Abstract
一种厨房清洁湿巾及其制备方法,所述厨房清洁湿巾包括浸有去污剂的珍珠纹水刺无纺布,所述去污剂包括以下按质量分数配比的各组分:十二烷基苯磺酸8‑15%、氢氧化钾1.3‑2.4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.8‑3%、烷基糖苷1‑5%、柠檬酸0.05‑0.1%、医用酒精3‑6%、柠檬香精0.2‑0.3%以及余量的纯水。本发明的去污剂采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钾和非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷复配而成,清除顽固污渍更彻底;擦拭后的物体硬表面不会残留泡沫等残痕,泡沫少,无需用水清洗;中性配方,适用于任何硬表面,温和环保;每天只需一片即可清理整个厨房。

技术领域
本发明属于家居清洁领域,涉及一种厨房清洁湿巾,主要用于清除硬表面上的油污等污渍。
背景技术
在人们的生活中,油污的清洁清理一直是很繁琐的过程。特别是厨房里的油污重,清洗麻烦,长时间不清洁容易形成顽固重油污,附着在瓷砖、灶具等硬表面上,影响美观,容易滋生细菌、霉菌,产生异味。
传统的清除方法是用洗洁精或清洁液配合抹布或者钢丝球进行清理,钢丝球容易刮伤硬表面形成黑色的划痕,抹布擦拭后留下的水痕很难弄干,而且长期使用的抹布也不卫生。目前,市面上也有很多针对厨房油污的清洁液或清洁湿巾,大多含有大量的有机溶剂,其气味刺鼻,碱性强,在使用时要带上手套,在使用后要用水冲洗。因此,使得厨房油污清理变的繁琐和累人。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种厨房清洁湿巾及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种厨房清洁湿巾,其包括浸有去污剂的珍珠纹水刺无纺布,所述去污剂包括以下按质量分数配比的各组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸
8-15%
氢氧化钾
1.3-2.4%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚
0.8-3%
烷基糖苷
1-5%
柠檬酸
0.05-0.1%
医用酒精
3-6%
柠檬香精
0.2-0.3%
纯水
余量。
一种上述厨房清洁湿巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A,先配制去污剂,取适量纯水倒入搅拌缸中开启搅拌,加入氢氧化钾,搅拌至透明;
步骤B,加入十二烷基苯磺酸,搅拌至澄清,再加入烷基糖苷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌至透明;
步骤C,加入柠檬酸调节溶液PH值至中性,再加入柠檬香精和医用酒精,搅拌5分钟,静置,即配制好了去污剂;
步骤D,裁剪珍珠纹水刺无纺布,折叠成片,之后浸入上述去污剂,装袋即可制得厨房清洁湿巾。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明采用温和无刺激的乳化表面活性剂为主要原料,配制中性的去污剂,再结合珍珠纹水刺无纺布,得到一种温和环保的厨房清洁湿巾。
本发明为大液量设计,每天只需一片即可清理整个厨房,无需抹布,轻轻一抹,油污便可消除;无需用水冲洗,纯水中性配方不会腐蚀金属或大理石表面;无纺布珍珠纹波浪结构,增加摩擦力,清除顽固污渍更彻底。
本发明不含醚类、酮类、异丙醇等有毒性、刺激性的有机溶剂,无刺鼻性气味,直接使用不伤手。
厨房清洁湿巾的制备方法工艺简单,反应条件要求低。步骤A和B中的十二烷基苯磺酸与氢氧化钾反应为放热反应,大大加速了后续加入物料的溶解时间,节约生产成本。

下面将结合三个具体实施例,对本发明做进一步描述。
本发明设计的一种厨房清洁湿巾及其制备方法,具体列举了以下几个实施例。
实施例一
一种厨房清洁湿巾,其是由浸有去污剂的珍珠纹水刺无纺布所构成,该去污剂主要包括:十二烷基苯磺酸、氢氧化钾、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、柠檬酸以及医用酒精,其中各组分的质量分数比分别为:

步骤C,加入0.07%柠檬酸调节溶液PH值至中性,再加入0.25%柠檬香精和4.5%医用酒精,搅拌5分钟,静置,即配制好了去污剂。
步骤D,裁剪珍珠纹水刺无纺布,折叠成片,之后浸入上述去污剂,装袋即可制得厨房清洁湿巾。
实施例三
一种厨房清洁湿巾,其是由浸有去污剂的珍珠纹水刺无纺布所构成,该去污剂主要包括:十二烷基苯磺酸、氢氧化钾、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、柠檬酸以及医用酒精,其中各组分的质量分数比分别为:

步骤B,加入15%十二烷基苯磺酸,搅拌至澄清,再加入5%烷基糖苷和3%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌至透明。
步骤C,加入0.1%柠檬酸调节溶液PH值至中性,再加入0.3%柠檬香精和6%医用酒精,搅拌5分钟,静置,即配制好了去污剂。
步骤D,裁剪珍珠纹水刺无纺布,折叠成片,之后浸入上述去污剂,装袋即可制得厨房清洁湿巾。
本发明采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钾和非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷复配而成,使去污剂配方中的泡沫更少。十二烷基苯磺酸与氢氧化钾中和反应生成十二烷基苯磺酸钾,其对油渍的乳化作用是阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠的1.5—2倍,是非离子表面活性剂的2倍,大大加强了除油力度。
采用医用酒精使得泡沫量降至最低,擦拭后的物体硬表面不会残留泡沫等残痕,干燥速度快,无需用水清洗;同时医用酒精能够直接接触皮肤并有一定的抑菌作用,防止擦拭物体硬表面滋生细菌。
采用柠檬酸能够中和溶液中游离的碱性,获得中性配方,使去污剂可以适用于任何硬表面。
采用珍珠纹水刺无纺布,增大接触表面积,使作用于同一点油污的去污剂用量增加;同时,对于不光滑表面,能够增大摩擦力,清除顽固污渍更彻底。
按照国家标准GB/T27728-2011《湿巾》附录B去污力的测定方法测定去油率。本实例与标准液去油率效果对比如下表:

由上述表格数据可得出以下两个结论:第一,厨房清洁湿巾的去污能力相比于标准液的去污能力明显增强;第二,随着厨房清洁湿巾的纯水组分的含量减少,即浓缩度增加,其去污能力随之增强。

医用酒精
