Abstract
本发明属于湿巾领域并公开了一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾及其制备方法,包括湿巾本体和湿巾浸液,所述的湿巾本体由纯棉无纺布所制成,所述的湿巾浸液包括如下重量份的组份:0.01%‑2.0%的EDTA二钠、0.05%‑4.2%的阴离子表面活性剂、0.01%‑3.0%的香精、0.05%‑5.0%的柠檬酸钠、0.01%‑3.0%的防腐剂、1.0%‑2.0%的抑泡剂、0.01%‑1.8%的硅油、0.01%‑3.8%的酸碱调节剂和余量的纯水。本发明适用于油腻环境中使用的湿巾采用纯棉无纺布作为载体并与湿巾浸液的各组分间协同增效,使本发明湿巾具有清洁能力强、去油污能力强和降低异味能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及湿巾技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
湿巾大致可以分为两类:一类是本身已经被消毒,但不能消毒其他物品,里面含有护肤的成分,只能做皮肤湿润保养的。另一类是不仅本身被消毒,而且对别的物品也可起到消毒作用的消毒湿巾,可以用做皮肤擦伤、划伤等的消毒或杀菌。可见,外出最好选择具有杀菌功能的消毒湿巾。
目前市场上的湿巾主要针对人体各部位的清洁功能,对于物体上的清洁较少,尤其是油腻环境中、特别是厨房用具在使用中产生的油污,例如灶具、油烟机、灶台等,用普通的湿巾难以清理干净。鉴于此,如何提供一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾及其制备方法是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中用普通的湿巾难以油腻污渍、不适宜在油腻环境中使用的难题,而提供一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
设计一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,包括湿巾本体和湿巾浸液,所述的湿巾本体由纯棉无纺布所制成,所述的湿巾浸液包括如下重量份的组份:0.01%-2.0%的EDTA二钠、0.05%-4.2%的阴离子表面活性剂、0.01%-3.0%的香精、0.05%-5.0%的柠檬酸钠、0.01%-3.0%的防腐剂、1.0%-2.0%的抑泡剂、0.01%-1.8%的硅油、0.01%-3.8%的酸碱调节剂和余量的纯水。
优选的,所述的湿巾浸液的pH值范围为4.0-7.0。
优选的,所述的阴离子表面活性剂包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱。
优选的,所述的直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱的摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1。
优选的,所述的香精为天然香草香精。
优选的,所述的防腐剂包括二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠。
优选的,所述的二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠的摩尔比为3:2:2:1。
优选的,所述湿巾浸液一种优选重量份的组份为:1.0%的EDTA二钠、2.2%的阴离子表面活性剂、1.5%的香精、2.5%的柠檬酸钠、1.5%的防腐剂、1.5%的抑泡剂、0.9%的硅油、1.9%的酸碱调节剂和余量的纯水。
优选的,所述的湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为2-5:1。
设计一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按照直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1的比例配制重量份数为0.05%-4.2%的阴离子表面活性剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再按照二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠摩尔比为3:2:2:1的比例配制重量份数为0.01%-3.0%的防腐剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤三:取重量份数为0.01%-2.0%的EDTA二钠、步骤一配制的阴离子表面活性剂、0.01%-3.0%的香精、0.05%-5.0%的柠檬酸钠、步骤一配制的防腐剂、1.0%-2.0%的抑泡剂、0.01%-1.8%的硅油和余量的纯水进行充分混合,直至充分分散,得到中间物;
步骤四:向步骤三配制的中间物中加入0.01%-3.8%的酸碱调节剂,调节其pH值在4.0-7.0之间,便得到所述的湿巾浸液;
步骤五:首先将无纺布进行灭菌、平整处理,然后按照湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为2-5:1的比例将无纺布在无菌、室温条件下浸没在步骤四制备的湿巾浸液中;静置5-30h后,取出无纺布按照实际使用尺寸进行裁剪、杀菌、密封装袋,便得到适用于油腻环境的湿巾。
本发明提出的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾及其制备方法,有益效果在于:
(1)本发明适用于油腻环境中使用的湿巾采用纯棉无纺布作为载体并与湿巾浸液的各组分间协同增效,使本发明湿巾具有清洁能力强、去油污能力强和降低异味能力强;本发明的阴离子表面活性剂有效提高产品的去油污能力,抑泡剂有效降低去污过程中泡沫产出量;香精和柠檬酸钠能有效降低油污的异味;同时,添加的防腐剂有效增强了产品的使用寿命;添加的硅油有助于在清洁物体表面形成一层保护膜,隔离油污和被保护物体,使被保护物体难以被油污污染;最后本发明使用酸碱调节剂将湿巾浸液调节至最佳的pH环境,有利于发挥其他成分的最佳功效;
