针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种复合洗衣片及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种复合洗衣片,包括吸色布层和洗衣物质层,所述洗衣物质层附着在所述吸色布层上,所述吸色布层包括有纤维素纤维和粘胶纤维混纺而成的布片,所述布片中含有吸色剂,所述吸色剂包括以下质量份数的组分:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵10~30份、氟碳表面活性剂10~30份、胶黏剂0.5~1份、椰子油0.5~1份,所述洗衣物质层包括以下质量份数的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、甲基丙烯基环己烯3~8份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2~6份、羟甲基壳聚糖3~8份、烷基醇酰胺2~5份、油酸甘油酯2~5份、复合酶2~5份、羟甲基淀粉钠1~5份、硬脂酸镁0.8~2份、乙烯脲0.5~1.5份,成膜剂0.5~1.8份、成型助剂0.3~1份、螯合剂0.03~0.1份、PH调节剂0.1-1份、柔顺剂2~5份、香精0.01~0.1份、去离子水10~20份。
作为优选,所述复合酶中淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶的质量比为2~4:3~5:1~3:1~2。

一种高效洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)用纤维素纤维和粘胶纤维混纺的到布片;
b)将环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、氟碳表面活性剂、胶黏、椰子油按比例混合,并加入去离子水搅拌至混合均匀得到吸色剂;
c)将布片放在吸色剂中浸泡后取出,并放入烘干装置进行烘干,制得吸色布层;
d)将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯基环己烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟甲基壳聚糖、烷基醇酰胺、油酸甘油酯、羟甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁、乙烯脲加入混合机,搅拌均匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入螯合剂、PH调节剂、柔顺剂、香精,搅拌均匀得到洗衣物质;
e)将步骤d)制得的洗衣物质经加热烘干筒烘干,并压制成片状;
f)将复合酶与水按照不低于1:0 .5的稀释比进行稀释后加入喷洒装置内;用喷洒装置将复合酶溶液喷洒在上述步骤e)中所制得的洗衣物质片料表面上并晾干得到洗衣物质层;
g)将步骤f)制得的洗衣物质层压合在步骤c)制得的吸色布层上,经过剪切、包装得到最终产品。
作为优选, 步骤e)中用加热烘干筒烘干时,加热烘干筒的温度控制为100~120℃,转速为3~10分钟/转。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将洗衣片和吸色片合二为一,同时兼具了洗衣片和吸色片的功能,解决了深色衣服与浅色衣服不能同洗的问题,提高了洗涤的效果。通过添加复合酶,进一步提升洗衣片的去污能力,利用先干化后喷酶的科学工艺、有效确保了酶的活性成分不会被破坏。本发明提供的洗衣片去污功效明显优于肥皂、洗衣粉、洗衣液等洗涤用品,去污能力强、省水且不污染环境,也符合人们崇尚自然,绿色环保的理念。

一种复合洗衣片,包括吸色布层和洗衣物质层,洗衣物质层附着在吸色布层上,吸色布层包括有纤维素纤维和粘胶纤维混纺而成的布片,布片中含有吸色剂,吸色剂包括以下质量份数的组分:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵10份、氟碳表面活性剂30份、胶黏剂0.5份、椰子油1份,洗衣物质层包括以下质量份数的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、甲基丙烯基环己烯3份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯6份、羟甲基壳聚糖3份、烷基醇酰胺5份、油酸甘油酯5份、复合酶2份、羟甲基淀粉钠1份、硬脂酸镁2份、乙烯脲1.5份,成膜剂0.5份、成型助剂1份、螯合剂0.1份、PH调节剂0.1份、柔顺剂2份、香精0.1份、去离子水20份。

