本发明公开了一种新型染色助剂,其包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水82~87克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠3~6.5克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8~4.4克、乙酸钠1.4~3.3克、聚乙二醇1.8~4.5克、乙醇1.4~3克、二乙基丙二酸3~6克。本发明的新型染色助剂,其在印染过程中仅添加2%~4%即能够使面料纤维膨胀疏松,提高染料活性并使染料颗粒在低温下分散进入纤维内部,降低了能源消耗,并大大提高了着色牢度和饱和度,只需一次染色即可,降低了染料用量;不需漂洗,减少了水的消耗和废水的产生。具体地,其中相比于现有技术中的8%左右的染料用量,其只需要2%左右染料,牢度可达四级,上色率可高达99.9%以上。

本发明涉及印染技术领域,具体涉及一种新型染色助剂。
背景技术
传统印染工业中,其生产流程一般为退卷、退浆、染色、开幅、预定型、定型和成卷。其中,染色过程中,通常用溢流机高温高压下进行,由于色料在布料上的牢固度差,因此需要较多的染料颗粒,并在之后需要将未结合牢固的染料颗粒进行多次漂洗,进而产生大量费水。以每缸布(500kg)为例,其溶浴时需要使用5吨水(溶浴比1:10),漂洗需要21吨水,产生废水26吨,此过程中还需要消耗大量热蒸汽。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明致力于提供一种新型染色助剂,使其能够降低印染时的染料、水、能源消耗,并且比较环保。
本发明提供的一种新型染色助剂,包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水82~ 87克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠3~6.5克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8~4.4克、乙酸钠1.4~3.3克、聚乙二醇1.8~4.5克、乙醇1.4~3克、二乙基丙二酸3~ 6克。
进一步优选地,所述新型染色助剂包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水84~ 86克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠4.5~6克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.5~3.5克、乙酸钠1.6~2.7克、聚乙二醇2.8~3.6克、乙醇1.6~2.5克、二乙基丙二酸3.5~5.5克。
具体地,所述新型染色助剂包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水85克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠5克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3克、乙酸钠2克、聚乙二醇3 克、乙醇2克、二乙基丙二酸4克。
或者,所述新型染色助剂包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水87克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠4.5克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.5克、乙酸钠1.6克、聚乙二醇2.8克、乙醇3克、二乙基丙二酸3.5克。
或者,所述新型染色助剂包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水82克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠6克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.5克、乙酸钠2.7克、聚乙二醇 3.6克、乙醇1.4克、二乙基丙二酸5.5克。

1.一种新型染色助剂,其特征在于,包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水82~87克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠3~6.5克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8~4.4克、乙酸钠1.4~3.3克、聚乙二醇1.8~4.5克、乙醇1.4~3克、二乙基丙二酸3~6克。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型染色助剂,其特征在于,包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水84~86克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠4.5~6克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.5~3.5克、乙酸钠1.6~2.7克、聚乙二醇2.8~3.6克、乙醇1.6~2.5克、二乙基丙二酸3.5~5.5克。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型染色助剂,其特征在于,包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水85克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠5克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3克、乙酸钠2克、聚乙二醇3克、乙醇2克、二乙基丙二酸4克。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型染色助剂,其特征在于,包括以重量份配比的下列组分:水87克、十四醇聚氧乙烯硫醚酸钠4.5克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.5克、乙酸钠1.6克、聚乙二醇2.8克、乙醇3克、二乙基丙二酸3.5克。
