Abstract

本发明提出了一种纳米超浓缩洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:3%‑5%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3%‑8%的成膜剂;6%‑12%的填充剂;12%‑18%的十二烷基硫酸钠;2%‑8%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;6%‑15%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;2%‑8%的甘油;0.08%‑0.12%的EDTA‑2Na;0.01%‑0.05%的色素;0.5%‑1.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。本发明还提出了上述洗衣片的制备方法。本发明通过将成膜剂与其他组份进行科学合理的配比,从而能使该产品更易于成膜,制成片状,便于携带。制得的产品在洁净效果方面,由于采用了天然物质成分,在有效去除衣物污渍的基础上,更会让衣服亮丽如新,持久抑菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤用品领域,特别涉及一种纳米超浓缩洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来由于我国洗涤用品行业的盈利能力正呈逐步下滑趋势。如何寻求新的发展契机,是国内洗涤剂行业必须面对的问题。因此,积极探索洗涤用品行业固体化、浓缩化和绿色安全的新型洗涤用品将会成为最近一段时期该行业的主基。
传统洗涤剂(如洗衣粉或者洗衣液)由于笨重,不易携带,因此在商业,旅游等行业没有得到很好发展。
纳米超浓缩洗衣片采用纳米科技,超浓缩技术,是一款创新性的洗涤产品,做成片状,轻巧方便携带,居家收纳不再占用很多空间,比等量的普通洗涤产品具有更强的洁净力。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在提出一种纳米超浓缩洗衣片及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种纳米超浓缩洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
3%-5%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3%-8%的成膜剂;6%-12%的填充剂;12%-18%的十二烷基硫酸钠;2%-8%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;6%-15%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;2%-8%的甘油;0.08%-0.12%的EDTA-2Na;0.01%-0.05%的色素;0.5%-1.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。
进一步地,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质,如PVA217。
进一步地,所述填充剂为高岭土或者钛白粉或者玉米淀粉。
一种纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、成膜剂、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;
(2)然后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、填充剂、色素和香精搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
进一步地,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
进一步地,所述填充剂为高岭土或者钛白粉或者玉米淀粉。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果为:本发明通过将成膜剂与其他组份进行科学合理的配比,从而能使该产品更易于成膜,制成片状,便于携带。制备时前加入的十二烷基硫酸钠为阴离子表面活性剂,后加入的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱为两性表面活性剂,脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为非离子表面活性剂,几种表面活性剂的加入,使制备得到的洗衣片中气泡小,更加细腻,能够更好地发挥洗涤去污作用。本发明由于采用了天然物质成分,从根本上杜绝了洗涤产品对人体可能造成的伤害,而且还都能被生物降解,对环境没有危害,在有效去除衣物污渍的基础上,更会让衣服亮丽如新,持久抑菌。

为让本领域的技术人员更加清晰直观的了解本发明,下面将对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本实施例的纳米超浓缩洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
3%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3%的PVA217;6%的高岭土;12%的十二烷基硫酸钠;2%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;6%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;2%的甘油;0.08%的EDTA-2Na;0.01%的色素;0.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。
本实施例的纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、PVA217、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;
(2)然后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、高岭土、色素和香精搅拌,最后放入滚筒机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
实施例2
本实施例的纳米超浓缩洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
4%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、5%的PVA217;9%的玉米淀粉;15%的十二烷基硫酸钠;5%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;10%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;5%的甘油;0.1%的EDTA-2Na;0.02%的色素;0.1%的香精;余量的去离子水。
本实施例的纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、PVA217、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;
(2)然后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、玉米淀粉、色素和香精搅拌,最后放入滚筒机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
实施例3
本实施例的纳米超浓缩洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
5%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、8%的PVA;12%的钛白粉;18%的十二烷基硫酸钠;8%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;15%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;8%的甘油;0.12%的EDTA-2Na;0.05%的色素;1.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。
本实施例的纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、PVA、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;
(2)然后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、钛白粉、色素和香精搅拌,最后放入滚筒机上拉平烘干成膜即可。

1.一种纳米超浓缩洗衣片,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
3%-5%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3%-8%的成膜剂;6%-12%的填充剂;12%-18%的十二烷基硫酸钠;2%-8%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;6%-15%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;2%-8%的甘油;0.08%-0.12%的EDTA-2Na;0.01%-0.05%的色素;0.5%-1.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米超浓缩洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米超浓缩洗衣片,其特征在于,所述填充剂为高岭土或者钛白粉或者玉米淀粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)先在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、成膜剂、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌均匀;
(2)然后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、填充剂、色素和香精搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
6.根据权利要求4所述的纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述填充剂为高岭土或者钛白粉或者玉米淀粉。