(2)本发明产品刺激性低、泡沫少,在快速清洁油污环境的同时不留有擦拭痕迹。本发明制备方法可操作性强,制备得到的湿巾浸液低泡、无刺激性,去除油污力强。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
本发明的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,包括湿巾本体和湿巾浸液,所述的湿巾本体由纯棉无纺布所制成,所述的湿巾浸液包括如下重量份的组份:0.01%的EDTA二钠、0.05%的阴离子表面活性剂、0.01%的香精、0.05%的柠檬酸钠、0.01%的防腐剂、1.0%的抑泡剂、0.01%的硅油、0.01%的酸碱调节剂和余量的纯水;所述的湿巾浸液的pH值为4.0;所述的阴离子表面活性剂包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱,所述的直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱的摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1;所述的香精为天然香草香精;所述的防腐剂包括二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠,所述的二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠的摩尔比为3:2:2:1;所述的湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为2:1。
本发明的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按照直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1的比例配制重量份数为0.05%的阴离子表面活性剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再按照二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠摩尔比为3:2:2:1的比例配制重量份数为0.01%的防腐剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤三:取重量份数为0.01%的EDTA二钠、步骤一配制的阴离子表面活性剂、0.01%的香精、0.05%的柠檬酸钠、步骤一配制的防腐剂、1.0%的抑泡剂、0.01%的硅油和余量的纯水进行充分混合,直至充分分散,得到中间物;
步骤四:向步骤三配制的中间物中加入0.01%的酸碱调节剂,调节其pH值为4.0,便得到所述的湿巾浸液;
步骤五:首先将无纺布进行灭菌、平整处理,然后按照湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为2:1的比例将无纺布在无菌、室温条件下浸没在步骤四制备的湿巾浸液中;静置5h后,取出无纺布按照实际使用尺寸进行裁剪、杀菌、密封装袋,便得到适用于油腻环境的湿巾。
实施例二
本发明的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,包括湿巾本体和湿巾浸液,所述的湿巾本体由纯棉无纺布所制成,所述的湿巾浸液包括如下重量份的组份:1.0%的EDTA二钠、2.2%的阴离子表面活性剂、1.5%的香精、2.5%的柠檬酸钠、1.5%的防腐剂、1.5%的抑泡剂、0.9%的硅油、1.9%的酸碱调节剂和余量的纯水;所述的湿巾浸液的pH值为5.5;所述的阴离子表面活性剂包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱,所述的直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱的摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1;所述的香精为天然香草香精;所述的防腐剂包括二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠,所述的二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠的摩尔比为3:2:2:1;所述的湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为3.5:1。
本发明的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按照直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1的比例配制重量份数为2.2%的阴离子表面活性剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再按照二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠摩尔比为3:2:2:1的比例配制重量份数为1.5%的防腐剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤三:取重量份数为1.0%的EDTA二钠、步骤一配制的阴离子表面活性剂、1.5%的香精、2.5%的柠檬酸钠、步骤一配制的防腐剂、1.5%的抑泡剂、0.9%的硅油和余量的纯水进行充分混合,直至充分分散,得到中间物;
步骤四:向步骤三配制的中间物中加入1.9%的酸碱调节剂,调节其pH值为5.5,便得到所述的湿巾浸液;
步骤五:首先将无纺布进行灭菌、平整处理,然后按照湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为3.5:1的比例将无纺布在无菌、室温条件下浸没在步骤四制备的湿巾浸液中;静置18h后,取出无纺布按照实际使用尺寸进行裁剪、杀菌、密封装袋,便得到适用于油腻环境的湿巾。
实施例三
