Abstract
本发明公开了一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,属于日用化工用品技术领域,所述的弱酸性瓷面清洁剂由下列质量百分比原料组成:表面活性剂3.0%‑5.0%;络合分散剂0.5%‑2%;增稠剂2.0%‑4.0%;溶剂助剂2.0%‑4.0%;助剂0.2%‑0.8%;颗粒摩擦剂3.0%‑6.0%;除菌光亮剂0.1%‑0.5%;成膜剂2.0%‑3.0%;香精0.2%;色素0.005%;pH值调节剂0.5%‑1.5%;其余为去离子水。解决了现有清洁剂的清理效果差以及损坏瓷面的技术问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化工用品技术领域,具体涉及一种弱酸性瓷面清洗剂。
背景技术
瓷面清洗剂是现代家庭卫生间必备的清洁用品,瓷面清洗剂的特点是专门为卫生间内的顽固污垢而特别设计,能够迅速有效地分解卫生间内墙壁的磁瓦、洗手盆和厕盆表面的顽固污垢,无需费力擦洗,光亮且不损伤陶瓷的表面,对金属基本无任何腐蚀性。
现市面上所销售的清洗剂中:PH值呈中性和碱性的瓷面清洗剂清洗效果差强人意,尤其是对固体状污垢,如尿碱,灰尘等去除效果不好,不能清除铁锈。
清洗效果好清洗剂的都是PH值较低,酸性较强的产品,主要是利用酸和固体污垢、铁锈等产生化学反应,形成可溶性盐,从而达到去除固体污垢和铁锈的目的,而使用时不可避免地会对人体产生较大的刺激性,还具有味道不好闻等缺点,尤其是对陶瓷的釉面伤害性较大,易形成陶瓷表面脱釉,使得陶瓷表面凹凸不平、失去光亮,更容易藏污纳垢。同时对金属也有较强的腐蚀性。
申请人专业研究清洗剂多年,经过多次试验研究,终于研究出一款清洗剂,清洗剂的PH值5-6,属于弱酸性清洗剂,可以满足于家庭卫生间的日常清洗,还不会污染环境,不会产生不好闻的气味,最主要还不会损伤釉面和金属。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新思路,克服现有技术中所存在的缺陷,开发一种弱酸性瓷面清洗剂,PH值5-6,可以给使用者提供一种安全有效的使用体验。
在本发明的弱酸性瓷面清洗剂体系中,强调有效的激发各组分的协调增效作用,高效率的去除各种污垢,不污染环境,对人体无刺激,不伤瓷面,清洗后瓷面保持洁净如新,同时对金属基本无腐蚀性。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种弱酸性瓷面清洗剂,包括下述重量份数的物料组成:
其中,表面活性剂3.0%-5.0%;络合分散剂0.5%-2%;增稠剂2.0%-4.0%;溶剂助剂2.0%-4.0%;助剂0.2%-0.8%;颗粒摩擦剂3.0%-6.0%;除菌光亮剂0.1%-0.5%;成膜剂2.0%-3.0%;香精0.2%;色素0.005%;pH值调节剂0.5%-1.5%;其余为去离子水。
所述的表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的混合物。所述的阳离子表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基双羟乙基甲基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或一种以上;所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇(400)双油酸酯中的一种;所述的阳离子表面活性剂与非离表面活性剂的比值为1:2。
所述的络合分散剂为聚羧酸盐、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾、乙酸钠、甲酸钠中的一种或一种以上。
所述的增稠剂为卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠、黄原胶、改性淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种,当增稠剂为卡波姆时效果。
所述的溶剂助剂为己二醇。
所诉的颗粒摩擦剂为坚果核桃壳、松仁壳、杏仁核壳等植物坚果外壳的废弃物,经粉碎、过滤后的再利用。颗粒度:80-250目,当为150-200目时效果较佳。
所述的助剂为改性聚丙烯酸盐,聚乙二醇(2000-6000)、羧甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或一种以上。
所述的除菌光亮剂为过氧化氢。
所述的成膜剂为季铵盐阳离子型有机硅表面活性剂。
所述的pH调节剂为乙醇酸水溶液。
