%);环保低气味溶剂1-12%(优选范围2-9%);杀菌防腐剂0-1%(优选范围0.1-0.8%);其他组分0-0.2%(优选范围0.02-0.1%);余量水。
本发明的除油环保厨房湿巾浸液,选用了具有高效除油效果的阳离子表面活性剂和低气味环保溶剂为去污主要成分,并添加少量非离子表面活性剂、高效螯合剂和天然高效抑泡剂,用尽可能少量高效的功能成分提高除油环保厨房湿巾浸液的去污力,从而有效减少厨房湿巾浸液的残留量和黏腻感,且基本无刺激性气味和泡沫。同时在配方中添加了高效保湿护肤成分,有效降低了湿巾对手部的刺激性。
普通含硅消泡剂在高表面活性剂含量(6%)下可以溶解,而在表面活性剂含量低时很难完全溶解,在温度变化时,易出现浑浊现象。因此,在低表面活性剂含量配方体系中限制了消泡剂的使用。本发明添加的高效抑泡剂属于易溶表面活性剂,其和低气味环保溶剂复配可使厨房湿巾在使用时达到极少甚至无泡状态。
因此,本发明添加的高效抑泡剂可解决普通含硅消泡剂不能在低表面活性剂含量的厨房湿巾浸液中使用的技术难题。
最后在配方体系中添加了高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂,其在清洁后的抽油烟机、灶台等表面形成一层保护膜,让表面变得光滑,使油污、水滴不容易沾附,因此,油污可以非常容易被清洗掉。水滴快速从光滑的表面滑落,从而减少水垢、油垢痕迹的产生,并可显著减少清洗所带来的痕迹,又可达到快干效果。高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂形成的保护膜还可以防止污垢沾附,易于保持物体表面清洁度,且在二次清洁时更省时省力。
实施例1-4
一种除油环保厨房湿巾浸液组合物,按重量百分比计,包含如下表1所示的原料组分:

按上述表1所示的实施例1-4的配方上所列的投料顺序进行投料,具体包括以下步骤:
1)在室温中,将重量比80-95%的水加入搅拌缸中,开动搅拌;往混料搅拌缸中加入重量比0.01-1%的螯合剂搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
2)往步骤1)中缓慢加入重量比0-1%的异构八碳聚氧乙烯丙烯醚搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0-1%的烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
3)往步骤2)中缓慢加入重量比0.5-3%的阳离子表面活性剂复配物,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0.05-1%的高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
4)往步骤3)中缓慢加入重量比0-1%的保湿剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0.01-0.1%的天然低泡抑泡剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
5)往步骤4)中缓慢加入重量比1-10%的环保低气味溶剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入重量比0-1%的杀菌防腐剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
6)往步骤5)中缓慢加入重量比0-1%的其它组分,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;静置2小时后可以注液包装。
以下为效果试验例的内容。
效果试验例1(性能参数指标)
本发明实施例的除油环保厨房湿巾浸液组合物的主要参数性能的检测方法及指标,见下表2所示。

效果试验例2(对比例组成)
表3对比例1-3的厨房湿巾浸液组成
对比例1-3的厨房湿巾浸液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
在洁净的配料容器按配方顺序加入各组分,每加入一种组分必须搅拌均匀至完全溶解方可加入下一种组分,最后搅拌悦20分钟得到厨房湿巾浸液组合物。
效果试验例3(厨房湿巾浸液去污力测试)
对比例4为按GB/T27728-2011中厨具用湿巾去污力测试方法配制的标准厨具用湿巾溶液,下同。
如表4的测试结果表明,本发明中实施例所得厨房湿巾浸液的去污力远高于国家标准,且优于其它对比例的厨房湿巾浸液的去污力。

效果试验例4(厨房湿巾浸液泡沫量测试)
测试方法:
依据GB/T 13173-208《表面活性剂洗涤剂试验方法》中泡沫测试方法测试本发明实施例1-4制备的厨房湿巾浸液和对比例1-3制备的厨房湿巾浸液的泡沫量。测试数据如表5。

