厨房抑菌油污清洗剂,按质量百分比包括以下组分:烷基糖苷1%~4%、Gemini复合表面活性剂1%~5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO‑71%~4%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐1%~4%、艾草提取物1%~4%、柑橘提取物0.5%~4%、生物酶1%~4%、起泡剂1%~5%、稳泡剂1%~4%、渗透剂0.5%~4%、防腐剂0.05%~1.5%、缓蚀剂0.3%~3%、PH调节剂0.2%~3%、纯水余量。本发明采用的是新型的一类表面活性剂、传统性能较为优异的表面活性剂、植物提取物、生物酶进行复配,不仅乳化、润湿、渗透都有不错的效果、还能达到市面上清洗剂的效果,同时,本厨房抑菌除油清洗剂的PH值接近中性、对人体皮肤作用温和、抑菌效果显著、无刺激性气味、不加溶剂。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗剂制备领域,具体的说是指厨房抑菌油污清洗剂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
油污形成的过程是,在烹饪过程中,产生大量的油烟。这些高温下的油烟遇冷液化后附着在油烟机、灶台、墙壁和一些厨房器具上。长期高温下,这些油污老化、碳化、变性成为一种粘稠的高分子化合物。这类物质粘黏力强并吸附空气中的灰尘和烹饪过程中散落的食物残渍,从而质地变硬。最终这种油污在硬表面形成致密的保护膜,难以清干净。
目前,市面上售卖较好的清洗剂是上海庄臣公司的威猛先生厨房重油污清洗剂和蓝月亮有限公司的油污克星油烟机清洗剂。对比的这两款清洗剂存在碱性强、PH值为13左右、低气味的溶剂、刺激性大、价格较高等缺陷。碱虽然可以与油脂发生化学反应生成酯,提高清洗效果,但是强碱性会对使用者的皮肤上的油脂保护膜造成破坏,从而损伤皮肤。强碱性的清洗剂在使用后的废液排入环境,会破坏水体。对于溶剂的使用,虽然油脂会被溶解在溶剂中,提高清洗能力,但是溶剂毒性较强,气味刺鼻危害使用者的身体。废液排进环境后会毒害水体中的生物,破坏水质,污染环境。当前,市面上绝大部分的清洗剂为强碱性、气味刺鼻、刺激性大的清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明提供的是厨房抑菌油污清洗剂及其制备工艺,其主要目的在于克服现有油污清洗剂碱性强、气味刺鼻、刺激性大等问题。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
厨房抑菌油污清洗剂,按质量百分比包括以下组分:烷基糖苷1%~4%、Gemini复合表面活性剂1%~5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-71%~4%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐1%~4%、艾草提取物1%~4%、柑橘提取物0.5%~4%、生物酶1%~4%、起泡剂1%~5%、稳泡剂1%~4%、渗透剂0.5%~4%、防腐剂0.05%~1.5%、缓蚀剂0.3%~3%、PH调节剂0.2%~3%、纯水余量。

所述厨房抑菌油污清洗剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐粉末、余量纯水加入搅拌釜,然后将搅拌釜打开加热、搅拌,并升温至40℃~45℃保温匀速搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)向搅拌釜加入烷基糖苷、Gemini表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、起泡剂、稳泡剂、缓蚀剂,降低转速匀速搅拌直至完全溶解;
(3)向搅拌釜加入艾草提取物、柑橘提取物、生物酶、杀菌剂、防腐剂,关闭加热,继续搅拌至室温后罐装封口。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1.本发明采用的是新型的一类表面活性剂、传统性能较为优异的表面活性剂、植物提取物、生物酶进行复配,与传统的表面活性剂、碱性助剂、溶剂制作的清洗剂相比,不仅乳化、润湿、渗透都有不错的效果、还能达到市面上清洗剂的效果。本厨房抑菌除油清洗剂的PH值接近中性、对人体皮肤作用温和、抑菌效果显著、无刺激性气味、不加溶剂,原料是公认的环保、易生物降解的原料同时具有不错的清除异味的效果,清洗效果优于威猛先生重油污清洗剂,与蓝月亮油污净清洗效果相当。
2.渗透剂是小分子能够渗透到污垢下面,从而进一步增加清洗剂与污垢的接触面,减小润湿角,乳化的同时减小油污与物体表面的表面张力,使油污从表面流下来。在实际使用过程中,对于悬空的物体表面,停留时间较短,较大程度的影响清洗效果,常用的做法就是将清洗剂做成泡沫型的,可以较大的提高清洗能力,加入起泡剂可以做到这一点,并且起泡剂也具有不错的去污力。起泡剂的添加虽然增加了停留时间,但是泡沫快速破灭,会大大减少停留时间,需要加入稳泡剂从而保证相对较长的停留时间、并且稳泡剂也具有一定的去污力。艾草提取物、柑橘提取物和生物酶不仅可以提高清洗效果,减少表面活性剂的用量,同时具有非常好的抑菌效果和不错的清除异味的作用,并且对环境没有污染。

由以上的分析可知,根据表一、表二、表三的实验数据可得到Gemini复合表面活性剂、烷基糖苷APG1214和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐四种复配清洗效果较优异,在此基础上进行助剂的添加进一步提高清洗效果。
参照图1,厨房抑菌油污清洗剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐粉末、余量纯水加入搅拌釜,然后将搅拌釜打开加热、搅拌,并升温至40℃~45℃保温匀速搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)向搅拌釜加入烷基糖苷、Gemini表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、起泡剂、稳泡剂、缓蚀剂,降低转速匀速搅拌直至完全溶解;
(3)向搅拌釜加入艾草提取物、柑橘提取物、生物酶、杀菌剂、防腐剂,关闭加热,继续搅拌至室温后罐装封口。

9.如权利要求1所述的厨房抑菌油污清洗剂,其特征在于:按质量百分比包括以下组分:烷基糖苷3%、Gemini复合表面活性剂3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 2%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐2%、艾草提取物1.5%、柑橘提取物1.5%、生物酶0.8%、起泡剂2%、稳泡剂1.5%、渗透剂2%、防腐剂0.08%、缓蚀剂0.5%~0.8%、PH调节剂1.2%、纯水余量。
10.厨房抑菌油污清洗剂的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐粉末、余量纯水加入搅拌釜,然后将搅拌釜打开加热、搅拌,并升温至40℃~45℃保温匀速搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)向搅拌釜加入烷基糖苷、Gemini表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、起泡剂、稳泡剂、缓蚀剂,降低转速匀速搅拌直至完全溶解;
(3)向搅拌釜加入艾草提取物、柑橘提取物、生物酶、杀菌剂、防腐剂,关闭加热,继续搅拌至室温后罐装封口。