本发明的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,包括湿巾本体和湿巾浸液,所述的湿巾本体由纯棉无纺布所制成,所述的湿巾浸液包括如下重量份的组份:02.0%的EDTA二钠、4.2%的阴离子表面活性剂、3.0%的香精、5.0%的柠檬酸钠、3.0%的防腐剂、2.0%的抑泡剂、1.8%的硅油、3.8%的酸碱调节剂和余量的纯水;所述的湿巾浸液的pH值为7.0;所述的阴离子表面活性剂包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱,所述的直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱的摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1;所述的香精为天然香草香精;所述的防腐剂包括二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠,所述的二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠的摩尔比为3:2:2:1;所述的湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为5:1。
本发明的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按照直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1的比例配制重量份数为4.2%的阴离子表面活性剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再按照二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠摩尔比为3:2:2:1的比例配制重量份数为3.0%的防腐剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤三:取重量份数为2.0%的EDTA二钠、步骤一配制的阴离子表面活性剂、3.0%的香精、5.0%的柠檬酸钠、步骤一配制的防腐剂、2.0%的抑泡剂、1.8%的硅油和余量的纯水进行充分混合,直至充分分散,得到中间物;
步骤四:向步骤三配制的中间物中加入3.8%的酸碱调节剂,调节其pH值为7.0,便得到所述的湿巾浸液;
步骤五:首先将无纺布进行灭菌、平整处理,然后按照湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为5:1的比例将无纺布在无菌、室温条件下浸没在步骤四制备的湿巾浸液中;静置30h后,取出无纺布按照实际使用尺寸进行裁剪、杀菌、密封装袋,便得到适用于油腻环境的湿巾。
对比例
取实施例一至实施例三的湿巾样品,按照GB/T 27728-2011附录B做去污能力的测定,附图1为实施例一至实施例三样品及标准溶液的的去污率结果。结果显示,本发明实施例一至实施例三样品的清洁能力强,能有效适用于油腻环境的清洁工作,同时无泡沫、无刺激。

1.一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,包括湿巾本体和湿巾浸液,所述的湿巾本体由纯棉无纺布所制成,所述的湿巾浸液包括如下重量份的组份:0.01%-2.0%的EDTA二钠、0.05%-4.2%的阴离子表面活性剂、0.01%-3.0%的香精、0.05%-5.0%的柠檬酸钠、0.01%-3.0%的防腐剂、1.0%-2.0%的抑泡剂、0.01%-1.8%的硅油、0.01%-3.8%的酸碱调节剂和余量的纯水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,所述的湿巾浸液的pH值范围为4.0-7.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,所述的阴离子表面活性剂包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,所述的直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱的摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,所述的香精为天然香草香精。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂包括二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,所述的二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠的摩尔比为3:2:2:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,所述湿巾浸液一种优选重量份的组份为:1.0%的EDTA二钠、2.2%的阴离子表面活性剂、1.5%的香精、2.5%的柠檬酸钠、1.5%的防腐剂、1.5%的抑泡剂、0.9%的硅油、1.9%的酸碱调节剂和余量的纯水。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾,其特征在于,所述的湿巾本体与湿巾浸液的重量比为2-5:1。
10.一种适用于油腻环境的湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按照直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和烷基甜菜碱摩尔比为2:2:2:2;1:1:1的比例配制重量份数为0.05%-4.2%的阴离子表面活性剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再按照二硝酸盐、二氧化硫、苯氧乙醇和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯钠摩尔比为3:2:2:1的比例配制重量份数为0.01%-3.0%的防腐剂,并搅拌均匀;
步骤三:取重量份数为0.01%-2.0%的EDTA二钠、步骤一配制的阴离子表面活性剂、0.01%-3.0%的香精、0.05%-5.0%的柠檬酸钠、步骤一配制的防腐剂、1.0%-2.0%的抑泡剂、0.01%-1.8%的硅油和余量的纯水进行充分混合,直至充分分散,得到中间物;
步骤四:向步骤三配制的中间物中加入0.01%-3.8%的酸碱调节剂,调节其pH值在4.0-7.0之间,便得到所述的湿巾浸液;
