Abstract

本发明公开了一种护色洗衣片,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:去污剂35~50份;聚乙烯醇8~10份;甘油2~5份;氟碳表面活性剂0.5~1份;氯化钠6~8份;成膜剂3~8份。本发明还公开了一种护色洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;(2)然后按上述组分加入氟碳表面活性剂、氯化钠搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。本发明通过添加氟碳表面活性剂,可在织物表面成膜,使染料的溶解度减少,氯化钠可以提高染料的固色率,从而达到固色的效果。

护色洗衣片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种护色洗衣片及其制备方法,属于洗涤用品技术领域。
背景技术
洗衣片是一种全新的洗涤产品,改变了以往洗涤产品的形态,轻便是它最大的特点,因其不含有荧光增白剂,磷等有害成分,逐渐风靡欧美市场,成为新一代洗涤产品,是一种中性的合成洗涤剂。
但是目前国内的许多洗涤市场却存在着不小的问题,目前市面上最常见的洗衣粉与洗衣液中,普遍含有荧光增白剂、蛋白水解酶、三聚磷酸钠等成分,其中的荧光增白剂危害最大,对老人或者小孩,一定要谨慎选择洗涤产品。
洗衣片实现的定量洗涤,克服了传统洗衣粉、洗衣液使用中计量的繁琐,即节约了洗涤用品,其低泡超浓缩的环保特性又节约了用水,有望在国内得到推广,随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对洗衣片产品质量的要求也越来越高,洗衣片的需求量将会越来越大,质量要求也越来越高,活性物高、多功能、使用简便将是洗衣片的发展趋势。洗涤是造成衣物褪色的原因之一,传统的洗衣片护色效果较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种护色洗衣片及其制备方法,护色效果明显增强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种护色洗衣片,其特征是,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 35~50份;
聚乙烯醇 8~10份;
甘油 2~5份;
氟碳表面活性剂0.5~1份;
氯化钠6~8份;
成膜剂3~8份。
优选地,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 40份;
聚乙烯醇 10份;
甘油 5份;
氟碳表面活性剂0.6份;
氯化钠8份;
成膜剂6份。
优选地,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
优选地,还包括EDTA二钠0.1~0.3份和柠檬酸钠1~2份。
优选地,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
本发明还提供一种护色洗衣片的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入氟碳表面活性剂、氯化钠搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
本发明所达到的有益效果:通过添加氟碳表面活性剂,可在织物表面成膜,使染料的溶解度减少,氯化钠可以提高染料的固色率,从而达到固色的效果。

实施例一
一种护色洗衣片,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 40份;聚乙烯醇 10份;甘油 5份;氟碳表面活性剂0.6份;氯化钠8份;成膜剂6份;EDTA二钠0.1份;柠檬酸钠1份。
其中,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
其中,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
本发明还提供一种护色洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入氟碳表面活性剂、氯化钠搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
实施例二
一种护色洗衣片,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂35份;聚乙烯醇8份;甘油 3份;氟碳表面活性剂0.5份;氯化钠6份;成膜剂3份;EDTA二钠0.3份;柠檬酸钠2份。
其中,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
其中,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
本发明还提供一种护色洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入氟碳表面活性剂、氯化钠搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
实施例三
一种护色洗衣片,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 50份;聚乙烯醇 9份;甘油 2份;氟碳表面活性剂1份;氯化钠7份;成膜剂8份;EDTA二钠0.2份;柠檬酸钠1份。
其中,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
其中,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
本发明还提供一种护色洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入氟碳表面活性剂、氯化钠搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。

去污剂 35~50份;
聚乙烯醇 8~10份;
甘油 2~5份;
氟碳表面活性剂0.5~1份;
氯化钠6~8份;
成膜剂3~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护色洗衣片,其特征是,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 40份;
聚乙烯醇 10份;
甘油 5份;
氟碳表面活性剂0.6份;
氯化钠8份;
成膜剂6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护色洗衣片,其特征是,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护色洗衣片,其特征是,还包括EDTA二钠0.1~0.3份和柠檬酸钠1~2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的护色洗衣片,其特征是,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的护色洗衣片的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入氟碳表面活性剂、氯化钠搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