本发明的工作机理:乙醇酸是一种具有腐蚀性低,不易燃,无臭,毒性低,生物分解性强,水溶性高,是几乎不挥发的有机合成物,通常用于工业清洗,不同于无机酸和柠檬酸、甲酸、乙酸、乳酸等有机酸,是很少可以用于精密仪器和高清镜片清洗的酸。本发明中使用乙醇酸溶液在配方中形成一个PH值5-6的弱酸性体系,以小分子乙醇酸的强渗透性,结合并加强了非离子表面活性剂的渗透、润湿、延展、乳化、分散性,并结合有机溶剂己二醇的辅助促进可以迅速突破污垢表面的气溶胶膜,渗入污垢内部,再结合非离子、阳离子表面活性剂二元复配体系协调增效的强乳化性,去除油性污垢。同时在弱酸性体系中,激发并增强了阳离子表面活性剂的强剥离性和分散性;增强了络合分散剂的络合分散作用、增强了双氧水的氧化分解色素和除菌的功能。在弱酸性体系中还可以提高和增强己二醇的除锈功能。颗粒摩擦剂的加入可增强摩擦力并吸附、分解油污,尤其是对边角缝隙中的顽固污渍去除有奇效。本发明具有一定的粘度可以使得有效成分清洗作用的时间更持久。综上所述,本发明可以做到各组分有机结合、协调增效、快速有效地剥离去除各种油污、尿碱、灰垢等污垢和铁锈,达到清洁恢复瓷器表面光亮如新的目的。成膜剂季铵盐性有机硅表面活性剂的加入可以有效的提高整体体系的渗透、润湿速率,稳定粘度、提高流平性。清洗后还可以在瓷面留下一层保护膜,起到防尘,防油污,防霉抗菌的作用。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的弱酸性瓷面清洗剂,在乙醇酸水溶液形成的弱酸性,PH值5-6,使得表面活性剂和络合分散剂的润湿、延展、乳化、分散性得以超极致发挥,各组分协调增效作用明显,快速将污垢去除。
2、在弱酸性体系中有机溶剂己二醇的加入,可以促进提高表面活性剂的渗透、润湿性,同时也提高己二醇去除铁锈的能力,并对瓷面没有腐蚀性。
3、本发明的弱酸性瓷面清洗剂以卡波姆作为增稠剂并添加高分子聚合物,形成均一透明粘稠流体,粘度值大于500cP(25℃),保证了产品体系的均匀稳定性。使用时又保持了产品的挂壁性和均展性,同时使得清洗剂的有效成分均匀的分散在瓷器表面,保证了产品能够充分地清洁污垢。
4、植物性颗粒摩擦剂的加入既可以增强摩擦力,有效地去边角缝隙里的顽固污渍,又可以免于划伤瓷面,而且上述原料的成本较低,使用效果较佳。
5、以过氧化氢作为除菌光亮成分并辅助以阳离子表面活性剂,有效灭除水体中的有害微生物,保证了水体的安全,并去除细菌和各种污垢杂色,保持瓷面的光亮。
6、成膜剂季铵盐阳离子有机硅表面活性剂可以在清洗后,在瓷面留下一层保护膜,起到防尘,防油污,防霉抗菌的作用。
7、pH调节剂为乙醇酸水溶液腐蚀性低,不易燃,无臭,毒性低,生物分解性强,危害性小,安全可靠,易操作。
具体实施方式
为了充分说明本发明的特性以及实施本发明的方式,下面给出实施例。
实施例1
一种弱酸性瓷面清洗剂,由以下质量份数的物料组成,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5%,十二烷基双羟乙基甲基氯化铵0.5%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚2.0%;丙烯酸-磺酸盐共聚物0.5%;己二醇2.0%;卡波姆2.0%;改性聚丙烯酸盐0.2%;颗粒摩擦剂6.0%;过氧化氢0.3%;季铵盐阳离子有机硅表面活性剂2.0%;香精0.2%;色素0.005%;pH值调节剂1.0%,其余为去离子水。
实施例2
一种弱酸性瓷面清洗剂,由以下质量份数的物料组成,十二烷基双羟乙基甲基氯化铵1.0%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.0%;柠檬酸钠1.5%;卡波姆2.0%;己二醇3.5%;聚乙二醇20000.8%;颗粒摩擦剂4.0%;过氧化氢0.3%;季铵盐阳离子有机硅表面活性剂2.5%;香精0.2%;色素0.005%;pH值调节剂1.4%;其余为去离子水。
实施例3
一种弱酸性瓷面清洗剂,由以下质量份数的物料组成,双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵1.5%;脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚3.0%;柠檬酸钾1.5%;卡波姆2.0%;己二醇2.0%;聚乙二醇40000.6%;颗粒摩擦剂3.0%;过氧化氢0.4%;季铵盐阳离子有机硅表面活性剂3.0%;香精0.2%;色素0.005%;pH值调节剂1.0%;其余为去离子水。
实施例4