由表5可知,本发明实施例1-4制备的厨房湿巾浸液泡沫量大大低于对比例洁厕剂泡沫量。由于本发明实施例的厨房湿巾浸液添加的溶剂较对比例多,且添加了高效抑泡剂,其整体低泡效果比添加消泡剂更佳。厨房湿巾浸液泡沫量越少,其湿巾使用滑感、残留感更小。
效果试验例5(厨房湿巾浸液固含量测试)
测试方法:
称取样品约2克于30ml烧杯中,置于105℃烘箱3小时,取出测量样品的剩余质量百分数。

由表6可知,本发明实施例1-4制备的厨房湿巾浸液固含量均明显少于对比例,厨房湿巾浸液的固含量越大,直接导致厨房湿巾的残留量越大,黏腻感越强,因此本发明实施例的厨房湿巾浸液的残留量和黏腻感均少于对比例和普通市售产品。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,故凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物,其特征在于:其包含以下重量百分比的各原料组分:
螯合剂0.01-1%,所述螯合剂为a-葡庚糖酸钠;
异构八碳聚氧乙烯丙烯醚0.1-0.7%;
烷基糖苷0.1-0.7%;
阳离子表面活性剂复配物0.5-3%,所述阳离子表面活性剂复配物为:赢创CQ100S;
高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂0.05-1%,所述高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂为科莱恩Aristocare Samrt、赢创REWOCARE 755、阿克苏Berol LS中任一种;
保湿剂0-1%;
天然低泡抑泡剂0.01-0.1%;
环保低气味溶剂1-12%;
杀菌防腐剂0-1%;
其他组分0-0.2%;
余量水。
2.如权利要求1所述的除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为a-葡庚糖酸钠的含量是0.1-0.8%。
3.如权利要求1所述的除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物,其特征在于:所述异构八碳聚氧乙烯丙烯醚选自TERGITOL CA90、TERGITOL CA60、TERGITOL CA30中任一种或者两种的混合物;
所述烷基糖苷为发凯APG0814;
所述阳离子表面活性剂复配物的含量为1.0-2.5%。
4.如权利要求1所述的除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物,其特征在于:所述高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂含量为0.1-0.8%。
5.如权利要求1所述的除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为1.3-丁二醇和D-泛醇中任一种或者两种的混合物,含量0.1-0.5%;
所述天然低泡抑泡剂为氧环式山梨糖一辛酸酯,商品名为:禾大NatraSense TMLF8;含量是0.02-0.08%。
6.如权利要求1所述的除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物,其特征在于:所述环保低气味溶剂为2-甲基-2.4戊二醇、二丙二醇丁醚中任一种或者两种的混合物,含量是2-9%。
7.如权利要求1所述的除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌防腐剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚氨丙基双胍盐、聚六亚甲基双胍盐、醋酸氯已定、葡萄糖酸氯已定、苯氧乙醇、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯中一种或者一种以上的混合物,添加量为0.1-0.8%。
8.如权利要求1所述的除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物,其特征在于:所述其他组分为稳定剂、香精,添加量为0.1-0.8%。
9.权利要求1-8中任一项所述的除油厨房湿巾浸液组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在室温中,将水加入搅拌缸中,开动搅拌;往混料搅拌缸中加入螯合剂搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
2)往步骤1)中缓慢加入异构八碳聚氧乙烯丙烯醚搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入阳离子表面活性剂复配物,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
3)往步骤2)中缓慢加入高分子聚合物成膜光亮剂搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入保湿剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入天然低泡抑泡剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;
4)往步骤3)中缓慢加入环保低气味溶剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入杀菌防腐剂,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;再缓慢加入其它组分,搅拌均匀至完全溶解;静置2小时后可以注液包装。
