4.如权利要求1所述的一种超强除油去污厨房专用湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾乳液包括以下质量份数的各组分:去离子水60份;天然椰油精华12份;苯氧乙醇8份;香精5份;阳离子表面活性剂1.0份;非离子表面活性剂4份;硬表面成膜剂8份;柠檬酸钠5份;乙醇25份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种超强除油去污厨房专用湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾乳液包括以下质量份数的各组分:去离子水65份;天然椰油精华15份;苯氧乙醇9份;香精4份;阳离子表面活性剂0.8份;非离子表面活性剂5份;硬表面成膜剂10份;柠檬酸钠8份;乙醇30份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种超强除油去污厨房专用湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾乳液包括以下质量份数的各组分:去离子水50份;天然椰油精华10份;苯氧乙醇9份;香精3份;阳离子表面活性剂0.5份;非离子表面活性剂2份;硬表面成膜剂5份;柠檬酸钠3份;乙醇22份。
7.一种超强除油去污厨房专用湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取如下质量份数的各组分:去离子水50~65份;天然椰油精华5~20份;苯氧乙醇6~9份;香精3~5份;阳离子表面活性剂0.5~1.0份;非离子表面活性剂2~5份;硬表面成膜剂3~10份;柠檬酸钠2~8份;乙醇22~30份;
步骤二:将步骤一称取的各组分依次混合搅拌均匀,搅拌温度50~60℃,搅拌时间30~50分钟,静置保温10分钟,重复上述操作三次,得到湿巾乳液;
步骤三:采用聚丙烯纤网和木浆纤维进行热轧复合制成聚丙烯木浆纸复合无纺布,即乳液载体;
步骤四:在30~40℃温度下,将乳液载体浸没在步骤二制备的湿巾乳液中,静置3~4小时,降温到20~25℃,降温时间10~20分钟,取出乳液载体抽样送检,检验合格后装袋密封,完成成品制备。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种超强除油去污厨房专用湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的乙醇为浓度70~75%的乙醇水溶液。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种超强除油去污厨房专用湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的聚丙烯木浆纸复合无纺布采用上层聚丙烯纤网层,中间木浆纤维层,下层聚丙烯纤网层进行热轧复合制成。