本实施例与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵30份、氟碳表面活性剂10份、胶黏剂1份、椰子油0.5份,洗衣物质层包括以下质量份数的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、甲基丙烯基环己烯8份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2份、羟甲基壳聚糖8份、烷基醇酰胺2份、油酸甘油酯2份、复合酶5份、羟甲基淀粉钠5份、硬脂酸镁0.8份、乙烯脲0.5份,成膜剂1.8份、成型助剂0.3份、螯合剂0.03份、PH调节剂1份、柔顺剂5份、香精0.01份、去离子水10份。
其中,复合酶为淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶按照质量比为4:3: 3:1混合而成;成膜剂为聚乙二醇;成型助剂为云母;螯合剂为焦磷酸钠;PH调节剂为柠檬酸钠;柔顺剂为酰胺季铵盐。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵20份、氟碳表面活性剂20份、胶黏剂0.8份、椰子油0.7份,洗衣物质层包括以下质量份数的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、甲基丙烯基环己烯6份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份、羟甲基壳聚糖5份、烷基醇酰胺3份、油酸甘油酯4份、复合酶3份、羟甲基淀粉钠3份、硬脂酸镁1.2份、乙烯脲1份,成膜剂1.1份、成型助剂0.7份、螯合剂0.06份、PH调节剂0.5份、柔顺剂3份、香精0.05份、去离子水15份。
其中,复合酶为淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶按照质量比为3:4:2:1.5混合而成;成膜剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚丙烯酰胺的等质量混合物;成型助剂为滑石和高岭土的等质量混合物;螯合剂为焦磷酸钠;PH调节剂为柠檬酸;柔顺剂为咪唑啉季铵盐和双烷基二甲基季铵盐的等质量混合物。

Claims (9)
1.一种复合洗衣片,其特征在于,包括吸色布层和洗衣物质层,所述洗衣物质层附着在所述吸色布层上,所述吸色布层包括有纤维素纤维和粘胶纤维混纺而成的布片,所述布片中含有吸色剂,所述吸色剂包括以下质量份数的组分:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵10~30份、氟碳表面活性剂10~30份、胶黏剂0.5~1份、椰子油0.5~1份,所述洗衣物质层包括以下质量份数的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、甲基丙烯基环己烯3~8份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2~6份、羟甲基壳聚糖3~8份、烷基醇酰胺2~5份、油酸甘油酯2~5份、复合酶2~5份、羟甲基淀粉钠1~5份、硬脂酸镁0.8~2份、乙烯脲0.5~1.5份,成膜剂0.5~1.8份、成型助剂0.3~1份、螯合剂0.03~0.1份、PH调节剂0.1-1份、柔顺剂2~5份、香精0.01~0.1份、去离子水10~20份。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述复合酶中淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶的质量比为2~4:3~5:1~3:1~2。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成型助剂为膨润土、滑石、云母、高岭土中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为焦磷酸钠。
6.如权利要求1所述的复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述PH调节剂为柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠。
7.如权利要求1所述的复合洗衣片,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂为氨基硅油、酰胺季铵盐、咪唑啉季铵盐、双烷基二甲基季铵盐中的一种或几种。
8.一种高效洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a)用纤维素纤维和粘胶纤维混纺的到布片;
b)将环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、氟碳表面活性剂、胶黏、椰子油按比例混合,并加入去离子水搅拌至混合均匀得到吸色剂;
c)将布片放在吸色剂中浸泡后取出,并放入烘干装置进行烘干,制得吸色布层;
d)将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯基环己烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟甲基壳聚糖、烷基醇酰胺、油酸甘油酯、羟甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁、乙烯脲加入混合机,搅拌均匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入螯合剂、PH调节剂、柔顺剂、香精,搅拌均匀得到洗衣物质;
e)将步骤d)制得的洗衣物质经加热烘干筒烘干,并压制成片状;
f)将复合酶与水按照不低于1:0 .5的稀释比进行稀释后加入喷洒装置内;用喷洒装置将复合酶溶液喷洒在上述步骤e)中所制得的洗衣物质片料表面上并晾干得到洗衣物质层;
g)将步骤f)制得的洗衣物质层压合在步骤c)制得的吸色布层上,经过剪切、包装得到最终产品。
9.如权利要求8所述的高效洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于, 步骤e)中用加热烘干筒烘干时,加热烘干筒的温度控制为100~120℃,转速为3~10分钟/转。
