本发明公开了一种护手洗衣片,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:去污剂35~50份;聚乙烯醇8~10份;甘油2~5份;天竺葵精油6~10份;金桔提取液3~5份;黄瓜汁提取液3~6份;绿茶提取液3~5份;成膜剂3~8份。本发明还公开了一种护手洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;(2)然后按上述组分加入天竺葵精油、金桔提取液、黄瓜汁提取液、绿茶提取液搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。本发明为天然植物抑菌配方,温和、不伤手。

护手洗衣片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种护手洗衣片及其制备方法,属于洗涤用品技术领域。
背景技术
洗衣片是一种全新的洗涤产品,改变了以往洗涤产品的形态,轻便是它最大的特点,因其不含有荧光增白剂,磷等有害成分,逐渐风靡欧美市场,成为新一代洗涤产品,是一种中性的合成洗涤剂。
但是目前国内的许多洗涤市场却存在着不小的问题,目前市面上最常见的洗衣粉与洗衣液中,普遍含有荧光增白剂、蛋白水解酶、三聚磷酸钠等成分,其中的荧光增白剂危害最大,对老人或者小孩,一定要谨慎选择洗涤产品。
洗衣片实现的定量洗涤,克服了传统洗衣粉、洗衣液使用中计量的繁琐,即节约了洗涤用品,其低泡超浓缩的环保特性又节约了用水,有望在国内得到推广,随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对洗衣片产品质量的要求也越来越高,洗衣片的需求量将会越来越大,质量要求也越来越高,活性物高、多功能、使用简便将是洗衣片的发展趋势。
传统的洗衣片内添加有各种化学添加剂,这些化学添加剂会对人体皮肤造成一定程度的影响,皮肤经过洗衣片的浸泡后会对皮肤造成一些影响,导致皮肤粗糙、携带细菌或者过敏等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种护手洗衣片及其制备方法,为天然植物抑菌配方,温和、不伤手。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种护手洗衣片,其特征是,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 35~50份;
聚乙烯醇 8~10份;
甘油 2~5份;
天竺葵精油6~10份;
金桔提取液3~5份;
黄瓜汁提取液3~6 份;
绿茶提取液3~5 份;
成膜剂3~8份。
优选地,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 40份;
聚乙烯醇 10份;
甘油 5份;
天竺葵精油8份;
金桔提取液3份;
黄瓜汁提取液4 份;
绿茶提取液5 份;
成膜剂6份。
优选地,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
优选地,还包括EDTA二钠0.1~0.3份和柠檬酸钠1~2份。
优选地,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
本发明还提供一种护手洗衣片的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入天竺葵精油、金桔提取液、黄瓜汁提取液、绿茶提取液搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
本发明所达到的有益效果:通过添加天竺葵精油,具有抗菌除纹、增强细胞修复功能、促进血液循环等多种保健功能,添加金桔提取液具有气味清新、美白皮肤、促进皮肤光泽和弹性的功能;黄瓜汁提取液和绿茶提取液具有杀菌的功能,本发明为天然植物抑菌配方,温和、不伤手。

下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例一
一种护手洗衣片,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 40份;聚乙烯醇 10份;甘油 5份;天竺葵精油8份;金桔提取液3份;黄瓜汁提取液4 份;绿茶提取液5 份;成膜剂6份;EDTA二钠0.1份;柠檬酸钠1份。
其中,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
其中,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
本发明还提供一种护手洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入天竺葵精油、金桔提取液、黄瓜汁提取液、绿茶提取液搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。

其中,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
本发明还提供一种护手洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入天竺葵精油、金桔提取液、黄瓜汁提取液、绿茶提取液搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
实施例三

去污剂 50份;聚乙烯醇 9份;甘油 2份;天竺葵精油10份;金桔提取液4份;黄瓜汁提取液6 份;绿茶提取液3 份;成膜剂8份;EDTA二钠0.2份;柠檬酸钠1份。
其中,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
其中,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
本发明还提供一种护手洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入天竺葵精油、金桔提取液、黄瓜汁提取液、绿茶提取液搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。

绿茶提取液3~5 份;
成膜剂3~8份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的护手洗衣片,其特征是,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的护手洗衣片的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入天竺葵精油、金桔提取液、黄瓜汁提取液、绿茶提取液搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