一种弱酸性瓷面清洗剂,由以下质量份数的物料组成,双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵1.0%;聚乙二醇(400)双油酸酯2.0%;乙酸钠1.0%;卡波姆2.0%;己二醇2.5%;聚乙二醇6000 0.5%;颗粒摩擦剂5.0%;过氧化氢0.4%;季铵盐阳离子有机硅表面活性剂2.5%;香精0.2%;色素0.005%;pH值调节剂1.0%;其余为去离子水。
实施例5
一种弱酸性瓷面清洗剂,由以下质量份数的物料组成,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1.5%;脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚3.0%;甲酸钠2.0%;卡波姆2.0%;己二醇4.0%;羟丙基甲基纤维素0.3%;颗粒摩擦剂4.5%;过氧化氢0.5%;季铵盐阳离子有机硅表面活性剂3.0%;香精0.2%;色素0.005%;pH值调节剂1.5%;其余为去离子水。
粘度测试
测试方法:配置实施例1-实施例5的样品及市面随机购买两款样品,参照GB/T9724化学试剂pH值测试通则测试实施例及对比样样品的pH值,参照GB/T10247粘度测量方法测试实施例中样品及对比例样品的粘度。实验结果如表1所示。

从测试结果可以看出,本发明的弱酸性的瓷面清洁剂具有较适合的粘度,具有更好的挂壁效果,从而清洁时作用时间更持久。
金属腐蚀性测试
参照GB/T3810.13陶瓷砖试验方法中8.1测定实施例样品对瓷砖的腐蚀性,参照QB/T2117通用水基金属净洗剂中测试实施例样品对金属的腐蚀性,测试结果如表3所示。

从表3的数据可以看出,本发明的弱酸性的瓷面清洁剂对瓷砖和金属均无腐蚀性。
去垢力测试方法
参照HG/T5533水垢酸性清洗剂中3.4、3.5测试实施例和对比例样品对碳酸盐型水垢的溶垢率和溶垢量进行测试,测试结果如表4所示。
从测试结果可以看出,与市面上酸性和中性瓷面清洗剂相比,本发明的弱酸性的瓷面清洁剂具有较高的溶垢率及溶垢量,在弱酸性PH值5-6的条件中具有良好的去垢效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份数的物料组成:
其余为去离子水,PH值5-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的阳离子表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基双羟乙基甲基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或一种以上;所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇(400)双油酸酯中的一种;所述的阳离子表面活性剂与非离表面活性剂的质量比为1:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的络合分散剂为改性聚羧酸盐、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾、乙酸钠、甲酸钠中的一种或一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠、黄原胶、改性淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的溶剂助剂为有机溶剂己二醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的助剂为高分子聚合物,聚乙二醇(2000-6000)、羧甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或一种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的助剂为改性聚丙烯酸盐,葡萄糖酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或一种以上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的颗粒摩擦剂为坚果核桃壳、松仁壳、杏仁核壳等植物坚果外壳的废弃物,经粉碎、过滤后的再利用,颗粒细度:80-250目。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱酸性瓷面清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的除菌光亮剂为过氧化氢,所述的成膜剂为季铵盐型有机硅表面活性剂,所述的pH调节剂为乙醇酸水溶液。
