本发明公开了一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，其特征在于：所述的混纺面料为竹纤维、莫代尔和羊毛的混纺面料，所述的染色工艺包括如下步骤：1）将上述混纺面料进行还原漂白处理；2）用乙烯砜型活性染料对经过还原漂白的混纺面料进行染色；3）经水洗，皂洗，得到同色的混纺面料。本发明一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺使三种不同的纤维同时染色，可以获得比较相近的颜色，缩短了传统同色染色的工艺流程，减少了加工成本。

一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及混纺面料的染色工艺，尤其是涉及一种由竹纤维、莫代尔、羊毛混纺的混纺面料的同色染色工艺。
背景技术
不同纤维的混纺织物需要使得各组分获得基本相同的颜色，减小色差，通常采用分别染色出染出相同颜色的色纱，后经混纺获得同色性好的混纺面料；或者采用将混纺坯布多次套染的办法获得同色性好的混纺面料。不论采用以上哪一种方法，其生产过程都会很复杂，生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，该染色工艺使三种不同的纤维同时染色，可以获得比较相近的颜色，缩短了传统同色染色的工艺流程，减少了加工成本。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，所述的混纺面料为竹纤维、莫代尔和羊毛的混纺面料，所述的染色工艺包括如下步骤：
1）将上述混纺面料进行还原漂白处理；
2）用乙烯砜型活性染料对经过还原漂白的混纺面料进行染色；
3）经水洗，皂洗，得到同色的混纺面料。
所述的还原漂白的工艺包括使用漂白剂为保险粉0.5~5g/L，稳定剂为焦磷酸钠0.5~1.5g/L；漂白温度在85~95℃；漂白时间为0.5~1h。
所述的染色的工艺为首先向染浴中加入平平加O0.3~0.6g/L、乙烯砜型活性染料5~8%（o.w.f）、元明粉30~50g/L，然后以1~1.5℃/min升温至75~85℃，加入纯碱1~8g/L，染色0.5~1h。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于：提供一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，该染色工艺使三种不同的纤维同时染色，可以获得比较相近的颜色，缩短了传统同色染色的工艺流程，减少了加工成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1：
一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，所述的混纺面料为竹纤维、莫代尔和羊毛的混纺面料，所述的染色工艺包括如下步骤：
1）将上述混纺面料进行还原漂白处理；
2）用乙烯砜型活性染料对经过还原漂白的混纺面料进行染色；
3）经水洗，皂洗，得到同色的混纺面料。
所述的还原漂白的工艺包括使用漂白剂为保险粉3g/L，稳定剂为焦磷酸钠1g/L；漂白温度在85℃；漂白时间为0.5h。
所述的染色的工艺为首先向染浴中加入平平加O0.4g/L、乙烯砜型活性染料5%（o.w.f）、元明粉30g/L，然后以1℃/min升温至75℃，加入纯碱3g/L，染色1h。
实施例2：
一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，所述的混纺面料为竹纤维、莫代尔和羊毛的混纺面料，所述的染色工艺包括如下步骤：
1）将上述混纺面料进行还原漂白处理；
2）用乙烯砜型活性染料对经过还原漂白的混纺面料进行染色；
3）经水洗，皂洗，得到同色的混纺面料。
所述的还原漂白的工艺包括使用漂白剂为保险粉5g/L，稳定剂为焦磷酸钠1.5g/L；漂白温度在95℃；漂白时间为0.5h。
所述的染色的工艺为首先向染浴中加入平平加O0.6g/L、乙烯砜型活性染料7%（o.w.f）、元明粉40g/L，然后以1.5℃/min升温至85℃，加入纯碱5g/L，染色1h。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，其特征在于：所述的混纺面料为竹纤维、莫代尔和羊毛的混纺面料，所述的染色工艺包括如下步骤：
1）将上述混纺面料进行还原漂白处理；
2）用乙烯砜型活性染料对经过还原漂白的混纺面料进行染色；
3）经水洗，皂洗，得到同色的混纺面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，其特征在于：所述的还原漂白的工艺包括使用漂白剂为保险粉0.5~5g/L，稳定剂为焦磷酸钠0.5~1.5g/L；漂白温度在85~95℃；漂白时间为0.5~1h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混纺面料的同色染色工艺，其特征在于：所述的染色的工艺为首先向染浴中加入平平加O0.3~0.6g/L、乙烯砜型活性染料5~8%（o.w.f）、元明粉30~50g/L，然后以1~1.5℃/min升温至75~85℃，加入纯碱1~8g/L，染色0.5~1h。
